Unfortunately our experience here was really disappointing ; not sure if there was a specific issue on the night but other customers were also unhappy and even walked out. The wait times for food were very long, and the quality certainly wasn’t worth the wait. I had to send back my initial ‘medium rare’ steak as it was very over cooked (normally wouldn’t mind but I was spending £28 just on that one meal so wanted it to be worth the money) — they did provide me with another but unfortunately that steak was cold in the middle. We did feel sorry for the (understaffed) front of house staff as they were getting the brunt of complaints, which mainly stemmed from long wait times around service and food. It was a real shame as the place has a great potential and we really enjoyed our starters, just mains and atmosphere let it down. We did tell the staff our issues and feedback at the time, and were not offered any goodwill gesture.
