Went for an evening meal. The food was reasonably priced and the portions generous — it was also delicious. The beer served is brewed locally and is excellent. The staff are courteous and efficient. The only negative point is the décor which is a bit sparse and characterless, hence the deduction of a star.

Their triple hog burger is a thing of porky beauty! They also sell local beer on tap which is lovely too.

Lovely steak and ale pie and all the veg. Chocolate brownie however had been overdone in microwave but when I commented to staff no comment or apology made. Wouldn't rush back.

The hotel was adequate but could do with updating. The noise from the kitchens did not subside till after 10pm and was prohibitive to having an early night. The breakfast was adequate but would have preferred it being served earlier than 8am. Felt the tariff charged was slightly overpriced for what it was but no great complaint at the end of fhe day.

Clean tidy and professional. Very welcoming staff.

Stayed in a single room — £45 for Bed and an excellent breakfast. Friendly staff, cheerful and rooms clean basic and comfortable.

Food was a little dissapointing. Beef full of marbelling making it very unenjoyable. We were left in a middle room and neglected. Other than to clear our tables staff wouldnt say anything to us leaving us waiting for our main carvery, and again for desserts. It was very cold there also.

Thoroulghy enjoyed our carvery last Sunday would defo eat here again.

A reasonably-priced hotel. A friendly welcome and a good breakfast. I was a bit disappointed that when I arranged to meet a friend for a drink at 10pm, the bar was closed. This was a Tuesday night in mid September. The next nearest pub, the Bryn Cynan, was also shut, so we had to go to The Cliffs in Morfa Nefyn, which is not the best place for a quiet drink!

Straightforward hotel, reasonably priced rooms, food & drink. Enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel not to far from the golf course. Good thing about this hotel it's got two bars one for the locals at the rear and one in the hotel. Lovely lovely staff. Had a great time staying here and the food and the beer were fantastic. If I'm every in this part of the world again this is the place to stay. Well recommend.

We have had the Sunday Carvery three times now and have never been disappointed. Maybe not the cheapest, but it is all top quality food, served with a smile. Recommended. I ate 5 hours ago and I'm still not hungry ☺

Good food hot plates friendly staff ice cold beers great ice cream.

Comfortable bed nice food and an adjoining pub what more could you want.

Very clean. Unfortunately it felt like a pub on the moon!, (no atmosphere! ). Had a meal but didn't think much of it for the exorbitant prices they want you to pay. Had to complain about the meal but had no feed back from the management or the kitchen staff.

Here for a funeral, well looked after. Good food and service.

Meal with the family, as usual was excellent. Generous portions and cooked well. Veg still with a bit of bite to it and not sludgy. Friendly staff, superb Sunday lunch to be had as well.

Lovely food, friendly staff. Good selection of food on the menu. Enjoy going there for food.

The food is of a very high standard. I have eaten here several times and always left with a smile on my face.
