Third time here was looking for a change for my wife’s 50th Birthday but always this hotel wins 😃

Nice, spacious rooms. Perfect location.

Would highly recommend this hotel its lovely clean and has a built in kitchen in rooms ideal for family couples or business stays 😀😀😀 we stayed for one the staff were so friendly & helpful…our room was spotless and fresh 😀😀🥰🥰 TV had loads on it to listen to music or watch TV 😀😀 would definitely book again thank you to all the staff on shift 😀😀 xxx.

Had a fantastic weekend at this hotel for an early valentines weekend this weekend just past. Lovely clean room so spacious comfy bed and room even had a kitchen. Perfect location near restaurants and shops. Had drinks and food in the hotel and could even take to room which was great. One of the best hotels we have stayed at! Price was also reasonable for two nights. Will definitely be returning ☺️

We used the Residence Inn as our home base as we traveled around Scotland checking out the different areas. Check in was quick and easy which was refreshing after flying for over 24 hours. Our first day started with a great breakfast and met someone named Gaybor who was hands down excellent throughout the stay, he would check in and see if we needed anything in the morning, just went above and beyond as a staff member. The rest of the staff was awesome as well, he just went above and beyond. Aaron provided us with his own things to see which were excellent recommendations as well. The entire 16 night stay was enjoyable and we will be back.

Central location ideal for shopping trips. Lovely suite, everything you need, quiet location. Cant wait to return. Highly recommend.

Really comfortable studio room, with almost everything catered for-a welcome pack would have been nice.
But the staff are great it's in a great location, near the harbour and Maritime Museum.

I reserved a room for my Husbands Birthday & I'm so glad I did. The room was Beautiful, it was very spacious, As we were on bottm floor we had a window that was noise proof. We tested this. As anyone would know, on a Saturday night in Aberdeen, It can be quite noisy, well this night was. We opened window and could hear all when closed it was quiet. The extra addition of a Kitchenette in your room with all the extras i. E. Coffee, tea, water in fridge, dishwasher, and even a microwave and cooker was exceptional. The fitness suit & laundry room were complimentary on your stay.
The breakfast area was clean comfortable chairs were there for your choice & the food was immense. You do get fresh SAUSAGES contrary to other reviews & if you wanted a fried egg im sure to ask you would receive. I just like sausages and bacon on a crispy side to which these were there also.
I would Highly Reccomend This Hotel For Your Stay Away.

Great hotel and attentive friendly staff. Superb location for all pubs and restraunts. Our room had a dishwasher! Buffet breakfast includes in the room price £52. Definitely recommend and revisit.

Room was ideal, spacious and clean. Did not appreciate the house keeper knocking on the door at 8.30 am on the Sunday morning. The cooked breakfast was terrible, cheapest sausage, overcooked scrambled eggs and dried up bacon, that was the lot. We ended up going out for breakfast on the Monday morning. The evening meals was very limited for choice, we got pizza takeaway on night and went out the other days for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Don't think we will be back.

Great location in the centre of Aberdeen. We stayed for two nights and found the room light and airy and of a good size. Sound insulation from the adjacent room was sadly lacking and could hear the neighbours phone conversations! Breakfast was good.

Affordable, convenient location, and very pretty hotel. You get so much value for money including free laundry! It's only been one night and there's 2 more to go but I will say I'm in love with this place. It helps that there's restaurants, Costa and an ice cream parlour right outside.

Great location, great restaurant and bar across the same courtyard. Hotels restaurant and bar is okay. Rooms are great. Staff not too friendly. Parking is horrible! But we would stay here everytime even with the walk to parking garage. Which is not far at all but driving to it is a pain.

Just home from a lovely birthday wknd treating my mum. This was my first stay in the Residence Hotel & I have to say I was really impressed. Its in thee best central location just yards from shops. Greeted by very friendly staff. The Hotel was Immaculate, lovely double Bedroom with its own quirky Kitchenette & large sliding mirror doors onto large ensuite bathroom. Adequate choice for buffet breakfast, I also enjoyed the hotel Gym on my stay. The hotel had also given me a discount if you park in the NCP car park. (although I was only told this as I got slightly lost & phoned the hotel for directions) Would highly recommend & will definitely be back. Thank you. Nicola & Sandra.

I have always enjoyed staying at a Residence Inn and this has been one of the better ones. The location is perfect, close to Union Street and all the shop and restaurants, but still only about 30-minute walk to the beach. The staff are friendly and professional, room is a good size and clean, and the breakfast is good although crowded in the morning. If you get on an upper floor you will have some nice views of the town. My only negative is I needed a late checkout and they said it would be £10 for every extra hour which I thought was kind of chintzy, my flight left at 4pm so I needed an extra 2 hours. I see lots of people complaining about the lack of parking but for me travelling for business it is perfect. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here last night as a treat to ourselves after a lovely date night … the room and shower room were immaculate… very clean … loved the decor… absolutely loved the novelty of the kitchenette and personal welcome touch on the TV screen… staff were very welcoming and helpful … enjoyed our breakfast in the morning also. All in all a great place to stay, would definitely recommend it!

This place is really difficult to get to. I only recommend it if you are traveling by taxi with a backpack only for luggage. There is no Street side entrance for this hotel. You have to park two blocks away and drag your luggage. Once at the hotel it's really nice. Large and clean room with a mini kitchen. Great location in the middle of downtown. Close to great bars, theaters and restaurants. There are two coffee shops right out the front door. If you need to be in the heart of the city this place is great, otherwise there are more convenient hotels.

Very nice hotel, comfortable room. Small kitchen with everything you need. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Ideal location, some restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. More to come as new development. I could walk everywhere in the centre easily and to the beach. Bus stop is a minute walk to union Street, walk around the corner of hotel, opposite Marks & Spencer's food hall is a small alley turn left and the bus stop for airport is there. £4.20 for open return.

Lovely, well laid out room, excellent facilities, great location. If there was any complaint it would be a very minor one about limited space for breakfast, however we were up early enough to miss queues.

Breakfast was, however, a shambles. If you want warm food, not hot, then the choice is scrambled egg, bacon and sausage and that's it. We arrived at a time when there was no sausage or bacon left and had to stand waiting for about 10 minutes before anyone appeared with fresh stuff. The coffee machine wasn't working so it was being dispensed from a filter pot and tasted weak.
Toast was available but the assorted jams and spreads were in large jars which were lying about on the breakfast counter with knives or spoons sticking out of them. Didn't look too hygienic.
There seemed to be a good choice of fruit and cheeses but as I didn't try them I can't comment.
A good breakfast is an integral part of bed and breakfast and I'm afraid there is still some work to be done on that count.
