We stayed at this hotel on our recent trip to bath. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was good although there could have been more choice of cereals. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of bath, main attractions are all within walking distance of the hotel. Would recommend booking directly with the hotel for a smoother experience. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Bath.

We have just had an amazing afternoon tea. The service was always superb but not intrusive, we weren’t rushed and could definitely take our time enjoying the delicious sandwiches, scones and cakes. We had a little nosey around the downstairs of your beautiful hotel and loved all the interesting historical decor.
We would definitely recommend x.

Fantastic hotel been in many hotels but this is right up there with the best happy days living the dream.

The whole experience is fabulous, but soooo different with the designs.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and lovely food but our room was a let down, we spent £178 for 1 night on our room and expected it to be one which is on their website with high ceilings and chandelier’s but when we went to our room which was room 2 we entered a tiny dark room with low ceilings. Our bedroom at home is bigger so for the price we were disappointed and had to pay an extra £22 for parking! The rest of the hotel is quirky though and a good location.

Amazing place lovely friendly staff spotlessly clean. Unfortunately our room let it down a bit of a squeeze for 3 people. Would be perfect for 2 Bathroom amazing. Will go back one day. Great location.

Amazing spa experience. The staff were very attentive, the treatments (Massage and facial) were extremely relaxing and the ambiance delightful. Finished the day off with lunch in the bar. Delicious food and they were able to accommodate my dietary requirements. The bar staff were excellent. Loved all he collectibles and art decorating the place.

Had a lovely meal to celebrate my Husband birthday in the dispensary. Food was delicious. The gentleman that served us was very polite. However the young lady was not so good (might of been her 1st day). She did not always understand what we were saying, and she gave us someone else bill while we were still eating our mains. I would go back again as everyone has to learn new job.

Centrally located hotel. The décor is the style make it special. Really a hotel where it deserves to spend some pleasant evening. Even the restaurant outside the box deserves 5 stars!

Loved it! Only stayed one night but we were made to feel very welcome, the room was beautifully decorated, in fact the whole hotel was, and so comfortable. And, breakfast was delicious!

Definitely a good experience but there were some parts of the experience that were lacking. I took a group of clients to No15 for a lunch on a Monday, as we had been recommended there by a friend. It took a while to get the booking sorted over the phone but I did get one eventually, however I also asked for a menu at the same so that I could check dietary requirements. I did receive this (a good 24 hours later) but was very confused when I arrived and found out that the full dinner menu that I was sent wasn’t available on a Monday and we had to order of the restricted Bar menu. The food itself was brilliant with probably the best chips I have ever had and a wonderful steak sandwich. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food and said that they would have it again. But we all agreed that the menu wasn’t very well written and some of the dishes were misleading. So I recommend if you go asking more about your dishes before ordering. For example we ordered the chicken thigh which turned out to be a style of curry. It was very nice but not what we expected. Overall I would go to No15 again as the food was very nice and the surroundings and decoration was very tastefully done. However I with the mistakes that happened on the day and the way the staff were dressed if feel a bit of an in house shuffle needs to happen to perfect the experience.

I purchased a full body massage for my girlfriend & she said it was the best massage she has ever had. The ladies at the Spa reception were all very friendly & the interior/decor of the hotel itself clearly had class. I sat in their restaurant with a glass of champagne whilst I waited & I was well looked after. The only tiny thing I would say is that whilst I was sat in the restaurant, the staff were having relatively loud conversations — these should really be had in the back & not in the company of a customer.

This place was awesome! The rooms are outstanding. I love a good bath tub to have a good soak after a long day of touring the city. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. If you get the VIP level you have access to the larder (snack bar) any time you like which my husband too full advantage of!

Fabulous location in the centre of Bath. Really friendly staff and a great bar. Our room was small but beautifully decorated with a comfy bed and great shower. Loved the idea of the help yourself larder, equipped with milk, ice creams, sweets and drinks. Quite expensive and extra for breakfast. Overall a really lovely boutique style hotel.

What a lovely hotel! The decor and style are very artistic. The room we stayed has beautiful view. Luxury appliance in the room as well. There is a ladder room full of snacks and SURPRISE — Marshfield ice cream that is such a must-try thing in Bath. We enjoyed the stay very much. I heard the spa was amazing but we didn’t have time to try it. FYI, even as guests, you have to pay to use it and book in advance. Another small problem is that between our door and the floor is a big gap so the room is not very sound proof. Not sure about other rooms though.

