Have used this premier Inn about ten times now. Staff always been polite and helpful. Would recommend it.

Used it regularly staff are very friendly and helpful would recommend this place.

Had a good few weeks staying at this branch of Premier Inn — An unexpected stay for my wife and I, due to necessary urgent repairs at my house. Staff and service at the hotel are brilliant — a very welcoming atmosphere. Can highly recommend. Well done to all concerned.

Very clean bedrooms and friendly staff excellent breakfast but dont rely on the Wi-Fi even the ultimate.

I must say I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Good size rooms very clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely and staff were 100% perfect in their customer service and were very helpful to me when I hurt my arm so a big thank you to all and I will be definitely be back in the near future.

Great reception staff at the Inn and the staff in the restaurant couldn't do enough to help you very friendly and genuinely pleased to see you.

Lovely hotel rooms very clean and staff very helpful. Only fault was waiting in queue to go for breakfast a couple actually walked away, staff running about very busy they could have done with extra staff on in morning. Otherwise was a good place to stay.

Nice enough place. However, what the website doesn't tell you is that it's only 2 floors, thus no lift. My wife is disabled, but as it was only a bed for the night, didn't ask for a disabled room (some of the facilities in disabled rooms actually make it more uncomfortable for her… i. E the toilets can be quite high). They were good enough to move us downstairs, but if the disabled rooms hadn't been available, there was no indication that this may have caused an issue.

Premier inn are known for good beds and good shower neat rooms personally. If you are lodging with your family, the family rooms are good. My little loves it. It is good to make an early booking for a fare price.

Very friendly and very help full. Will do anything to make you happy. Really go the extra mile.

A lovely welcome at half past twelve in the morning on a Friday after a long journey with two children, time to sleep now.

Typical Premier Inn. Large clean comfortable rooms. Good service from reception. Smallish car park. Food in attached pub is nothing special but is OK. Would stay again.

Rooms okay, standard fayre. This one has the new style prem inn rooms with wall mounted ports for hooking your laptop or tablet up to the TV which is great — when it works, which it didn't on our recent visit.

I always love stay at the hotel because they have comfortable beds amazing staff overall a good choice but there were some people stamping around above my room but apart from that I loved it.

Good location just of the M way. About £13 for a taxi to city centre. Staff friendly and service good. Car park small for the hotel though.

Our stay at this Premier Inn, was exactly what you needed for a quick stop over — cheap, good quality, clean and friendly staff.

Location in terms of doing anything outside of the grounds of this hotel is dismal. So if you plan to even go for a run … forget it… industrial estate. Yet really nice bar next to hotel serving really nice food and drink in cosy setting.

Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good TV, too. Like the quiet area reminding stickers, it really helps! Hardly any noise.

Close to major road and rather noisy. Room very warm at night. Unfortunately shower tray was leaking. Staff very helpful but not my favourite place!

Nice hotel near town and the motor way. Amazing beds too.

Great location, just off the motorway. Very friendly staff and usual Premier Inn standards. Apart of hotel restaurant there is Mcdonald and KFC and shell garage 2 min away. If you travelling to the Highlands and need overnight break this hotel is perfect.

Great hotel, have used this on numerous occasions without any complaints. Staff on reception always meet you with a smile and are happy and willing to help with anything. Rooms very clean and tidy. Beds really comfortable. Relaxing and quiet night's sleep every time. Arrived early on last stay (18/02/2017) at around 12.30 after a 5 hour drive up from Leicester, normally can't check in till around 2.00, but nice girl on reception found a room that was ready for us too have right away, now that's what I would call great customer service. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a comfortable place to stay with the added bonus of a free car park and as well as the hotel bar/restaurant there is also a MC Donald's and KFC on site, what more could you ask for.

This is 2nd time we stayed here. We — a family of 5 — stayed overnight at this hotel, and loved it! We arrived late — beds were ready for all. We paid for breakfast for adults and kids had free. Food was very good too. Overall, we liked the hotel.

It was a lovely comfortable room. The only thing that let it down was the restaurant. Food was bad and tasted like a poor ready made meals. All staff were super. Think chef needs more training!

The room was lovely and comfortable. The Premiere Inn beds are awesome. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful in both the hotel and restaurant. I'd say the restaurant staff were the most friendly and helpful I've ever had. I'd definitely recommend. Thanks.

Great location close to motorway and a KFC and MacDonald's on site 10 min drive into town.

Hotel itself perfectly fine for the price. First review is nonsense. Staff were excellent all weekend, service was friendly and fast and the restaurant was surprisingly good with a wide choice. Definitely recommended.
