We forgot our key which I know is our responsibility but when we returned at 10.45 pm there were no staff in the building. There were 3 out of hours emergency numbers which no one answered. Luckily we had a friend staying in the hotel so we slept on her floor.
I dread to think what will happen here if there is ever a fire or someone takes ill so be warned you are on your own from 10.30pm untill 6.30am mon to fri and 10.30pm till 7.30 am sat and sun
also don. T bother trying to dial 0 for reception if your TV doesn. T work because no one answers that either.
apart from that the hotel was clean and comfy and the breakfast was very nice.
but surely it must be illegal to lock guests in alone overnight. Even a night watchman would be an improvement
I will be shaking my head about this hotel for a long time.

Lovely clean hotel. The only thing was that my friends got locked out if their room last night and couldn't get in. They ended up sleeping on the floor in my room. We tried ringing all 3 numbers that was given to us. One answered one was an answering machine the other one was just ringing. No one on site to help them at all if wasn't there they would have had to sleep in the corridor.
