The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was lovely. We had a great stay. Would visit again. Ample parking. Easy walk to the town.

Highly recommended hotel, staff are really friendly and helpful, beds are really comfortable and the rooms are clean. We can't comment on breakfast as due to covid restrictions it was unavailable but we will definitely be back.

I would absolutely recommend this inn if you are near Snowdonia. The Inn is near Betws-y-coed and worth the extra 4 miles to stay here over many of the other options in the area. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. It is easy to see why they were awarded the winner of the Four in A Bed season they participated in.

This hotel is a quirky little gem. Lovely staff, spotless, with attention to detail. The staff are attentive and so nice. We had room 8, it was massive and quiet romantic. It was on the front but you can't here the traffic. With beautiful views.
Defiently eat at the resturant it's simple but amazing. The breakfast has a great buffet selection and the cooked breakfast was delicious.

You have to check in there on Facebook to get free internet, if traveling with kids you have to do this on all their devices. It's kinda a pain.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast. Old building recently modernised, room was comfortable had all facilities within. Lle Hari restaurant in within but under separate management. Food here was very good, BUT not open every evening so neither was the bar.

Stayed in 2016 — we absolutely loved the old world charm within this beautiful old building with authentic antique interieur. What is more, the historic settlement it resides in is absolutely stunningly historic.

Fantastic setting around the hotel, the rooms are very clean and so comfortable. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was a fantastic meal, eating there is a must. The food would easily top some of the best Soho restaurants.

Can't fault the hospitality or the rooms, our was so lovely, a contemporary feeling which I luv. Plus it had some nice little touches, overflowing tea/coffee tray a good selection, tissue boxes, boxes with mints, lots of complimentary stuff, plus you don't have to go down to reception for an iron or hairdryer as they're already in your room… we would come back ❤

Summary: The restaurant, hotel and staff are all great, we definitely recommend. Emma is employee of the month because… Well we have decided. We stayed in a double room with 4 poster bed in July for one night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit North Wales /Snowdonia area. The hotel is ideally located between Betws-y-coed and Conwy, great for surf snowdonia or zip world. The hotel has a very nice decor throughout, our room was very nice and clean, good value for money and I think I'll stay again in the future. I've stayed at other places in the area but I think this is a nicer more upmarket establishment. The bar and restaurant area and really nice. We weren't sure about going to the restaurant as there weren't many reviews online but I'm so glad we did, we had three courses, the food was excellent! Both myself and my girlfriend really loved everything we ordered, cooked to perfection and very good quality meat. I'd advise booking as it was busy but Emma went above and beyond and got us a table and then gave us really good service throughout our stay. Thanks Emma, you're a credit to the place, and to Wales as a whole! Thank you to Nelson for running such a nice place, we had a great stay and wish you and your staff many years of success :)

A good stay on a comfortable bed. Met by a friendly face and directed straight to the room. The room itself was cozy and clean, with a vintage look. Couldn't ask for any more of the stay, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

The person was great, they waited till we arrived late and night. The room was amazing and they upgraded us for free. My wife and I enjoyed the beak fast and were kind enough to give takeaway lunch for our activities during the day away from the hotel.

We booked into The Meadowsweet Hotel for a surprise break after seeing great reviews online. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff and owners from then on we have received faultless service for such great value. The rooms are all great with their unique decor, and atmosphere in each room is a delight. The food in LLe Hari is outstanding in quality and value and the bar is fab! We will be booking in again and definitely recommending The Meadowsweet Hotel to family and friends.

I stayed at this hotel for one night after attending a wedding at a nearby venue. I phoned the hotel the previous afternoon to ask whether myself and my boyfriend could have an early check in so we could have showers and get ready for the wedding as it was an early 12.00pm ceremony. We were really pleased when we were told it was possible. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the room had been upgraded from a standard double to a deluxe double so as to make it possible for us to have an early morning check in. We were then told there would be no additional charge. The service and hospitality was fantastic. The views are stunning and the breakfast was brilliant! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you very much!

Stayed here on May bank holiday 2009 — The staff are very friendly and catered for our every need. Excellent food in their restarant (I recommend the 10oz Sirloin), staff helpful and informative; they allowed us to keep our bicycles in their shed for safe keeping and acccomodated a last minute request for the restaurant. Rooms are smaller than most, but functional with clean and well equipped en-suite, TV, coffee making facilities. I would recommend to anyone whatever the nature of your break — family, couple, adventure in Snowdonia — get your digs here.
