Hands down the worst customer service ever received in a hotel, home or abroad. We stayed at this hotel prior to a trip to tenerife last week as we had an early morning flight, including car parking for a week. Fair enough this stay was probably ok and was sufficient. Hotel was more than aware of our flight arrival time at 1.30am the following week on our return. Flight arrived back at the airport on time the week later after a great holiday. This is when the shambles at the courtyard really starts. On entering the hotel at 2am to check in, we were informed by the guy on reception that he was performing an end of day audit and we would have to wait until complete. Fair enough, we trusted the guy knew what he was doing so we waited for 20 minutes Atleast. By this time there was another 2 couples in reception waiting to check in. We were then informed that we were 'no shows' and check in was missed by us along with the others. He was on and off the phone to his manager, the manager was heard saying 'we cant let them in, they were no shows they should have been in last night' on more than one occasion. The woman on the other end of the phone wasn't available to speak to any one of us and was happy to hide behind her phone and leave the receptionist to take the flack. He told us the only way we could stay was to book again, refund would not be issued there and then. This went on until 4.

Good food 🍱 and the restaurant was clean and friendly bar staff.

Very nice rooms and very nice and fantastic people both at the front desk and the food area. I would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish the service was excellent, went out of their way to find a fan for the room even tho they have A/C, just to keep my wife happy with her phobia. Highly recommend this hotel.

Filthy. Health Hazard. Rooms not cleaned. Disabled access room 149. The seat fell off the wall in the shower and I fell on the bathroom floor. Now in agony with my back. Zero concern for my well-being. Absolutely appalling customer service. Refused to provide me with their accident reporting book so I could record the incident. It’s now been almost 10 hours since the incident and I am still waiting for a call from the hotel manager… Martijn Kooij… obviously too busy to check on the well being of a hotel guest who was injured due to your health and safety BREACH. I will be appointing a solicitor on Monday. You are a disgrace to the Marriott Hotel Brand. Shame on you!

First time staying here. Good rooms, staff excellent. Will be staying here again next time in the area.

Loverly place clean and plenty of parking very helpful staff! Rooms clean and spacious.

Me and my partner booked a last minute room after a busy week at work. We arrived quite late at night and we were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff named salome he made our stay absolutely amazing with his friendly service and advice he also gave us a wee cheeky upgrade on our room the place is spotless the beds where just what I needed for my sore back breakfast was 10 out of 10 will 100% be back again 5 stars from us guys @ rake it in gardening Services 👍🏻

Bed really comfy, staff professional and friendly, however wasn't happy with service charge added on to meal and breakfast was terrible value for money, absolutely no selection, it was pre plated in kitchen, no fruit, pastries cereals etc, no doubt covid is the easy excuse, breakfast wise we would have got alot more for half the price elsewhere, the breakfast let's the hotel down badly, probably will book holiday Inn next time, which is a shame as room was brilliant.

Another lovely stay at the Courtyard Hotel. Lovely customer service as usual from all staff especially Jamie throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We needed an accessible room because im in a wheelchair and there was a step up to the bathroom and unfortunately our toilet wouldn't flush and we had a leaky kettle. Apart from that the stay was great!

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean modern style. Family room just about big enough for 2 adults and 2 adult sized children. Room dark and quiet for an airport hotel with comfortable beds and pillows (although did stay during covid restrictions). Reasonably priced good quality cooked breakfast (except for sausages, which were poorer quality) and we really enjoyed the freshly made pizzas in the evening and the lovely fluffy chips and large burger. Useful shop on site for snacks and drinks for the room, although a little pricy. Fridge in the wardrobe to store them, but only 2 glasses and 2 mugs for 4 people. Lots of choice of channels on TV. Shower ok, but water spilled into floor no matter what we did. Large soft towels. Walking distance to airport. Car Parking is £10 a night unless it is included in an airport parking scheme (ours was). Better deals available if you book direct with the hotel (we didn’t). Limited choice at the bar, but again that may be covid related. We will stay here again!

Apart from the obvious lock down issues through no fault of the hotel. It has tried to cater for people. Lovely clean spacious rooms.

