Fantastic food, atmosphere and staff! Highly recommend🙂

Food was incredible and the staff extremely friendly will definitely be back.

The landlord, landlady and barmaid were lovely friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome.

Wouldn't recommend first impression of outside ground was a disgrace it looked derelict from outside rubbish on car park chairs every where no one in bar was going to stay overnight but due to son medical condition and cleniness of outside put us off not got to the room so can't comment on rooms and contacted owner as no one seem to be around on mobile refused to give refund not even a partial refund and practically called my wife a lair.

First time down this way. Staying over the night, staff couldn't do anymore than what they are doing. Such a relaxing friendly place. Locals friends chaty. Highly recommended. When next in this area will definitely be staying here!

Amazing pub, amazingly friendly staff, food is to die for and great views from the garden and plenty of parking. Highly recommended for everyone.

Top quality, top value, helpful and attentive staff.
Some of the more expensive restaurants, where they don't even have the curtisy to speak to you on the phone when making a booking, could learn a lesson or two from the Prestleigh.

Room was clean and tidy, food was good and staff extremely helpful.

Been under new management since December, friendly owners & staff. Stayed for business as this is the only place closest to show ground. The room is clean (missing handwash). Bed & pillows like sleeping on clouds. Had some bar food snack. Jack Daniels wings — amazing. Chef is very talented & has great ideas to implement. Still early days to bring this quaint pub to life. Great opportunity in this area.
In the process of being updated, as definitely needs it. Little worn & dated.
I have stayed in far worse that's for sure.

This is my local went in the other day since its been under new management and the food was absolutely amazing 10/10

Sadly it’s very old fashioned and not very clean. Bedding was clean but wouldn’t use the shower in the room. Breakfast left a lot to be desired too, dirty glasses, greasy plates. Wouldn’t return.

Yes it is a friendly place Nicola is very busy and hard working although had to share bathroom it was a quiet and pleasant stay finished off with a nice breakfast.

Great place to eat the service has always been good and there is a good selection of beers and cider available. And they have room's to let.

It was okay, nothing to complain about as our food was cooked and served nicely. But quality is reflected in the prices.

I spent 5 nights here with my 2 bandmates as we were recording near by in Paulton. It was perfect. A lovely establishment, wonderfully welcoming and the food was amazing. We needed somewhere comfy, peaceful and homely to come back to and this was the place. I can't recommend it highly enough. Very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

Very warm welcome from the landlady, locals are very friendly; lacie the dog was lucky I didn't dog nap her. Great value for money, breakfast was lovely, landlady always popping in to see if everything is ok or if you need more. Given a key to outside door as we came in at 3.30am. Nothing too much trouble, views have to be seen to be appreciated. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome xx.

The landlord and landlady were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good but the rooms are very tired. The decor is outdated, the beds lumpy and uncomfortable and the bathroom very old and tired. The shower had hardly any pressure and the tiles and grout were old, stained and mouldy in the corners. The bedding although clean was old and unfashionable. There were no sockets near a mirror to do your hair and makeup. Overall for the price charged for the room a little updating would not go amiss.
