Great start to a lovely holiday with our car in safe hands until we returned 2 weeks later… the transfer mini bus ran like clock work! Well done!

It's an OK hotel. Parking is annoying and it's in the middle of nowhere. The bed was comfortable enough and it's standard holiday inn restaurant fair (ie not very nice and criminally overpriced).

Nice clean hotel. No fuss. Not exactly beside the airport though. What you would expect from a Holiday Inn.

First time to the UK, so excited. Days ahead, I make our reservation. I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle from the airport (here for my global speaking/book tour from the US, 3 weeks in UK tip to tip). We arrived after a long day of international travel and call Maria at the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We wait in the cold for over 30 minutes, and it never arrives! We see other shuttles two or three times, one even laughs at us because we've been there so long. We finally made our own way to the hotel, told a trainee about the issue. He said that Maria FORGOT to tell the shuttle driver about us! He at least apologized and gave the 2 of us ONE drink voucher. I'm accustomed to excellent customer service traveling full time, and was stunned. No plans to return.

Convenient for the airport, reasonably priced food (including room service), free shuttle to the airport. Overall a bit of a drab hotel, which felt on the dirty side. Needs some renovation or deep cleaning.

Bar prices are crazy, service not great £5 car park fee in an almost empty car park.

We stayed the night before travel and we also stayed after our return flight. On both occasions we found the rooms to be very comfortable and clean. The staff were all really helpful and the food was very nice indeed. We're looking forward to the next stay there.

Had a quite room and so had a good sleep. Heating needs looking at as we had to move rooms. Parking is available for holiday vacations too. Airport transfer bus available if required.

Simply awful. Food terrible, no hot water and then the hotel failed to pick us up at the airport; despite them saying four times over a two hour period they were just leaving. Hot water failed during the night (see other reviews). A simply awful experience.

A good clean but slightly dated place. Excellent staff. Food of a good quality with top service.

Airy and well designed ground floor and reception space. Well appointed and comfortable room. Ideal place for an early flight.

Staff young but very helpful. As expected, but a fiver charge for parking in the car park!? (It's on the countryside for goodness sake). Oh! Just remembered. They initially have me a room that had already been slept in.

The hotel was comfortable, the room clean and a good size. Pre-booked parking was very easy and straightforward and the shuttle bus easy to book and on time. Just 10 mins from hotel to airport drop off. Would happily book again.

Great for relaxing before your fight, rooms very comfortable and always a warm welcome.

Great hotel for an overnight stay and the food is good too. Spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent.

Very convenient for airport. Easy parking but resent paying £4 when the only way to get there is by car — really just a hidden price on the bill Otherwise comfortable rooms and bed and helpful staff.

For an airport hotel, is nice and comfy. The room was clean and had everything you need. They're even a small bar and restaurant downstairs for those that need a meal the night before a long haul flight. They have a shuttle to and from the airport.

Good staff that were helpful and courteous. Price of a drink a bit steep but good hotel for airport with 24 hr shuttle service.

The Lady at the check in was very helpful,. Did not like having to pay for the car overnight. Plus 10 pounds a night if you left the car a high price just to sleep but other than that no problems.

Staff went above and beyond. Very friendly, we're able to give directions and call taxis. Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was of a good quality.

In need of a refurb. Dated bathroom room and facilities gas a dark feel to it. Praise to staff at breakfast excellent. Issue with breakfast included in room rate that reception didnt resolve despite seeing booking form, however staff at breakfast brushed aside and were excellent. In all I wouldnt recommend a stay.

Average hotel in the middle of no where. Good luck trying to get around without a car.

Great room, great service. Only surprise was a Maintenance guy coming into the room at 5am! Front desk staff were very apologetic the next day.

Perfect location for an early flight, the room was clean and well appointed with all the usual equipment ie. Kettle, hair dryer and a large TV. The staff were all very friendly and the service they gave was top notch.

The most average of average holiday inns. Clean, tidy, nice location not exactly close to Bristol and close ish to the airport. Staff on the helpful side of useless, but they were all quite young! All in all an ok stay…

It is a rather simple hotel. The British food and food preparation is not my taste.

Hotel experience was nice, comfy and well equipped with Wi-Fi that they call free but is greatly limited allowing only for general use. The restaurant however was horrific for all possible reasons excluding the seats that where OK. The service was horrible taking 45mins to deliver starters for 2 people after waiting 15mins for someone to take our order. The food quality was unexpectedly poor, the steak 50% senew and a prawn pasta which tasted like crap, fine dog crap. Then when asking for a desert menu I once again had the pleasure of waiting 15mins then after ordering, another 20. All I can say is at least the beds where comfy-ish, oh and the parking takes 15mins to set up and costs another £20. Overall I'm glad I didn't die.

Superb, clean and quality hotel. We had a stop over here and checked in at 1.30 am — the night manager was pleasant friendly and helpful making sure we got up on time to get our bus transfer. The room was superb and immaculate with probably the best powerful shower I've had. There were some nice touches in the room with a well stocked courtesy tray. Free WI FI is good and there is the opportunity to purchase faster speeds which seemed extremely — the first time I've seen this superb price structure. Breakfast was full English or Continental we had a Continental and it was well presented with plenty of choice. The full English was help yourself and seemed plentiful. Service was great from Kat? and we enjoyed our stay here. We will return.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn the night before flying off from Bristol airport. It is a very nice hotel. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our room was exactly what we needed. Big comfy bed, Nice and warm, with tea, coffee making facilities. The bar prices were reasonable too. Every member of staff that we encountered was pleasant and friendly.

Extremely pleased with the service at park and fly. Staff very helpfull and pleasant. Good to be able to park ourselves and take our keys. Will definitely use park and fly Bristol again.

I just wanted to thank you for looking after the car while I was in Amsterdam, it's the cleanest it's been since I bought it!
