Good size room (was given twin room but booked double room, not an issue for me though), good choice at breakfast, quick check in and check out.

Excellent place to stay if you're in the area! great accommodation and fantastic service at the management centre.

Great hotel with reception open 24/7. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. The staff super friendly and the breakfast buffet tasty and varied.

It's a nice building but the lecture rooms are a bit too small and the desks arnt great.

Lovely clean quiet rooms near the university and a sort walk to town. Locally sourced food for breakfasts. The only complaint is, for a veggie breakfast, the veggie sausages are bland.

Great views and lovely service from reception. Signage wasn't great so proved difficult to find the rooms and find parking but other than that couldn't really fault the visit.

Good, attentive service from all staff. Rooms spotlessly clean but too warm. Breakfast good.

Really nice place to stay for a couple of days if your in Bangor. I'm visiting with work so no chance to see the sights but the town seems quite nice. Food at the hotel is amazing, TVs are too small and too far away though.

Veryry friendly staff and the room was lovely. Slightly confusing layout but this does not detract from the experience. Beautiful setting and had a perfect sleep.

Great breakfast. Good comfy rooms but TV wasn't working. Friendly staff. Nice surrounds. Overall pleasant stay but my friend paid and thought it was priced a bit high.

Excellent room with full breakfast included in price, although a bit higher in cost than equivalent hotels. Central location within easy walking distance to town attractions. Hotel room diificult to get to from reception though with many stairs both up and down to get one level up. Free Wi-Fi available but had to take unusual step of signing form to gain access when checking in (never had to do this before and we regularly stay in hotels). It has a vote for experience of nostalgia though, where you are immersed in the centre of an old university! Would recommend to anyone who needs central location in Bangor and would like to experience something different.

Attended for an awards evening and encountered several problems throughout the night.

Comfy enough meeting room, drinks are a little pricey though.

Very friendly staff all round that really go out their way to look after you! The building is beautiful with a great restaurant and bar. There is a costa coffee cafe in the entrance with great views. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a sea view and views of gardens and fields. The building has such a warm feeling as does the quiet area it is located in. The Saturday we stayed here there was also a wedding which was great to see and reinforces the beauty of the place. For location and quality this is by far the best hotel we could see for the money in Bangor! Recommend!

This has to be the best place to stay in Bangor. Friendly staff, excellent rooms and wonderful breakfast. The only problem we had was a wedding party playing loud music until midnight and still pretty rowdy the next morning at breakfast.

Excellent facility in a beautiful location. CMI Level 7 — Strategic Project Management Course was very good too.

We've stayed a couple of times as the location is just right for what we need and the rooms have always been immaculate. The breakfasts are excellent.

Not very well signposted to the carparks, or reception, I had my wife in a wheel chair but no help was offered to negotiate our way through the labyrinth of corridors and lifts to the bedroom, the room itself was adequate but small, hotel it is not. Reception staff were pleasant and friendly, and the breakfasts were good, if I was travelling alone and for a one night stay, great, but for a mid week break forget it, no smoking area, and limited ways of getting out with a wheelchair.

Taken by surprise. Didn't expect it yo be this good. Only wished the breakfast was open bit earlier then 8 am. For early starters 8 am is bit late to que up.
