We stayed last night, and went to the fire event! Room lovely, staff friendly and only too happy to help in hotel. Breakfast delicious. Fire event was well run very entertaining, food good, perfect evening, hats off to the event organiser for a great night 👍 Band were fab too. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you 🙏

Stopped here for some lunch. From the moment we walked in the service was brilliant. We sat outside in the courtyard which was lovely, Nathan couldn’t have done more for us, exceptional service! Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

We moored at the end of the garden and went up to the Courtyard for drinks. There are about 18 socially distanced tables mostly covered by large parasols with heaters. The staff were well presented, personable, personable and efficient. They brought a bowl of water for the dog and gave him treats and my daughter had a lovely children's meal. They even caught and returned the dog to the boat when he ran off later in the evening! Thanks to all involved.

Absolute 10/10 Sunday Lunch today! Could not fault it, extremely pleased 🙂 will definitely be back again…

The Angel hosted out Covid secure wedding reception recently. All our wedding guests stayed at the Angel and the accommodation and breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and all our needs were catered for. As for our wedding breakfast, the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and all our needs were catered for. Attended as a trainer on course. All the staff I encountered were very polite very helpful and very friendly. (I believe their names were Lydia, Jez and Alex) sorry if I got names wrong.
I would certainly recommend this venue for anyone to deliver courses. Well done to all concerned.

Utterly disgusting! After booking a luxurious Worcester suite to find we have a standard room, to then be moved to another room where the shower cuts out and no longer works, half way through a shower, to get slagged off, rolled eyes and moaned at when saying something! Staff never apologised for the false advertising and poor facilities that this so called establishment offers. Just an all round awful stay, would definitely not recommended to anyone.

We came to the Angel Hotel on the 27th of July. It was a rather big gathering and we had pre-ordered the food few weeks before. We found it far too long waiting for the food. At the end of the evening we had to go and pay at the desk it took ages and it wasn't acceptable far too long. The food wasn't too bad. You need a better delivery service.

Tasty Pershore Platter meal. Just right for a snack for two to share. Friendly inviting staff. Nice area out the back sit in good weather. Free rear parking for people dining at the Angel. Great if you are visiting Pershore.

Stayed in the middle of June for a night. Although well appointed the room was very small with a tiny bathroom. The shower was very good but with a dodgy switch. Wanting to shave, I could get no hot water from the tap. So overall I feel it was a bit overpriced. Also had our evening meal there. I ordered steak which was very tasty but came with half a tomato and one mushroom. Not good enough really. The chips were good though. Breakfast was also minimalist shall we say. On a brighter note, went back for Sunday lunch and that was very good.

My pregnant wife and I booked a room for one night, the mattress was probably the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on with the springs sticking through and giving us a terrible night sleep and back pain next morning. Sadly the bathroom had mould in the shower, the window didn’t open and the extractor fan wasn’t working well at all. The bin was dirty on the outside, cobwebs in the wardrobe and the coffee cups dirty inside. For the price we paid these are the basics really. We complained and got £20 off the bill but not really good enough. It’s a shame as staff were pleasant enough and the breakfast was lovely. But there is work to be done in the Copthorne room before it should be let out again.

We went for Sunday lunch with a toddler. The food was excellent unfortunately the service was slow. Which meant we had a fractious child which spoiled the meal. Would try again as the food is worth it.

Characterful hotel in village centre. Reasonable restaurant onsite. Nicely sized rooms with tasteful furnishings. Great access to lovely countryside and sites of interest.

We stayed last night, hotel staff were amazing and food was too. Very clean however few pointers, TV remote did not work, shower rubbish hardly any pressure ceiling in bathroom could do with repair, bed was like a prison bed and room was very hot. Other than that it was a nice stay. These issues should be sorted as it would make it a better stay xx.

Relaxed atmosphere, good hot chocolate, nice bar and reception with different seating areas, including comfy sofas.

Not much to look at from the outside but very up to date, clean and tidy inside. What I saw of the premises was mostly geared up for dining rather than drinking — I don't know if there is a separate bar. I did particularly like that the seating area had good spacing — no sense of as many tables & chairs being crammed in as possible! All furniture seemed to be fresh and comfortable, with an effort made to impress. Never been here before but called in at 11:45 for a Sunday lunch without a reservation — no problem getting seated. Had a traditional Sunday roast of Beef & Lamb slices with the usual veg; a perfectly servicable meal which I would be happy to have again. Meat was OK, although I would have liked slightly more (but I'm a "slightly bigger portion" kind of guy, as my waistline attests to). Veg was fine. Nice fresh portions of mint sauce and horseradish provided without having to ask; same too for a cold bottle of tap water which was delivered as part of the serving. My wife had the fish and chips which were slightly less well appreciated — the chips were excellent but the fish could have been cooked a bit longer for her taste, and was a bit small in comparison to F&C we have had at other establishments recently. Staff were all courteous, friendly and attentive. My star rating was difficult — I didn't feel it quite warranted a 4 but 3 is less than I would have liked; maybe 3.8 (? ). Bottom line — I would be very happy to eat here again.

