Found afternoon tea disappointing to be honest and I've had quite a few. Seemed overpriced for what it was, scones were hard and dry, strange lemon meringue type desert which was awful. I've had afternoon tea in much nicer places with not much difference in the price. Maybe it was just an off day but it wasn't nice.

Big, clean rooms. It's a great location. The staff deserve the best of praise!

Fantastic experience from the minute I arrived. Dinner was delicious with a veried menu. Service was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Bath Priory to anyone who values excellent service and good food with a comfortable night sleep. Keep the good work up team. Best, Robbie.

A birthday treat from my daughter at this incredible hotel & spa! From the exceptional customer service of all the staff, to the delicious food and wonderful relaxing Spa. This is the perfect place for a relaxing break and to enjoy fine dining overlooking glorious landscaped gardens. I cannot wait to book my next stay! Highly recommended.

I was treated to a fabulous Birthday lunch! We were looked after beautifully and the food was simply delicious. Very comfortable and full of character and style.

Had a spa day with lunch and treatments, very relaxed feel. Good food in the smaller bar restuarant area Treatment I had was a pedicure which was lovely and pool sauna area small but not busy so chilled out experience.

This elegant hotel has beautiful rooms, health facilities and lovely gardens. The service is impeccable. It is one of Beth's very special places. The upgraded health facilities are superb. This hotel is a must for special occasions or for pampering.

Beautiful hotel, interior furnished luxuriously. Room was lovely and layout was well thought out. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a good 15-20 minute walk from the centre. Breakfast was great, although took a little time but we wasn't in any rush. Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Very welcoming place even with the grand setting. Pool is small but well designed.

Had an amazing 6 course dinner here. The food here is amazing, probably the best in bath. The decor is high end and really unique. Its a Michelin star restaurant. The service here is top notch. The priory is very close to the royal victoria park so its a nice walk from and to town. Definitely worth a trip and the money you spend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We were really well looked after and the food was outstanding. Sunday lunch is incredibly good value for the quality of the food.

Initially I was disappointed that the restaurant had recently lost its Michelin Star, as this was the main reason we booked it. But after eating there, I would question why it lost it! The food was excellent, the staff were all great and the facilities were almost perfect!

The lunch was really reasonable, and every single mouthful was absolutely incredible. The service was absolutely impeccable and it felt like a real treat from start to finish.

Great place for lunch and afternoon tea. Try to have a walk around the garden on a nice day (if you have the time). Nice place for a treat and only around the corner from us.

Went for the £98 7 course tasting menu. Creative dishes and very generous portions for this caliber of meal. The souffle was the best I've ever had. Excellent food, excellent service, decent atmosphere. Free parking outside.

Great place to stay. Very exquisitely English styled, with beautiful tea rooms and some of the most stunning English gardens you'll ever find. Very quiet, given the location too. The Spa itself is rather small, but the treatments are fantastic with friendly staff. The only complaints I have for not giving this 5 stars is the service could be a little more teed up. We ordered breakfast one morning, but they completely forgot my wife's breakfast order. There's also no hot tub at the spa, and the indoor pool was a little chilly. But not too picky though. If I could issue a half star I would.

This is a dinner review only. Which was excellent. The Sea Bass and the soufflé desert were top notch Michelin quality that the place deserves. A must for a foodie that's in town.

Excellent from arrival to exit, the service was great, not too fast which was perfect for a lazy Sunday lunch. The menu was simple yet complex and delicious and remarkably good value for not only a three course lunch but also with all the extras you'd associate with a Michelin restaurant.

A beautiful hotel, with a lovely spa and beautiful gardens. I was there for a wedding and stayed overnight. The room was vast and had all the amenities you would expect to see in a five-star hotel. The members of staff were friendly and ever so helpful. I am vegan and the meals provided were scrumptious. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house and rooms. Menu was varied and arrived beautifully presented. Staff were well trained and the food cooked perfectly. Special mention to the trio of lamb.

Fantastic grounds, staff and accommodation accompanied by two top class restaurants. Based on my visit Sam Moody is on the way up and his Michelin Star is well deserved.

My stay so far has been fantastic, everyone has been incredibly polite, helpful, and generous. Food was delicious, and the grounds are beautiful. If I was visiting the area again this would be my first choice.

Spectacular hotel. Stayed in a deluxe premium room, overlooking the garden. Incredible levels of service and helpful staff. Expensive but worth it, food is delicious and perfectly prepared, roofs are tasteful yet classic. Having stayed in hotels all over the world this has gone straight in at number 1 in my list of recommendations.

This is a lovely place you would ever experienced. Both location and service are great. You don't need a car, wile bikes is good idea to enjoy your stay.

An excellent place to relax and unwind, the staff all so kind, considerate and thoughtful. The gardens are a pleasure to walk around, having had a delicious breakfast this morning looking out of the window at the beautiful wisteria couldn't resist a last stroll before leaving this superb hotel.
