Just had a lovely few days on the campsite whilst family stayed in the cottages. It was the perfect way to satay with family that don't do camping. The recent upgrades to both the campsite facilities and the cottage courtyard are very nice.

Great functional and comfortable cottages in a lovely setting. Ideal location to explore this gorgeous area. Lovely owners, present and happy to help and offer advice. A great welcome book too with loads of information! would highly recommend. The camping area looked brilliant too.

Very peaceful and immaculate facilities. A short walk to the River Deben and a beautiful pub the Maybush. X.

Stayed here again last weekend and once again had a fantastic time. Very tidy and quiet. Great facilities and beautiful local walks. There is a nice pub in walderingfield with beautiful views of the river. The staff at low farm are friendly and helpful especially during the pandemic going on. 10/10 will continue to stay here for a nice break.

Great site, takes the Covid secure guidelines serious, plenty of hand gel at every touch point, excellently clean facilities. Touch free check In too. Helpful from the first contact and allowed a slightly early arrival to facilitate our plans. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place, great spacious pitch and helpful owners. Facilities took a hammering v v busy. Big family groups but mostly very lovely, no recycling except glass,. Lovely cycle routes all around. We really want to go back soon. Waldringfield very pretty Riverside, beach and pub.

rubbish over flowing, not many showers and found them pretty dirty and toilets much the same

Stayed here in June. It was blazing sunshinr camped on thr back field overlooking the golf course. Lovely quiet location and not overlooked. Facilities were clean and had what was needed. A good campsite which we plan to revisit!

I m from USA and I had 2 weeks for my vacation in England, I stayed at the cottage, it really amazing good service good place and friendly, they have a space for everybody. The location is awesome and Jack is very very nice. We will be back every year and we choose this!

Everything you need for a relaxing camping experience.

Went here on a recce mission as I was concerned about a bad review. The younger son is now managing the site and he’s making many changes and improvements (I assume he’s been talking notice of reviews) there’s a brand new toilet block now. When I went, I was welcomed and given a choice of a couple of pitch locations so, I could choose what was best for me. I was told that my dogs are welcome as long as I used common sense, clean up after them and they don’t annoy other campers (well, he has to say that really doesn’t he? As a thoughtless dog owner could upset several other campers) A group of people (5 tents) arrived and they were put up in a corner by some of the pods. They were having a laugh but didn’t cause any nuisance as they went to bed at about 11 o’clock. When I was leaving, the owner asked me if I’d enjoyed my stay and if there was anything that could be done to make it better for next time? The site ticks all the boxes for me; clean, well spaced out pitches, decent facilities and there’s loads of places to see nearby too. 25 mins from Ipswich, some nice pubs with reasonable prices for food nearby. Woodbridge is lovely, and it’s only a short trip up the road to the coast. My kids loved it. Conclusion; I’ll be back.

Been here many times amazing place, great amenities good pitch sizes deffo recommend.

Excellent campsite, good facilities.

Booked a pitch last minute with my little girl (Mrs Green) last week as the weather forecast was not good but decided to risk it. Thankfully the weather was great and we pitched in the meadow by the trees. Plenty of space, rabbits everywhere. Clean washing facilities and only a short walk to the River Deben. Will be back and hopefully for more than one night.

Beautiful site so lucky to have it so close to home and have had many great camping weekends over the years with the great amenities there. Handy for lovely walks around and a great pub within walking distance.

Two night stay in Pickles Cottage and loved it.
A real home from home and handy for visiting family nearby, trip to Sutton Hoo and walking in Rendlesham forest.
Beds were clean and very comfy, kitchen was well equipped. Shower was spot on.
All we could have hoped for.
Well jealous of my sisters room though. Rose cottage has a bedroom to die for. 4 poster bed and styled really well.
Definitely staying again for the next big family get together.

Awful place, cottage was disgustingly unclean… we had to go out as soon as we arrived and buy cleaning products to then spend our first night cleaning the cottage. Lady is so rude. One guy was nice (thank his for him)
Would NEVER recommend going here to the cottages unless you like dust cobwebs hairs in your showers and sinks and filthy cutlery, glasses, cups, plates etc…

Stayed with my two teenage daughters at Rose Cottage for two weeks over the Christmas/ New year period 2017/18. The cottage is very well maintained and has an excellent shower in the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. The living/dining area is very comfortable with a good sized flat screen. Perfect to relax in after a day out. The beds were very comfortable and both bedrooms had flat screen TV’s. The cottage was also very well heated. Rose Cottage was perfect for our needs as a base to visit family and friends and we hope to use it again on future visits.

August 2016. A bit concerned about what we would find after reading reviews but decided to book because of the location and that we could take our caravan and my daughter and boyfriend could book a pod for a couple of nights. I needn't have been worried as the owner was very helpful by giving us a pitch as close to the pod as possible. The site was very natural with different areas where tents could hide away amongst the trees and bushes and not manicured at all which is how we like it. The toilets and showers appeared fairly new with plenty of hot water and were always clean from first thing in the morning. There were aspects that could do with updating, eg the signage and the old toilet block is still there although cordoned off but these by no means detracted from the rest of the site. All in all a lovely and relaxing quiet site and good value.

If you love dogs, and use your own facilities this is for you. The facilities on site are disgusting. when you phone and book, if you eventually get someone, they are rude. Have forgotten this is a business and need us! You can have a fire pit and/or BBQ which is a plus, as many will not let you. The 3 bins of general waste were overflowing, and full of wasps. You just have to weigh up what you want from your stay. I think they are relying on the beautiful River Deben and eateries nearby to justify state of site.

Misleading mobile website, unhelpful and rude owner and appalling facilities. A friend and I stayed here during a week of travelling round the UK and felt it was the worst campsite of the week hands down. We opted to stay in a pod having been told over the phone that it would only be £15, given that the weather forecast was not looking good we felt this would be a good option. The pod not clean and was poorly furnished with a sofa bed which would not fit two (not remotely large) girls on comfortably, luckily we had an air bed with us. On arrival we found that the pod actually cost £28 for the night, there was no mention of this on the website or when we phoned to book, this was rudely dealt with when we arrived and blamed on an ill informed husband-not a good enough excuse! The facilities were not clean or in good enough working order, no hot water in the taps and a shower that was near impossible to find and either scalding or freezing! It was encouraging to see that they have begun work on more facilities but I think that the cost should reflect the current facilities. Needless to say we will not be returning or recommending to any friends!

We found them very very nice and one of the best sites I have ever been too, Dog was not a problem I will be going back again.

We were recommended here it came up to are high expectations we will be going back and have recommended it to our friends and family.

Was looking to stop somewhere for a week in a holiday cottage and decided to take the family to Low Farm. Was a fantastic place to go. All 4 of us had a wonderful time and will definitely be going back again the summer. Would highly recommend this to any family looking for a holiday.

My friends have camped here for years and I have been a few times it's brill :).
