I believe the owner is a lovely lady but she already lost her interest in her B&B and has it only for the money. There are not so many competitors in Skye so she will always have customers. We had a B&B in Edinburgh for the same price and it was 10 times better. What I did not like is how run down the place was. Everything was old, really everything. I do not mind old things if they look taken care of but that was not the case here. The carpet in the dining area had stains from god knows when. Breakfast was good but expected much better. Half of the hangers in the room were broken. Bathroom could use also some huge renovation. This place would require a huge renovation. I really liked the location of the B&B. It is a bit north where most of the touristic places are so even if you finish late it does not take you a hour before you get to your place. They offer free parking which is great. They are innovating Wi-Fi to fiber optic but so far it is slow. The first place where the bed was not too short.
Staff are so nice and the place is just lovely. Bit small and shared bathroom but it's more than made up for with the amazing staff and lovely breakfast.
