Staff absolutely wonderful, on hand and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing, freshly cooked lovely and hot. Room very spacious (compared to other companies) clean. Overall brilliant stay, plenty of parking close to hotel. Will definitely come back.

What a shite company. Problems booking in, no room allocated due for two hours as he couldn't reconcile our pre — paid bill. Meal deal, what a joke, several items on the were not available. No substitutions without paying extra. No apology! Just rude! l'm grateful for good friends and good wine, that will make the trip worthwhile.

Hard to find car park, signage poor at night. £5 parking on top of £85 per night. Rather rude staff lacking in customer service skills. Can’t recommend it.

We always get put on 4th floor where the beds are old/noisey/, uncomfortable. This is the 3rd time we we have hD to move rooms
premier beds arenormally excellent. We have never had this problem in any other premier hotel. And we go to l ots each year.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very peaceful. Very clean. Lovely helpful staff. Food is to a good standard. Secure underground parking. And a lovely vew of the quayside. Would definitely stay here again.

You always know what to expect with a Premier Inn. Comfortable, good facilities and plenty of space.
Meals on hand if required and very good breakfasts.

Great product Premier Inn nice staff. But this location is just too noisy for your good night sleep guarantee due to traffic. Also rooms are very hot but opening windows is a no due to traffic noise. My aircon worked but my colleagues couldn’t get there’s to work and they fed this back to reception.

Typical town centre hotel, not being negative here at all, great staff (very helpful) bed, food, sorted!

Good level of service from staff as expected, the night duty manager was very friendly and helpful unfortunately forgot to get his name The restaurant was good with a wide variety of food and drink the downside being they had no drinks on tap The room I stayed in was the only major downside, while the room was clean and tidy However the A/C not working I had to leave the window ope ans due to it being next door a bus garage I was kept awake most nights I stayed Despite the sleepless nights my stay was pleasant and I would stay here again abete in a different room away from the bus garage.

Our stay was wonderful right next to the marina. Very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was also. Service made us feel so comfortable.

Exactly what you'd expect from Premier Inn. It's a budget hotel chain, but it's clean, the staff are very helpful, the breakfast was nice and we all slept well. No complaints.

Had a weekend stay in Ipswich and chose Premier Inn. It made our weekend. Breakfast was brilliant… Dinner was excellent. Great value for money. Staff so helpful … Great views of Quay from restaurant.

We got stranded in Ipswich and went to the premier inn and although it was fully booked the staff were so helpful, jet us used the phone and we're happy for us to sit in the foyer, they even looked up places to try.

Great team. Typical premier inn with a handy location for the waterfront. Any number of instances of excellent customer service. Very impressed.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the Quayside with lots of bars and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, the only downside was some sort of failure in the restaurant meaning breakfast wasn't available on Sunday morning.

We booked two adjacent rooms. My baby boy was screaming his lungs out through the night and my light sleeping daughter in the next room didn't hear a thing. Great beds, lovely breakfast and would definitely recommend. Only slight issue is the car park on site had been closed and we had to park in an outdoor overspill car park a few hundred yards away in the freezing rain.

Excellent staff and the breakfast was just lovely. The rooms are clean and neat. Only complaint is to have better directions to the indoor parking.

We always choose this hotel when in Ipswich — at least 3 times a year. Ideally positioned for town, quay and the conference centre we use. The only 'down' side is the exhorbitant cost of the car park.

Staff have been brilliant, vending machine doesn't work and I'm sick to death of paying car park charges! Would have been a 5 star review had these not for been issues.

I enjoyed staying here, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with a wide choice. It was a short walk to the centre of Ipswich and close to the Riverside.

Decent Premier Inn. Handy parking, good restaurant within the building. Free Wi-Fi is adequate at best.

One night stay with family, location for this hotel was great for ours needs on this visit, the service was great by all staff and food was good on both occasions. Room were also very good.

Poor restaurant service but probably due to understaffing (overworked waitress also assisting on check in desk). Room perfectly ok.