Absolutely amazing massage at this spa! Both myself and my wife had a massage today with separate therapists and we both came out saying it was the best we have had (we have had a few in our time). Clearly very experienced and offered some advice of yoga to help relieve some tension at the end. Really well done, we will be back!

We were just there for coffee, and although we were given a warm welcome we had to wait 25 minutes for service and when the coffee finally came it was three-quarters of a cup and lukewarm. It came with a delicious homemade biscuit each, on a plate but no napkin. We then had a problem finding someone to settle our bill and ended up just leaving the £8 (No tip! ) on the table. Beautiful surroundings, amazing decor, wonderful location, but needs some tweaking — maybe more staff — to be perfect.

Loved every moment! The staff was excellent and so attentive! The room was FAB and the bed was glorious! Gorgeous linen and pillows. Incredible touches that go such a long way: it was my husband's birthday and the staff brought up prosecco to welcome us and say happy birthday… love that! Brilliant dirty martini in the bar… Delicious breakfast… all round fabulous! We will most definitely be back! Thank you!

Pleasant hotel in central location. Great decor in public rooms and our junior suite in the coach house was similarly decorated with unusual artwork and comfortable modern furnishings. Not keen on having the bath in the bedroom myself, but it was stylish and went with the ambience of the theme. Liked the fact there was a fridge in the communal area of the coach house, where soft drinks and snacks were freely available. The staff were polite, helpful and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

I don't know what my gf paid but the place was beautiful, fitted out to luxury standards and even much enjoyed drinks at the bar. To be picky the doors didn't insulate sound very well and there was a shared fridge of free drinks etc (lovely touch) but came in bit late to find other guests had had the lot, although I'm sure the super helpful staff would have grabbed us extra if we'd have liked and it was free so can't really blame them. Can't comment on the spa or dining there but given the standards elsewhere it's probably first rate.

We stayed one night at this hotel on a Sunday in March, wanting a relaxing short break. The hotel is full of character in terms of its interior decoration and design and charming as for its architecture. The room was lovely, and the spa facilities were amazing. BUT the service was disappointing. The reception was lukewarm or somewhat sleepy. What really annoyed us was the experience at the bar. We made a reservation at the bar since the hotel information suggested that there should be simple food served. However, when we got there shortly after 8pm per our reservation, we were told that the kitchen was already closed — there was not even cold-cut or cheese! It was freezing and snowing that day, and so we had to opt for nuts for the night. The quality of the services just felt way short of every other wonderful aspects of this hotel during that one little night we stayed there.

This place is AMAZING! We were recommend No. 15 by friends. We stayed NYE, we had the best time! The hotel is stunning! We arrived and were quickly upgraded to a beautiful room! We were made to feel so welcome. The staff were wonderful! Very much recommend! This place will not disappoint can't wait for our next stay! X.

Excellent place with great service and a wonderful, varied decor that my partner and I ended up spending a couple of hours exploring and photographing. It is quite a maze and we found ourselves lost even with the signs but the staff are helpful and will happily direct you. The room while slightly small had a lovely decor with all the things you need and again the staff help with any requests. The "free pantry" idea was clever and had some nice surprises but make sure to check it earlier in the evening as the popular items finish quickly, also it gets locked later on. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would recommend it.

Fabulous decor and atmosphere and some delightful staff. The young gent on the bar is a 5star credit to the hotel. We didn’t use the spa but loved the idea of the larder.
I would have given a 4th star but the breakfasts (which were included in our tariff — two rooms) were a massive let down. Long waits for breakfasts that really let the hotel down big time. Advice: yogurt wants serving with a ladle! The continental option was so-so but it could all have been amazing with very little effort. We were so looking forward to our dinner on Friday night. There wasn’t much listed on the menu and there wasn’t much available from that choice. Shame because what we did get was really nice despite the mediocre and indifferent service.
I would have given a 5th star if I had managed a decent night’s sleep in that magnificent bed. Avoid any rooms near the bar and foyer!
If you are staying here enjoy the decor and the location (and the beds with great linen) — perfect!

Vegans and vegetarians beware!
Beautiful building, lovely concept. So disappointing that the waiting and kitchen sevice did not match the attention to detail given to the style and ambiance.
We were not expecting to be catered for, but were excited on arrival to be told “ lots of vegans stay here” and assured that we would be catered for at breakfast.
On arriving at breakfast however, it was clear that we were not welcome. The waitress gave us the standard menu and said she would need to have a word with the chef. She came back saying there was nothing they could do!
I guess we should have been alerted to the lack of provision by the dead animals on the bedroom floor and in the bedding.
So sad, this place could be amazing.

