B&B price but 5 star service. Food is amazing! Love the people here! Highly recommend!

The good was abysmal, My steak was like leather when I sent it back the next one wasn't any better. They gave me a complimentary dessert, I chose the Lemon Meringue Pie huge mistake, Frozen solid in the middle and it was just Awful. Will not return!.

This pub has the best ambiance around. Very friendly staff and lots to keep the kids happy.

Poor meal. Smash potatoes food hardly hot pie microwaved and soggy.

Went there about six weeks ago for the first time, first thoughts were how nice the place is inside, relaxed feeling. But from then it when down hill, service was very slow, waiter very young tipped the plateful of food over the wife, then when he did bring the meal back out the chef had forgot to put any meat on the plate! thought we would revisit with the family this week but still the same slow service, one meal had to go back because the steak was pure fat. Dont normally moan but the venue is good just the mangement is very poor, staff are very young not trained very well but got to say were very polite.

Lovely stay with friendly staff. We stayed for two nights over the Aug bank holiday weekend. The first night we ate in the restaurant, and the food was 5*. We wanted to eat there the second night as well, but when we returned from our day out at 19:15 (Sunday), we were told that food stopped being served at 19:00! We had to then go else where. The room was lovely and clean with hot water at all times. Thank you x.

With almost every pub in the neighborhood not opening on a Monday lunchtime, except the Meze at the Warwick, this establishment draws patrons like a moth to a candle for those who want a drink with their lunch at the beginning of the week. The beer choice on this cold but sunny Monday in February wasn't expansive, IPA from the pump or Abbott in bottles, but it was clear and crisp and no cause for complaint. For lunch however, the choices were myriad and diverse; steaks, burgers, pies, tagines, curries and chillies to name but some. I was taken by a delicious Spicy Lamb Kofta wrap with spinach yoghurt, while my wife demolished a similar dish of Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese. The chunky chips covered in paprika that go with it, certainly liven up the taste buds. Formerly The Warwick Arms, now part of The Meze chain, this road side Inn also has well appointed accomodation, an easily accessable carpark and when the weather is more benign, a large grassed area with benches and parasols where it is a pleasure to sit in the sun. Further back and reasonably out of earshot, clamber frames and other structures are positioned where younger people with too much energy can tire themselves out on. Inside the dining tables are spaced conveniently apart and although there are many of them, the place does not feel cramped. A good place to eat and drink on a Monday and maybe on other days also.

The food is good and the staff are nice.

Never been one for gastropubs, but in the summer it's got one of the most relaxing beer gardens going, set in a beautiful location.

This is a great restaurant/pub combo with a fantastic menu of tapas which arrives well prepared and quickly. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is always convivial without being noisy. A great place to eat well without busting the budget.

Actually the best food i've had in this country (uk) in a long time. From a global event worker. Nice atmosphere, decent rooms and contemporary decor. Again amazing food and reasonably priced accommodation. Oh and serves old speckled hen on tap, a rare sight anywhere.
