Great location, plenty of facilities and fun place for kids. There is a small shop full of most things you may need for your stay, and a bus which will take you into Ayr and back which runs every 60 mins. Pool has multi levels and plenty of water slides and play items for all ages, however it is let down by the dirty walkway areas (green algae at the sides) and very dirty changing rooms. Especially the floors. There are even light covers missing off the fluorescent lights on the stairway to the flumes. Why? This is clearly a management problem, as these issues are clearly visible to anyone with working eyes. That said, the rest of the park is clean, well kept and the food is very good. Great entertainment at night. Staff friendly and very helpful.
I felt as though I have been robbed. Spent over £600 quid for a premium caravan, it was anything but. Wasn't clean, and this is no reflection on the cleaners as they do a fantastic job. It's just that they don't get enough time to do a proper job. I felt so sorry for them as they had to get through 10 caravans that day before 3:30 pm. I will never be going back. The 3 stars are for the cleaners.

Well 1 day to go and got to say wish we had booked a longer stay. So much to do on this site the pool is fantastic kids love it. Entertainment at night first class Very clean and well run holiday park If you thinking of booking and in 2 minds due to some poor reviews please don't worry we are coming towards the end of a midweek break and have enjoyed every minute of it our only problem is there is that much to do you can't fit it in 4 days. I really feel some people look for problems to have a moan about it. Great family break we will definitely be coming back well done haven.
