I am not sure what she has done in the time since the last reviews, but the owner, who can be referred to as Super Norma has certainly turned things around. 4 of us stayed for three nights and she was extremely welcoming, cooked us big hearty breakfast every morning, cleaned our clothes and was extremely understanding when a friend of ours had to pull out due to unforeseen circumstances. Go see Norma for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
Cancelled my booking! Ruined my weeked! I booked by telephone well in advance of a friends wedding. Four of us were all due to stay in the family room but when I telephoned on the morning of the wedding to ask when we could check in, we were told that our room had been cancelled! A very stressful day was then spent trying to find a place to stay for my friends and I: A day I was supposed to be enjoying my bet friends wedding! It totally ruined an otherwise lovely weekend in Dolgellau.

Price 60£ / 2pers was above internet site offer (26£/pers) and no reduction for low season period. We were 6 persons (180£), no impact on this high price. One bedroom was very small with as a view, a wall! Over the week, we had the chance to use different B&B with a much better quality for similar paid price.
