Soooo hot! Room had no air con, but the window takes sun for whole day. Didn't dip below 30 degC while we were there! Fan provided but still… Room was lovely brand new with really comfy double bed rain shower over bath. We were ground floor so window opened onto car park which is fine except for smokers. Front of building has a raised bed filled with chipping, but basically a massive ashtray. Great value, clean, avoid mid summer.

Great Premier Inn. Rooms clean and smart. Staff very friendly. Restaurant food very good, but be prepared to have to wait a while for service even when it is not busy.

Probably the best Premier Inn we've stayed at. Staff were really friendly and chatty, and they made a real effort to interact with the kids. It was a really hot day when we arrived and we were offered ice water and freeze pops. They'd left a large fan in the room, and also a treasure hunt for the kids. Once they found “Dinky the duck" they won prizes. Little things which people remember. Also nice that it's next to a small leisure park with cinema, bowling and restaurants to give you choices. Easy access from M5. Highly recommended.

Conveniently placed hotel, had a great stay. Always clean and staff very welcoming. Wouldn't recommend the food in restaurant, but it was only 10 steps away.

This hotel is within easy reach of the M5 motorway. The facilities are good with an on site restaurant, and a cinema and ten pin bowling alley within a couple of minutes walk.

Great rooms with guaranteed good night's sleep. Plenty of parking. Good attractions on the same site. Really nice friendly staff.

Comfortable, warm and a great shower with plenty of hot water. Ticked all the boxes for a family of 4. Breakfast was brilliant too. Full spread with plenty of options and perfect service.

The rooms are good. Standard premier Inn. If you have stayed in one premier Inn you know what to expect as all rooms are identical. The pub next door to this premier Inn isn't anything special at all. Just you normal 2 for a tenner type places. The food is your normal quality, basic and tasteless. But you get what you pay for. A cheap no thrills budget hotel.

Very friendly staff. Hotel rooms very big and very comfortable. Good location and very cheap for what you get. Only issue was with breakfast in the Brewers Fayre. Would not recommend it. We paid and then within 10 minutes asked for a refund and went elsewhere due to lack of food available. This is not the hotels fault but unfortunately it is linked to them as this is where breakfast is served. Try the hotel just not the breakfast!

Well located, refurbished rooms are kept very clean. Friendly staff throughout. Breakfast was a little hit & miss though.

Stayed here on 2 separate occasions with my husband and 2 sons (4 & 6). Cannot recommend enough, great value for money, staff are friendly and professional and rooms are clean and perfect for a family stay. We had medication with us which they happily stored in the reception fridge and have 24 hour service so we could access it at any time. The Brewers Fayre restaurant attached serve a great Cooked Breakfast where kids eat free.

Good location nice staff buy very noisy. Could hear guests gettimg up and moving around during night. Air con in room didn't work.

Constant doors slamming so unable to sleep. Sqeeky bed and Wi-Fi never works. Wouldnt come back if it was free.

Always a nice experience and the breakfast is fantastic! The manager matt goes above and beyond with service. Always greeted with a friendly smile and always willing to help. I have been many times and never encounter a problem just friendly polite staff generally a great place thank you x.

Absolutely 100% shocking service in the restaurant I can not think of a word that would describe my disappointment. I can not think of a reason why I would return. To put it simply the next 6 weeks I will be working down here on this job alone and in future will almost certainly be spent somewhere else I will also recommend to my company/colleagues to avoid this place.

Great check-in staff. Or kids had a fun time finding the hidden rubber duck in their room which the receptionist swapped for a bag of sweets. Extremely friendly receptionist.

Fantastic service. Large room and quiet even thought near the entrance. Clean and well ventilated room. Comfy. Everything you could want after a long days work.

Unfortunately, unlike other Premier Inns that have air conditioning and decent tech (good sized tv's with wall mounted plug ins), this seems old and dated by comparison. From the physical key (not card) you get on check check in to sweating when checking out. Staff and Brewers Fayre are up to the normal PI standards but unfortunately, their older stock of hotels feel like Travel Lodges.

The usual friendly and helpful welcome from all staff I met but the room lacked any cooling control and, despite a fan placed in there, it was like an oven. The window opens a fraction, presumably to stop guests jumping out, so no cool air from outside overnight found its way in. If it hadn't been 31 degrees outside, then this would probably be a 5 star review. Loses a star due to being too hot to sleep properly.

Fabulous stay. Was emailed in advance to check if we had any special requests and to ask if I was travelling with children. In arrival they had set up a duck hunt in the room with sweetie prizes for the children! Staff super friendly throughout our 2 night stay. The best service I have ever had from premier Inn.

The service was excellent and the room was clean with a comfortable bed.

Good location. There was a lot of noise late at night but otherwise ok.

Old Premiere Inn, not renoved!

Had to stay here due to being stuck in the snow so was unplanned stay but we had a nice sized room, very clean standard hotel. Lovely big comfy bed no complaints. Was about right for the price. Would stay again.