Very nice friendly staff. Lovely comfy leather chairs next to a log burner. We would have stayed for food if it wasnt for the little time we had and the prices… Would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for the very expensive drinks! £8.40 for a pint of cider shandy and a pint of beer!

Lovely staff very helpful and great breakfast, room just a little outdated, we stayed in their best room and carpet was fraying, spot light hanging out of socket, mattress not brilliant. These where minor details just for £130.00 I would expect something a little better.

We have had many lovely meals in The Angel, just the two of us, up to huge family celebration dinners. The standard is always high and the staff very helpful.

Went to the Angel for a cup of coffee and ended up with sandwiches a ploughman’s chips and coffee nothing was to much trouble for the staff. They were very polite and extremely helpful with excellent service. They are also dog friendly. Will definitely go again. Food is excellent. John Middleton 23-10-17

How can they get a sandwich order wrong twice its a sandwich on there menu. Staff clueless and ring in orders incorrectly on the till. Apparently a common occurrence here. Lovely setting what a shame they can't even serve a sandwich. Whoever owns this needs to take charge and train the team on customer services and what to do when it goes wrong. Dumping the sandwich down and running off when they know the order is wrong a second time is odd (why bring it from the kitchen). Young inexperience staff with nobody leading them.

I go here for a drink when in Pershore & it has a lovely & relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff & good food.

Had lunch there on Saturday. The service and the food were very good. Good sized portions too. Price was what we expected, good value.

The Angel Inn is the heart of the town, whether to meet girlfriends, mates, work colleagues, talk over coffee, cocktails, beer, eat a meal or share their tremendous investment in live music in the tent throughout the year. Thanks for being a great team and being so dog — friendly.

I have just had a very enjoyable 3 hours in the hotel very nice food and atmosphere, and very friendly staff would recommend to anyone Ian from Newmarket Suffolk.

Room was very nice, if a bit outdated in it's decor. Friendly staff and food menu looked good, though I didn't try it myself. Rooms were also quiet with no sound coming from the pub downstairs or from other guest rooms. Shower was a bit weak, but overall was happy with the place. Would recommend for the price.

Second time staying here, stayed in the Wick room & was disappointing. The hotel itself was cold in the bar area & the reception area (the radiators were all join but needed bleeding desperately & the wood burning fire wasn't even lit! The room was given a free standing heater for additional heat, which worked but there was nothing to help warm up the newly & well presented bathroom, which was freezing, brrrrrrrr) The staff & food are great but the rest needs drastic attention, afraid I won't be visiting again, sorry!

The atmosphere, service and food was excellent at the stylishly refurbished Angel.

We went for our 1st year anniversary and it was wonderful. The Broadway Suite was stunning! The staff were very friendly and polite and the food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. It all made for a very special day. Thank you so much to all the staff there.

My wife and I, and two friends spent a wonderful Sunday night at the Angel hotel in Pershore the hotel is old but clean with a nice atmosphere the staff was very friendly and polite the food was excellent, we certainly will retune. Ray and Pauline.

Stayed for three nights. A very nice area and charming little town. The Angel Inn is a lovely old building, with lots of character. The spacious and attractive bar areas and restaurant are very comfortable, stylishly decorated with bold fabrics and wallpapers. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Although simple, there were a few touches, such as a huge, bold mirror, which created a feeling of luxury The restaurant menu featured a good range of dishes with interesting or unusual touches, so we enjoyed our meals. The hotel has plenty of car space and, as my partner is disabled, we appreciated the cheerful way in which all of our considerable items of luggage were transported to and from out room. In general, all staff were friendly and helpful, especially Darren. We had a real bargain by means of an Ebay voucher purchase but the truth is this hotel generally gives excellent value and is a bit too modest about what it offers in my opinion. I have some more vouchers to use but I am already buying some more to use on future occasions. I have given the Angel inn 5 stars because of its character and overall excellent good value and comfort.
