A great weekend had here with Deva Legion Chapter of the Harley Owners Group made extra special by the owners and staff. Great food. Such a warm friendly welcome from Nick and Nerys, who even joined us in our gift exchange and helped us raise ££'s for our charity. Thank you both — we'll be back!

Excellent few days. Break here. Friendly staff excellent food lovely breakfast. Very clean rooms lovely surroundings. Definitely 5 star service definitely recommend Definitely. Visiting shortly again we’ll done to all staff members.

This place is great. Nothing is a problem. Very helpful. The food is fresh and hot. Beer is cold. 5 star all the time.

Called while travelling in our motorhome. Lovely welcome very friendly couldn't do enough for us. Definitely the best place we have visited on the Llyn… Lots of space to stay over in your motorhome have a drink and a meal. Worth a visit and the five star.

Family holiday, our daughter's wanted to revisit the places they went to when they were little. Lovely family owned hotel, very clean, comfortable bedrooms but were dated. Great breakfast and evening meal. Modern Bar and pool table area, and children's indoor play area. Close to lots of lovely parts of Wales. Great Model railway exhibited there during our weeks holiday. Thank you all for making our holiday memorable.

Not stayed, but took the kids to their soft play area one rainy morning. Kids loved it, staff were helpful and the tea and coffee wad nice.

We have stayed here on many occasions and have always been greeted with a warm welcome, a comfortable room and amazing food. We love it here it's in a beautiful quiet spot and is ideal for a family holiday or in our case a quiet get away. Thank you again to Nerys and family.

So welcoming, my mum called on Friday after a bad experience at a Haven site and they gave us a room on Friday squeezed us in for Saturday night too. Food was lovely especially the breakfast, tried in every way possible to help us out with absolutely everything! Such friendly staff so caring. We will return again hopefully the next stay will be a planned one! Thank you so much for helping us out we appreciate everything you did for us, we shall see you soon! Xx.

Positives- Room was good size Plenty of storage Full size mirror and dressing table mirror in room Bed was comfortable Shower was warm Negatives — Extremely dated decor, smelt old Not a real door in bathroom — sliding door too small for space. TV was too high meant you couldn't actually watch it Our room had the hotel flood lights facing it, all night Shower was extremely loud Overall just didn't see it worth the money (£70pn no breakfast) in comparison to others we stayed in around the same area. Can not comment on the food as we ate out.

Nice countryside location with a wonderful log fire to sit beside. Very friendly family run hotel with comfortable rooms, great service and lovely food. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

25/11/17 Had booked a table at 6 o'clock but no one was aware of the booking. Had plenty of room as it wasn't busy but had to ask for the lights to be put on in the family restaurant. Food was amazing. I had BBQ ribs, other family members had a pie and burger. Burger relish was really good and meat was good with all the dishes. Inside play area was great for the children. Only reason no 5 star because of booking confusion.

Amazing staff! Very welcoming, went there for dinner three times this week! Food was fantastic and puddings were very yummy to! Can't wait to come back ☺️

Went for the advertised parkour event with our 4 year old. Great outdoor play area and enjoyed a prosecco on the terrace with friends. Will definitely be going back to sample the food as it looked fab.

I have been going to Wales for 22 years and the one place we always go to is the Woodlands. Nick, Nerys and the family and have been a family friend to us for so many years and everything they produce is absolutely gorgeous. It's a place I'd definitely recommend to anybody.

Lovely, friendly staff, a hot bath and a home-cooked meal. Just what I needed, and I would highly recommend.

We always enjoy our meals at the woodlands. The food is great and the children have a great time on the outside play area. The menu is very varied and the quality excellent. They have a new craft beer on tap, 'blue moon' which is very nice! The staff are really good and very friendly. A must for any holiday on the llyn.

We had our wedding reception here on the 30th July 2016, and it was amazing!
The staff were really efficient and friendly.
Leading up to the wedding, Nerys and Cath were extremely helpful, and very approachable, allowing us to decorate as we wished, and offered to help as much as they could.
The food was fantastic, the home made pate was lovely, and the pork dinner for the main meal was absolutely amazing. Presentation was exquisite, and all courses came out in a timely manner, and were hot. Cannot fault it at all, they ensured the whole evening went well, and was fantastic service for all 125 of our guests.
We cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work! Nothing was too much trouble, and we highly recommend you.
