All OK for the money. Only thing wrong was the mattress in the disabled room is very soft. Staff were lovely. Lots of free parking. No sandwich available for teatime! Sad.

Lovely food. Lovely ambiance. Friendly staff. Nice inside and a lovely garden with plenty of tables.

Very rude ataff. Arrived at 11:40 and greeted with attitude and told we must wait 20 minutes before they serve us. Ushered out of the way and completey forgotten and ignored. We will never go back, The place was empty, I wonder why?

Very nice place mainly for meals, good selection of food at a reasonable price.

Lovely place, very friendly staff and great food. There is also a beautiful park two minutes from here. The internet doesn't really work but I'm using my phone so it's not a big issue.

Why is it the first thing the manager tells you is that you have to be finished and our in an hour and 15 mins. Food ok nothing special.

Service very friendly but food was horrible. We had roast dinner. It tasted warmed up and looked like it had been thrown on the plate.

Good service by the waitress who was waiting on our group of ten and also looking after another large party food was nice but not very warm.

Not a good hotel to stay at. Functional. Food isnt great. Staff arent motivated enough which suggests bad management.

Terrible slow service, kids meals were really basic and one of them was missing the cheese and sauce for the chicken. One meal came with cold vegetables which had to be returned and another was luke warm. We were honest about how disappointed we were, no kind of compensation was offered.

Haven't actually stopped at this Hotel but had a meal. Looks a lovely place to stay. Food was 1st class.

Worst meal I have ever had at a chef and brewer where I normally absolutely love the food. We normally go to mare and colt in Kidderminster which is superb. This was a terrible meal x.

A go to choice for a local meal out. Great food and drink. Quite large restaurant. Quaint interior. Candles etc. A nice place.

Ordered two starters one with corn on the cob as a side and the other with a dressed mixed salad side dish. And a child's meal. The child's meal was divine. But the other dishes were cold and had to be returned. My salad had no dressing so had to go back too. The size of the salad and the corn cobbette were tiny for the price. But the starter once done right was delicious. And I love the gardens there so very much. As did my granddaughter. Go ing again on the 1st of Sept with a friend who's coming all the way from London. So c'mon Himley House. Pull your socks up.

Visited twice in two weeks. First visit was good. Enjoyed the food and service was fine. Second time was a very bad, starter was tasty and prompt but then waited an hour for the main and when it arrived it was uneatable. They did waive the bill and apologized but l will not be going back.

I enjoyed my meal at the Himley house Hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly. And it was much easier to enjoy your meal because you didn't have to worry to much about someone coming over and disturbing your peace, it was an all round great experience and would go again.

We went for a meal, staff were very helpful, food very good. Enjoyed our meal and drinks, ample car parking spaces, rooms were just off car parking, but we only visited for a meal.

Nice venue and had a great evening. Drinks price as always when in the function rooms. Good buffet did though. All in all wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Restaurant is nicely set out, plenty of spaces, food is really good quality. Hotel rooms need a little attention as some of the rooms don't have windows that open. On really warm days this makes the rooms stifling. Facilities are of a good standard otherwise. Mattresses are fine if you like a hard bed but I woke with a bad back on more than one occasion. Even premier inn has better mattresses.

An absolutely terrible experience. Manager very rude, staff all look like school children. No professionalism whatsoever. Food is well below average, lacking any quality. Best advice is not to go.

Had many weddings and partys here.

Food was good, service could have been better, even though the guy was friendly enough, drinks orders were forgotten, etc. Will go back and see what it's like next time round.

Good bear social sort of pub plenty of parking haven't stayed there yet but thinking about it.
