Me and my boyfriend love there at The Grafton hotel amazing people and lovely breakfast and lovey room I would come back x.

Made a great weekend at the Gathering 2020 even more special staying at the Grafton being looked after by Paul & Laurie. Lovely room, fantastic breakfast and hugs! We will be back. Keep "Marching on " Grafton.

Clean, comfortable and a friendly welcome. The freshly cooked breakfast was beautiful.

Last minute booking so had a family 'suite' as it was the only one left. Two spacious rooms, very modern and spotlessly clean. Helpful hosts and lovely breakfast. Very good value for money.
On the promenade but a few minutes walk from the centre — which meant free parking outside the hotel. (though there are a few designated spaces at the back). Would definitely recommend as a B&B.

From the warm friendly welcome from Laurie on arrival to the hugs when we left we enjoyed every minute, room was lovely a sea view comfy bed, breakfast was fantastic, everything you want and some more. The lady who waits on so very helpful and Paul so informative. We really cannot recommend The Grafton highly enough. We WILL be back guys.

Just home after a fab few days at The Grafton. Warm welcome from Laurie & Paul, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless and spacious and the beds were lovely and comfy. Breakfast was great (and the only reason Evie got out of bed as early as she did! ) Massive thanks to you for having us. Will definitely be back.

Back home after another weekend away at The Grafton. Paul & Laurie are the most hospitable hosts. 10 out of 10.

After spending 7 days from the 5th to 12th July here me and my wife had a brilliant time as all the people who work and own this establishment do a brilliant job. Nothing was to much, was lovely and clean and fresh. Breakfast was brilliant and service was 10 out of 10. Thanku all for a brilliant week from Ewa and me x.

Just returned from a brilliant weekend at the Grafton. I really can't praise Laurie and Paul enough, they are perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The guest house is spotlessly clean and Laurie's breakfast was just amazing. We felt like very special guests in Laurie and Paul's home and we will definitely be returning, and have no reservations about recoming to friends and family.

Went for a short break away, we loved every minute of it the hotel was lovely, always clean and paul and laurie was more than welcoming and friendly! We had breakfast both mornings which was gorgeous! And the room had a nice sea view. We loved it and we will be back thank you so much for our stay with use. Sarah & simon x.

Fantastic hotel with the loveliest hosts you could wish for! Our room was absolutely spotless and gorgeously decorated with a fantastic sea view. We travel a lot and can honestly say this was one of the best breakfasts we've had. Thank you, Paul and Laurie, for welcoming us into your lovely home. On our next visit to Llandudno we will be booking in again and highly recommend anyone visiting the town to do the same.

Brilliant hotel with brilliant hosts our room was great even tho we wasn't looking out to sea, everything you needed was in the room & the bed was very comfy. Food was top notch. It situated in easy reach of everything you need too. How this hotel only gets a 3 star rating is behond me I would give it 5 star all the way be back for sure.

My husband and I have just had a lovely 3 night stay at the Grafton. Our room had a fantastic sea view with 2 very comfortable chairs in the large bay window overlooking the seafront. The room was a good size, furnished nicely with wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables. The bed was extremely comfortable with 3 pillows each. The ensuite had a walk-in shower and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were provided via a container on shower wall. Plenty storage (cupboard and shelves were also available in the ensuite)
At breakfast time guests were always met and welcomed by Paul, Zoe gave excellent service each morning we had breakfast. Even though the hotel was busy and all tables full during our stay we were always served promptly, never had to wait for anything and never felt rushed. Breakfast was a good selection of a full English breakfast, some specials such as egg benedict/ eggs Royale and a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, nuts, yogurts and pastries were also available.
The best thing without doubt about the Grafton is the very warm welcome and hospitality of the owners and staff, Paul, Laurie and Zoe. They really do go out of there way to make everyone feel welcome and will do anything they can to make your stay a special one.

Great place. Close enough to walk to town but far enough to wake up to the waves breaking on the shore. Owners Laurie and Paul are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble. They have a great local knowledge of where to go, eat and drink. The Grafton is spotlessly clean and very well presented. Will recommend to anyone.

Day 2 room lovely and really clean and big, all home comforts, double room with sea view and what a fantastic view it is, breakfast superb, brilliant hosts, always asking if everything is fine, and helpful with eateries and local places to visit

Such a pleasure place to stay with wonderful owners and caring housekeeper. The place is clean and comfortable with stunning view. Breakfast is delicious and over expectation. High recommended.

Even though it is down towards the lower end of the pier, it is still a wonderful hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with great food for breakfast but not lunch or dinner. However the options available for breakfast were somewhat limited. The rooms are furnished well with nice bathrooms and showers. Great stay!

Just had 3 fabulous days at the Grafton. From the moment we entered the atmosphere was brilliant. LAurie and Paul were brilliant hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent and the shower was heaven. The breakfast is out of this world — so much to choose from. If you are looking for somewhere in Llandudno look no further than the Grafton. Will recommend to everyone as it was a pleasure to stay with LAurie and Paul. Zoe our breakfast Lady always had a smile on her face. Great place. Lovely people and grand weekend. Betty and Pete x.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Grafton hotel. From the minute we walked through the door the owners were extremely welcoming and helpful with taking our things up to our room. The room was immaculate and had more than everything you needed inside. Me and my friend stayed there for my 30th birthday in a sea view room which was amazing with free parking straight outside and on my birthday the owners surprised us by bringing breakfast up to our room with glasses of pure orange & a birthday card for me which I thought was extremely nice of them and really made my birthday. As me and my friend were not familiar with Llandudno the owners gave us a map and highlighted places which were best to go to eat and drink. On the day of us leaving they also helped us take our belongings to the car. All the extra touches and helpfulness was sincerely appreciated and made our stay at the grafton feel like home from home. Highly recommend the grafton could not fault it whatsoever I will be staying here again! If your going to Llandudno this is the place to stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights this weekend and absolutely loved it! Location great. Beautiful room with fab sea view. The owners were so welcoming and friendly and lovely people. All round fantastic experience from start to finish! Booked for a surprise treat for Hubby's birthday with the kids too. Stayed in the family room, 2. Beautifully decorated and looked brand new it was so clean! Paul showed us to our room after a lovely friendly greeting and wishing my husband a happy birthday! Was a lovely gesture to have a birthday card and bottle of Prosecco in the room! Juice boxes for the kids on the tea try was a nice touch too. Wonderful breakfast spread and everyone was really attentive and soooo good with the kids! My son's hot food was served already cut up which was another really thoughtful touch. First time we have stayed anywhere like this with the kids and so glad I booked here. Truly is the warmest and most friendly place, couldn't recommend it enough!

Just returned from perfect 2 night stay with my daughter, Laurie and Paul lovely people and couldn't do enough for us, room perfect and breakfast fabulous. Can't recommend enough and looking forward to going back very soon.

Comfortable and cosy rooms. I had a sea view room which offered amazing views across the bay. The rooms are well equipped with a few modern features, such as USB plug sockets. Very friendly owners who were always helpful and happy to see you. They offer a really good breakfast in the morning, with a cold buffet and a cooked breakfast made to order. I would definitely stay here again, as the nice rooms and friendly hosts made it a very pleasant stay.

Lovely family friendly place, beautiful rooms in a prime seafront location, and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Llandudno. I will most definitely be back again!

First of all Oasis hotel is better because at Grafton hotel no owner is friendly and the ground floors shower water is so fast it hurts your skin.
