BACKPACKERS BEWARE… DO NOT BOOK A DORM ROOM HERE! I've stayed at and worked in multiple really cheap budget Hostel, I have never been to such an AWFUL place! I felt so UNSAFE as soon as I entered and choose to leave within the hour. This is a BENEFITS HOSTEL, not a Backpackers Hostel, which was not made clear. People are doing drugs there, entering other people's rooms and I couldn't even connect to the internet or use my phone whilst there to find another place to go to. I got LIED to by staff that I would be Refunded that never happened! The RUDEST STAFF you will come across, they talked over me and argued with me about how I was wrong about MY experience at their hostel! Please DON'T book here, you will REGRET it! After my experience I spoke to many people and they are KNOWN in Glasgow for being AWFUL! All the positive reviews seem to be about PRIVATE rooms and it is clean, the issues are more to do with the people that book there, the lack of space between you and them, the lack of privacy even whilst lying on your bed and how the staff will treat you if you have any issues. Honestly the WORST Hostel experience I've ever had, please don't put yourself through it.