We stayed over for a night in the twin room. The room was a beautiful, modern, clean double room with bathroom to match. At the price of only £89 for the 3 of us, you can't complain. I highly recommend.

Great £56 for the night plus 5 days parking I would so recommend the Malbec.

Really nice staff … funny receptionist. Makes you feel so welcome.

Had a great night sleep, everything you could possibly need/want in a room while away from home. Dinner was lovely, hot and service was quick, breakfast was buffet and eat as much as you like.

Worst hotel experience of my life! Paid in advance for one night to arrive and be told they were overbooked by over 20 rooms. My room and presumably the others were given to the navy the night before. I was put up in the Travel Lodge which if I had wanted to book I would have. (TL staff were excellent by the way). Marriott offered complimentary breakfast and 20% off dinner — had already paid for breakfast up front! Went over for early dinner at 6pm and after a long wait was told my first choice of salmon was finished. An hour later I received a cold inedible plate of tasteless pasta, asked where the garlic bread was and was told it too was finished. Diners were complaining, putting back meals, refusing to pay. Waiting staff were having to deal with this and said the chef was feeling stressed. Concierge said the manager had gone to Edinburgh (conveniently) meanwhile more and more customers were arriving to be told they didn't have a room. I paid upfront for a four star hotel experience which I didn't get. I have not heard from the manager or a refund offered. A totally unacceptable shambolic experience.

Very disappointing to arrive tired and be told sorry no restaurant or room service ~ kitchen down. Would have been nice to have been emailed to let the customers know before they arrive.

Stay clear. Management very rude. Unhelpful and the car park is a danger. There is a island out side the hotel what is very poorly maintained so becomes a obstruction. We hit this island and have had nothing but cheek and bad manors from the hotel management and. Not the attitude you expect when abroad on holiday. Hope this get to the right person this time as I am sick of this. Stay clear.

All the staff are very friendly & helpful, the food is great, the rooms are very modern and have every facility you need (hairdryer, iron, kettle) & the beds are comfortable. Fantastic hotel.

Nice hotel, but was told I could not sit at a table if I was only going to have drinks. At £5.35 for a Guinness! guess what I went over to the travel lodge across the car park where guiness is £3.95. They need to sort out their prices especially if its that expensive I want to sit wherever I want.

Nice hotel, in a great location — within walking distance to the Glasglow Airport. We were able to drop off our rental car the night before our flight and walk back to the hotel. In the morning, we were able to walk over, even with our luggage, which was nice.

Very professional staff. Lovely welcoming environment and the rooms are lovely. Modern clean and comfy. Well worth a visit.

This could easily have been five stars. Unfortunately two things let the experience down. Firstly the website implies the hotel is located near the airport. It is but the journey is not intuitive or well sign posted. You have to walk through two car parks before crossing a busy road. If you have mobility issues you may need to book a taxi. We paid £4.50 to get there and £7 to return to the airport a five minute journey. The second thing that impacted on the score was the lack of customer service in the restaurant. We waited to be seated for a long time. When we eventually got seated and were given menus we watched other guests arrive and get several before us. We ordered bread as a starter and had to ask for cutlery to spread the butter which when arrived had to be sent back because it was not clean. All that being said staff were friendly and if they can improve on attention to customers and let visitors with special needs know about access from the airport this could easily have been a much better review.

Booked a room here for when our flight got in in the middle of the night, knackered we headed to the hotel to be told they were overbooked and could we wait in the lounge until he found us a room, I laughed, I thought it was a joke. I had booked the room weeks previously, paid the full amount up front and even called the hotel to let them know we wouldn't be checking in until the middle of the night. We live over 80 miles drive away from Glasgow and had booked the room to get a good sleep and lave early the next day. Fortunately for us, our car was at a nearby car park and I hadnt had a drink all day so we decided to tell them to forget it and we would drive home. I will never in my life will book a room at this hotel again. Apparently its marriott policy to overbook each hotel by 7 rooms, ridiculous when you are leaving people that have paid a room upfront out on the street. I will be making a formal complaint about it.