We really needed a relaxing/diverting weekend and this place delivered. Perfect location. Amazing staff & prices. Please don't change anything, it's magic, we're lifetime fans.

Very nice place lovely decorated, tiny but very cute rooms, very friendly staff at the reception, is not just an hotel but a lots to see just like a museum inside. went for a night service and everything was excellent specially the spa amazing the sauna the steam room the hot tube! But the rooms was not very clean so you guys need improve the cleaning service!

Rooms are cosy but decorated to high standards. I called directly and I was given the best price with breakfast included. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and the money were well spent. The ambience is relaxing with an elegant atmosphere. The newly opened SPA offers many treatment but prices are not accessible. You can still include an hour of jacuzzi, sauna and steam room for an additional £20. Everybody is friendly and welcome.

Absolutely lovely boutique hotel. Everything from the moment we walked in was great. The staff all seem genuinely friendly and helped with every question we had. Our room was stunning and a great size. The bed was massive and super comfortable, the decor was cozy and relaxed. The bathroom was clean and smart with a powerful shower and lovely linen. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice of cooked and continental, worth getting a room with breakfast included. We didn’t have a drink in the bar but have heard good things. The hotel is a quick and simple walk into town, close enough that you can pop back and chill out during the day if you like too. The combination of quality, price and location mean we will definitely be coming back in the future.

I can't thank No, 15 enough for a truly wonderful 60th birthday. The hotel is stunning, with amazing collections to wonder at as you enjoy the chic surroundings. Our room was a real treat, such attention to detail. A perfect night followed by a delicious lunch with really attentive and caring staff. Thanks especially to Fabbiana for her kindness. I would return in a heartbeat, it was luxurious.

A short walk to the centre of Bath, it's an excellent boutique hotel with unique rooms, friendly staff and good food. During this visit our room was small but ample, had a TV at the end of the bath and a very comfy bed. The deceptively large hotel is uniquely decorated throughout and a chandalier lover's dream.

Really nice hotel. We stayed in both the coach house and the main building. I would choose the main building if I was staying again as you feel a bit disconnected from the main hotel in the coach house.

Stunning Hotel, gracious and welcoming staff, nothing too much trouble. Check in was easy and lovely, our room was fabulous and the decor throughout is very tastefully done with hidden gems and something to look at with interest. The jacuzzi and steam rooms — wow. An hour to ourselves to relish the time, relaxation and champagne served to us while having the whole place for just us was truly amazing. We shall definitely return.

For years we have been guests at the Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath which was also really gorgeous.
Only the manager unfortunately changed and we do not feel comfortable there anymore.
This hotel is also wunderchön.
We'll be back definite.

Fantastic! Had some birthday cocktails there and was blown away. Seriously good and cannot believe we've only just discovered it. We will be back!

It's in a lovely location. Just a ten minute walk from the shopping and baths (ancient and new). The hotel itself has a lot of friendly staff. Except this one guy with grey hair (I think possibly the manager? ) he wouldn't stop asking inane questions and then not listening to answers (if he asked my once do I want a map he asked me a dozen times. No! I have a phone! ). An example — he asked if we took any scenic routes to get to bath, we said we took the train and his reply was which road did you take… The larder in the top floor was a really nice touch, I helped myself to loads of things for the journey home The shower in the room was brilliant, a huge shower head. The bad things about the room you can see in the photos. Stains on the floor, open wires at the top of the coffee cup chandelier, bloody coat peg lights that wouldn't turn off. Overall, a nice place just a bit to work on — clean the carpets, fire that guy and fix your electrics.

Excellent staff and rooms. Loved the breakfast and well located for the centre of Bath.

Absolutely brilliant time here the decor is amazing so quirky but tasteful. Staff wonderful and as for the larder! Would recommend to all especially for a special occasion.

A fantastic little boutique hotel just over the Pulteney bridge — Perfect for a getaway to Bath! Loved the decor throughout the hotel, from the differently decorated staircases, to the chandeliers gracing the ceilings. Wonderful details in the rooms, with very cosy beds and lots of room for 3 adults — a big plus was the third adult had an equally comfortable sofa bed. Little extras included the larder, for film watching snacks, a dollhouse in the room full of tea, coffee and an espresso maker and water in the room. We'd definitely stay again — the staff friendly and helpful and we felt so comfortable during our stay.

Came here for drinks with my wife early Saturday evening. Really interesting quirky decor. Extensive cocktail list and soft drink alternatives. Polite, knowledgeable staff. Could have done with a bit more of a buzz.

Had afternoon tea. Delicious! And very kind, courteous staff. Extremely happy with our visit.
