Had a lovely breakfast here this morning, it’s open to the public not just for guests. Staff were lovely and friendly, highly recommend.

A Miller & Carter next door really helps.

Clean and tidy, lovely reception staff. Good quiet ocation with a separate pub / bar.

Great breakfast and great service! 5 star rating.

Awesome, always book in here much better than the others an way better breakfasts than travel lodge. Travel lodge don't do bacon or fried eggs the cheapskates, that's not a free full English with out bacon an fried egg you wallies. Get a grip!

Nice place. Rooms good size and clean. Friendly staff, bad was nice and good size TV and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was nice, and good selection of goods,. Carparking is free and lots of places, and a restaurant it's next door. There a bus stop outside so makes is easy to get to Coventry. This was a stop for a trip to Warwick castle. Good location.

Great hotel. Another brilliant stay at Premier Inn, can't fault it! Wonderful location for our visit to Warwick Castle and checking in and out was swift and easy. The staff on reception were really helpful and polite, as were the cleaning staff. Hotel rooms and the hotel in general were very clean and the beds were lovely and comfortable (we always sleep better in Premier Inn beds than we do at home! ) We decided not to have breakfast in the hotel this time, as there is an M&S food shop directly across the road and so we had a very short stroll in the morning and picked up some pastries etc. However, breakfast is very reasonable at the hotel too (£9.50 each all you can eat and under 16's get it for free). There is also a petrol station straight across from the hotel, Coventry centre is a short drive away and seemed easy to get to, as was Warwick Castle. Plenty of parking available at the hotel and there is a pub next to the hotel, which looked very nice from the outside and serves food which is part of the Premier Inn meal deal. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend.

We have stayed here several times for events at stoneleigh Park, always a good night's sleep (I slept through the bank holiday Saturday thunderstorm! ). Very pleasant and helpful staff. Will definitely use again.

Clean, quiet hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast. However Free Wi-Fi almost dialup speed. "Premium" Wi-Fi not much faster and drops out frequently not worth the money charged for it.

I worked here for a bit, and have lived up the road from it for longer. It's a decent enough hotel for overnight or a couple of days. If you're on holiday with nothing specific to do nearby though, I'd maybe get one closer to the city centre.

Good place to stay if you want to stay close to the centre. The rooms are clean, comfortable for a stay although much smaller compared to holiday inn on a similar budget. There is only a miller and carter restaurant nearby do not much choice. Breakfast not great. I prefer the self service option for cooked breakfast. The A45 it sits on very busy at rush hour.

Can't comment on accommodation as didn't stay here but the continental breakfast is amazing! Welcoming staff, great selection of cold breakfast bits and cooked breakfast done to order and very scrummy!

Friendly helpful staff, handy location for us visiting relatives. Comfortable rooms though no bath. Some noise from traffic. Pub next door was a little snooty with a dresscode and no availability til 8.30pm on the night we visited. Ordered pizza instead!

The staff here are welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely and clean but the best thing about this place for me was the Miller and Carter steak place at the side. Yum yum Good call Premier people.

Came in with my Mum on Saturday 11th November 2017. Utterly fantastic experience. Beverley Freeman was an utter superstar! Not only covering reception but also covering breakfast restaurant due to staff shortage. She was amazing! First class warm welcoming experience and she was so attentive to every little detail! Then the breakfast. Wow! Best English breakfast we had tasted! Hot fresh superb quality (think chef was lady called Jo? ) we are going back tomorrow Sunday 10th December and will now be frequent visitors. Thanks to the experience we received by Beverley Freeman and team.

Stayed here for two nights over the weekend and couldn’t fault it. The room was great, clean and tidy. Exactly as you’d expect.

Brilliant room, comfortable and spotless. Plenty hot water for shower. Nothing too much for the staff. Excellent location and Miller & Carter right next door was brilliant. Breakfast was lovely and excellent value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if in the area again.

Two night stay. A bland hotel in its decor with a mix of good and bad points as follows: There is no means of calling reception from room, so for any requests l have to go to the reception desk. My TV remote control didn't work so had to go reception and ask for them to replace batteries. Tea making set just have tea and coffee packets. No hot chocolate or complimentary biscuits Woke up 3pm in the morning boiling hot. They had heater on way too high temperature setting for middle of night. Of course I can manually set it but their pre programmed setting was inappropriate for a good night sleep which is ultimately all I required for my couple night weekend stay but their heater setting interrupted my sleep. Free Wi-Fi is very slow for normal Internet browsing but they have a faster speed at five pounds per 24hr. Breakfast was decent, order what you like for a fixed price. Sausages were burst open on both my two day stay, suggesting they're fast cooking. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room itself is adequately equipped with essentials. USB charging socket. Bed is super comfy with nice firm pillows and thick quilt cover. Good power shower, easy to adjust but lack of markings to indicate which knob is which, so it's trial and error… not ideal given that hot water is scolding hot. Shower head is fixed to wall, it cannot be slipped off for spot showering on body etc. Mirrors are large and greatly placed to see sides and back of your head.

Staying on business trip. Clean decent sized rooms. Desk staff very helpful and friendly. Only down side is you can hear the electric doors opening during the night.

Dinner at the Miller and Carter next door is definitely a cut above dining at most Premier Inns.

Probably the worst Premier Inn I have stayed at. No air con, poky rooms, dirty bathroom with no bath, only one towel provided for two people, paper-thin insulation between rooms. Not good.

Stayed here with my wife and couldn't fault the place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Miller and Carter next door was an added bonus as we were expecting harvester and the breakfast in the morning had everything you could possibly need. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

Stayed there for conference. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. The breakfast was delicious. I would return again.

Very friendly and helpful staff with a nice restaurant next door. I had room 203 which was over the breakfast room with the noisiest coffee machine being used throughout the night. I did report it so may well be resolved now.

They are really good. I wish they had swimming pools.

Easy to find just off A45, staff super helpful and breakfast cooked to order. Great beds and great shower, plug socket next to bed for phone charging. An easy stay.