Nice, easy to get to from Airport and major routes. Bistro us open a little later than many restaurants (last order 2145). Good food. Nice room. Not a hotel for a spectacular view (unless office park is your idea of view), but not why I think most people book.

Quick overnight stay at the Marriott. Room seemed brand new, clean, and was quite spacious. No airport shuttle but the walk was only about five minutes.

Very helpful staff, clean, comfortable rooms. They had the best fish and chips I had in Scotland. A nice place to stay.

Expertly managed facilities with good quality conference rooms right at the airport. Perfect for business meetings with international clients who might only be in town for a few hours layover, as it's a few minutes from the airport and is modern and clean. Fast Wi-Fi and courteous helpful staff make the whole experience inexpensive and a breeze from start to finish.

Modern rooms, good quality. The airport is a few minutes walk away, it is ideal to bring the rental vehicle in the evening and fly very early the next day.

Very convenient location to the airport but not too close as to be bothered by the noise. Great location, hospitable staff is available. Unfortunately woken by the alarm within the room for reasons unknown to me. Excellent international breakfast.

Decently priced hotel but a little difficult of access by foot. The rooms are modern, the staff pleasant. Enhanced Wi-Fi is the classic 10mbps up/down. Could do with faster. One of my towel had holes in it, I hope it's a mistake. My main concern in the executive rooms is the lack of proper desk. TV was modern but HDMI port a little difficult to access. Room was quiet. Couldn't hear any plane but that's also probably thanks to its fair distance from the airport. Upgrade as Gold Elite was processed in advance which is appreciated. Key was ready upon arrival and checkout through the app went well. Received the invoice by email later in the day.

Recently renovated, Everything is freshly painted and clean. Nice and simple, no fuss check in and out. Was lacking options for hot food later in the evening although there is a little (albeit overpriced) shop with snacks etc. Full Breakfast pretty good and not a bad price for a chain hotel.

Cheap, clean and helpful staff! I love the place and is just a 5 or 10 min walk to Airport! Just make your time worth and book a room instead of staying in the airport over night.

Parking £14 for two days. Blood under toilet seat and had problems with my key to my room had to come down four times to get fixed.
But staff at extremely helpful doing there best probably the Marriott company cutting staff to save money only having one reception staff on duty dealing with everything.

go into paisley you can get a proper Scottish breakfast for four people for the price of one in the hotel.

Me and my husband stayed here lastnight would recommend it had a lovely time. Staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely, lovely staff there (especially liz) very helpful and friendly, thanks for the lovely stay with yous and our room was lovely and very clean X.

We stayed here before an early morning flight. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, even connecting us to the Wi-Fi when we couldn't get it to work. Rooms were large and clean. Beds were particularly comfy and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. Restaurant's open until 21.30. It's only a 10 min walk over to the airport or you can get a taxi or bus over. Highly recommend staying here to save time getting to the airport if you have an early flight.

Excellent location just seconds off of tje Airport junction 28 and an easy walk to the airport terminal through the car park & then via the covered walkway. £7 a day parking for residents. Hotel is very clean & still has the new feel about it. Decent price snacks & has a starbucks section in-house. Only one small lift so potentially a wait to get that at peak times.

Lovely hotel. We stayed in the new section and the heating was never turned on so it was very cold! But we had in room heating so it wasn't too bad.

Arrived & reception & they seemed very disorganised with names @ check in. Breakfast was disappointing no mushrooms, no potato option, no skimmed milk, no veggie sausage & no hot water for tea as the brewer wasn’t working scrambled eggs were watery & pale instead of yellow & fluffy!
Bed was comfortable but I ordered a wake up call & didn’t get one, rang & asked for room service from a very limited menu & was told room service is not available in this hotel even though the menu was on the bed in the room.
Room & bathroom clean but not a lot of power in the shower. Towels clean but small.
If traveling in a group the lifts are small taking into account the luggage.
All in all I wouldn’t rush back.

Rooms were clean and well supplied. We had our tea and breakfast and the food was good and tasty. No noise from motorway or airport.

