Jo and Dean are so lovely and kind and helpful. I felt like I was back with my Mum and Dad at 47! They take such good care if wveryone who stays there. The rooms are very cosy and the whole Guest House is veru cosy and very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this Guest House! Thankyou Jo and Dean! We stayed with our two children in the family room and cannot fault this place in the slightest. Excellent room, found it to be clean and tidy with everything you need. Fantastic breakfast. Owner was found to be the loveliest lady so friendly and welcoming. We will most definitely be returning cannot recommend highly enough.

Had a a great Easter break at the sandcastle guests houses for the second time we will be back next year hopefully people are so nice.

Our third visit to Sandcastles in September 2018 coincided with the Out There Festival. Our stay was all the more memorable because of this! The Guest House is welcoming and ideally placed. We will be back. Highly recommended.

Stayed with my 1&2 year old. Fantastic nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast lovely. Rooms clean. Jo goes that extra mile great location too. Home from home.

Had a lovely 2 night stay here. Nice clean family room with the ensuite. Nice breakfasts too.

Great B&B! Stayed there last week for 2 nights. We had room with double bed. Pretty small room but nice and clean with comfortable bed. Perfect for me and my 6yr old. We had breakfast in the morning. I know full English is available but we only had some cornflakes, fruit and brioche… our favorite. Just couple minutes from the beach where's plenty things to do even on a rainy day. Overall highly recommend. Will be looking to book again when going back to Norfolk.

Awful place cockroaches cold rooms dirty beds with sheets with holes in. Avoid.

A fantastic location by the seafront and all the local attractions. The dining area is really fresh and a lovely environment to drink coffee and fresh fruit. The Hosts are very friendly and made my visit feel so comfortable and relaxed. Thankyou. I'll definately be returning.

The Sandcastles Guest House was a great stay and the rooms and staff were nice. The Guest House is perfectly placed by the beach.

Nice clean place but no good for disabled people stairs very steep.

This is the first time myself and my family have stayed and we really enjoyed ourselves.
They made us feel very welcome.
Location is great and the breakfast was very yummy.
Very helpful and also provided us with a parking permit.
My 3 year old was very happy and loved her cutlery and plate set that the b&b provided for her for breakfast.
I would defo recommends this for other family's.

Sandcastles Guest house is a great place to stay, the owners are really friendly and professional, the rooms are clean and have all the usual acutremonts, the breakfasts are gorgeous and more than enough to keep you going till lunch, this is our second visit and won't be the last next time we come to Great Yarmouth.
