Just returned from staying at The Lyndhurst Guest House. The accommodation is beautiful, clean and has everything you need and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast is to die for. The hosts, well what can I say. You are fantastic and so welcoming. Thank you for going the extra mile for us. We look forward to returning.

Lovely place friendly owners and colin their dog is adorable. Rooms lovely and clean and breakfast is lovely. Prime location If you need any information they are accommodating to find it for you.

We only spent two days in this beautiful well-renovated house. We wanted to have much more time here. The single rooms are perfect, they're all the most complete and well-appointed. The corridors and other places filled with beautiful pictures. The hospitality is cozy, great. The beach is just a few steps away and the bustling downtown is also. I can say it was for us the best experiences and will definitely come back.
I highly recommend it for everyone.

Just stayed for 1 night but everything spot on we couldn’t fault it. Spotless throughout. Lovely comfy beds and made to feel so welcome. The breakfast was lush we have stayed in a few in Yarmouth but this was the best by far. We will def be going back soon. And Colin the dog we love you xxx.

We were made very welcome by Annette, Darren and Colin the dog. Room was very clean and really comfortable beds. Full English breakfast was superb, Annette could not do enough to help and felt like coming from home to home, and looking forward to seeing you in the near future Thank you for a great break Linda and David XX.

My mother and I stayed here for 3 nights to get away from the noise of London and Annette, Darren and Colin the dog were the perfect hosts. On arrival we received a drink, welcomed by Colin the dog and owner Annette then shown to our rooms. The room and breakfast were lovely can not fault this place, we were really said to go but trust me once you've stayed here you'll never want to go anywhere else in the area. Already thinking of going back in October and next year as well.

Just arrived back from staying at Lyndhurst Hotel, my mother and I were looking for place to relax from the pace of London. We got it and more, welcomed with a coffee from Annette and a cuddle from Colin the dog. The breakfast and room are brilliant, once you've been here you won't want to stay anywhere else. Lovely looking place, hosts more than helpful, we loved the room, breakfrast spot on all you could ask for. Parking was a lot easier than expected for Saturday night. Really enjoyed are stay.

Me and my girlfriend have just returned from a 3 night stay and neither of us can fault it! On the day of arrival we were spoken through everything regarding breakfasts and parking permits etc. I said that I am on slimming world and I cannot believe the response, every morning I had a slimming world cooked breakfast and it was superb, super yummy! The room was beautiful, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, makes my own bed dissapointing to come home to Colin was also really welcoming every time we returned

Annette and Darren the new owners of the The Lyndhurst Guest House are looking forward to showing customers old and new the changes we have made since buying the property in October 2016. We are still currently upgrading facilities and are very pleased with the results so far! If you are looking to stay in Great Yarmouth we are pleased to offer a great location by the beach and offer rooms with wonderful views.

Not a very nice hotel staff snooping around in our room when we was out for the day. Toilet broke had to use toilet down the hall for a day. Was a used of braking it. Plumber came had a long lecture not to brake toilet again. Wasn't allowed to take buggy upstairs had to leave it in reception and it got broke but couldn't tell us how it got broke. Staff and plumber very rude. Had a balcony but wasn't allowed to use it got another lecture. All in all it is near the town center and see front but it's not ideal for families with young children. Staff are rude and not very helpful. I won't be going back to this hotel I advise no one should.