Rooms seem recently renovated. Beds were comfortable. Shower hot. Overall small rooms but well appointed. Pretty clean but not excellent. Food and drink option in lobby. Very short walk to airport, cut through parking lot.

Immaculate libby & room, very comfortable beds, efficient, professional front desk staff. Ordered taxi for us for 4a. M. Pick up, & it all worked out beautifully.

Breakfast from 06:30. The ironing board is available in the room. Fitness Room on the ground floor. Pets allowed.

Lovely place! Very nice rooms, very good food, very close to the airport and local amenities. Rooms have a large walk in shower in the bathroom and a huge TV for a hotel in the bedroom. For being less than a 5 minute walk to the airport I have never heard a plane from the rooms. Breakfast is buffet style but always hot and fresh. Stay here on a regular basis and it's always good.

Great hotel for an airport stay! Maximum a 10 minute walk to the airport, so it's conveniently located. We stayed in a king room and the bed was massive and uber comfortable! Wifi was great, lots of options in the hotel for food and drink at the bar, and the staff were lovely. Hotel was beautifully decorated as well.

This is a GREAT hotel! The staff is very friendly and went out of their way for us. We were upgraded to a superior king room. Best of all, we met the manager, Russell Smith. Russell was so nice and since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary the hotel did some extra special things for us. Russell made our 2 night stay brilliant. Yvonne in the restaurant is such a delight. Her warm smile and excellent attitude just lit up the room! She is the perfect person to meet and greet you at the restaurant. This hotel knows how to hire GREAT people. So, if you are in the area or planning a trip, or are flying into or out of Glasgow, we hope you stay at this hotel. Take a moment to meet Russell Smith and Yvonne. On our second morning, ‘Russell made it a point to visit with us and offered ideas for our trip. You just have to love it when a hotel really cares about you. It’s easy to see that Russell is in the customer business. You will not be disappointed.

I was there for a training course. The facilities were good, the screen was good, however, the tables were a bit wobbly and the catering was very basic. No pens or pads were provided which is somewhat expected from big hotels.

We had a wonderful time for our overnight stay the hotel was very clean and all the staff very friendly and welcoming would very much recommend this place!

Nice rooms and most of the staff are polite (not all). The rest of the hotel is being renovated and in one word, it is terrible. It is supposed to have a BAR which is a joke. You make your own INSTANT coffee for breakdast… Your dining options after 22:00 is delivery… Stay away from this hotel at least until it is turned to a Marriott (expected Sept '16).

Very poor hotel, we were not made aware of building work. Room, TV wasn't connected, air-conditioning and extractor failed. Breakfast was poor and the bar was a fridge in a roomroom.

Had a horrendous stay. Arrived in from working at 4.00am last Saturday only to be woken first thing in the morning by constant drilling and hammering. Rang down to reception to complain only to be told that there would be maintenance work going on until 5.00pm. WHY was my room rented out? You wouldn't rent a car out knowing the engine was going to blow up during the journey. Room not fit for purpose, a good sleep! Ripped off!

The rooms were up to date and spacious. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly! With in walking distance to airport, bathrooms were large. Great stay!

Stayed one night. On Saturday 3rd October. Bed very comfortable bathroom excellent all in all a very nice hotel. The only complaint was that there was only one bedside table for a double bed and no bedside lighting. Had to get up during the night and feel my way to the door to switch on the overhead lights.

Great place to put your head down for the night after a long flight. The one issue we did have was getting there after leaving the airport. If was not clearly marked, but walked and found it in the end. Maybe jump in a taxi if you have allot of bags.

First of all, I'd like to say this hotel is Ok no matter in comfort in bed or noise problem because this hotel is close to hotel. But I really doubt in this hotel's stuff's moral quality! I lost my sun-glass in the room and I am totally sure that I left it under the television. I went out the hotel at 8:00 am and I called the hotel at 9:00am, then they told me they will contact me soon. And till afternoon 5:00pm they did not called me back. And I called them again they told me the lost property office is get off work. Then I called them again next day they told me nothing left in this room. And that sun-glass is meaning a lot to me and I am 100% sure I left it at the table. I dont know why it just disappear when I leave the hotel.