We stayed here last night 07/10/2017 wow what a welcome upon arrival we were given a complimentary bottle of wine as a gesture as it was our wedding anniversary then after our evening meal the receptionist who unfortunately we didn't get her name and the lady chef made us a complimentary dessert to share (there own creation) lol which was amazing. Just made our stay wonderful not just by these 2 lovely ladies but all the staff.
Highly recommend staying here.

I normally love Premier Inns and stay in a lot around the country, but I was really disappointed with this one. A window which would not close (on a main road), a shower with pulsating low water pressure and little hot water. When I complained, I was told that as it was a business account, it would benefit me to refund the night, so they wouldn't — despite their so called good night guarantee. Hot buffet breakfast was pretty poor too — with dried out food. Would not start in that one again.

Stayed on the fifth floor and even with some roadworks outside I had a quiet night's sleep. The breakfast was £9 but included a Full English with all the buffet bits you'd expect. Parking was in an adjacent carpark but I think was included in the price (? ).

Had a lovely stay thanks to the very friendly staff. I was celebrating our wedding anniversary and was rewarded with free overnight parking. We had a "Supper Cruise" onboard "Barge Victor" booked, which was sailing from the Quayside at the Old Customs house, situated on the other side of the road from the Inn, so location was perfect.
Breakfast was perfect ad well, plenty of choice all fresh and well presented in a a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable with everything you'd need for a great nights sleep (which we had)
Only slight issue was the main car park entrance wad not well signposted so was a bit tricky to spot. But that said, I would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend a fantastic hotel.

Lovely welcome and a no faults service. Room was spotless with plenty of space. Breakfast was all you could wish for. Only complaint is that the entrance to car park could do with some signage to warn you its coming as it is slightly concealed as you drive on the one way street towards it.

I would like to shout out to Aalyiah and Iryna who are working at the ipswich quay side hotel! Unbelievable service, I had a booking that my work made for me, and they booked the wrong date, they both worked on getting me a room for one and a half hours. Calling the company who books them! And helping us, especially being patient with me! I honestly cant thank them enough! True asset to the premier inn team! Made my frustrations go away! There is loads of word which could sum these two up such as;

Amazing
Patient
Honest
Polite

I have stopped here twice now and both times I have been treated very well and been well looked after by the staff. Food is top notch I would eat here anytime stopping at premier inn or just out for the day. Wonderful place and staff.

Good location good stay only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was touchy feely nature of server in the restaurant whilst having my evening meal it was very off putting and made my meal uncomfortable.

Stayed for one night in April for a weekend break to Ipswich. The hotel is perfectly situated right on the quay, with a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants, pubs and bars along there. The only downside to our stay in the hotel was that the room was very warm, and there didn't seem to be any heaters we could turn off. We had the windows open all night and the traffic was a little noisy. However, all the staff we spoke to were very nice and friendly, and welcomed us to our first time in Ipswich. Would definitely come back again, perhaps not in the warmer months!

Clean and friendly hotel. Stayed in room 301 window overlooked a small portion of the marina.
Stayed as going to the Regent theatre which was only a 7 minute walk.
Breakfast was good but plates were not cleared during meal.
Staff were walking about but not doing much, one waitress had even brought her children to work as they were sitting in the restaurant on there own.

The air-conditioning did not work all night which made the room unbearable. When I spoke to reception they had no fans and told me to open the window which only opened 2 inches. This being in the centre of Ipswich with all of the noise! I I'll never stay in a premier inn again.

This premier inn is our natural choice as its just around the corner from our office. Even if it wasn't… id still choose it. Such very very polite staff… nothing is too much trouble.

The hotel fits the standard layout for a premier inn. The staff are friendly and well presented.

Location was good. Room was a little warm. Didn't sleep particularly well as a result, but not bad enough to do something about it. Staff were good. Breakfast was good.

Terrible mobile reception. Had to buy the Wi-Fi just to communicate with the outside world. The only good point was the area, lots of lovely bars and restaurants along the quay.

Spent 2 nights there staff are genuinely great people, service brilliant, food is delicious.
