Stayed at this place two weeks ago, while visiting my dying mother in the Royal United Hospital. On arrival we found the hotel had no cell phone service and the room was so hot, we could"nt sleep. The cab driver the hotel booked for us only took cash, he had no meter or taxi licence. After one night of that experience, we checked out and still had to pay for all three nights. Owner has zero customer service, and barks at the staff. Faulty Towers 2018.
