It was such a shame the need to check bags on arrival! The meal was hot but very poor standard. The bar ran out of regular drinks! The band was very good, table service and bar staff did there best. Would we have a party there again, defiantly not!

Absolute joke of a hotel. No electrics, poor staffing levels, zero customer service. Shambles.

Great location, but for a disabled room, it is very small and no walk in shower as I requested. The bath is not as deep as a normal bath, but not easy for me to use the over bath shower. The double bed is against the wall, so my husband has to crawl over the bed to help me out. A little tired and the bathroom needs updating. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. Very limited drinks choice at the bar. Overall, ok for the price, but we wouldn’t stay again, due to disability room size and lack of walk in shower. Cannot fault the staff though, helpful and friendly.

Decided to stay here to break journey on my way to Wales. It is conveniently close to the motorway, check-in and out was a breeze and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately they didn't have a fridge in the room but they kindly kept a few items I had in their kitchen fridge. A big plus point for me was that their Wi-Fi was incredibly fast!

Joined the Gym here the facilities are good the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the pool is great for young and older people. The hotel appears to be a welcoming and has plenty of areas to relax. The only thing that could be imprived is the temperature in the changing room as the air con appears to be on at a chilly temperature when it should be warmer other than this the gym and pool area is really good. Plenty of parking and close to town centre and easily assessable for the M54.

The room was ridiculous hot… no air con just a fan blowing hot air around the room. Bar was closed upon return to hotel after an evening out with friends… wasn’t even offered the option to order a drink as part of room service. Sunday check out is 12 noon however house keeping were knocking on our door at 10am! There was only x2 coffee sachets so only one coffee each.

Friendly staff, good breakfast… — However… Rooms extremely uncomfortable — no air conditioning or ventilation apart from a window that opened about 5 inches, and let in no fresh air whatsoever, but did let in the traffic noise from the M54, which was close by, and the noise of air conditioning plant (for another part of the building, presumably) located on a flat room a couple of floors below. The temperature in my room was an almost constant 89.5F (32C), and only dropped a couple of degrees F during the night. A fan was provided in the room, suggesting this is a known problem, but the noise of the fan, and the uncomfortable sensation of having to have air blown across you whilst you attempt to sleep only made things worse. I booked this hotel as had work in the area, and wanted to avoid a 250 round trip drive. Given the appalling night I had, I would have been better off making the drive. I do have a considerable amount of work pending in this location, but will say with absolute certainty that neither I, nor any of my workforce, will be staying at this hotel, which, incidentally, is not the cheapest in the area. If you don't like sleeping in a tropical climate, I strongly suggest you give this hotel a miss.

Good hotel very close to my office and station. Nice friendly staff. Good bar.

Spent a weekend in Telford and Park Inn By Radisson was my stop. Breakfast was very good with well equipped fitness room. Good place for a cosy stay in West Midlands.

Very noisy hotel. It's pretty dated inside and would need a shot of renewal. Simple breakfast. Friendly staff Nice bedding.

Not proud of my actions in the scramble for eggs and cold food at breakfast. Rooms are hot and sticky. A little worn. Good shower though, should have turned it to cold and slept there.

Generally pretty good. Food was good and beds comfy enough. Only downside is there is no air conditioning in the room.

Stayed for one night for a funeral. In room 201… Great night's sleep on a very comfy bed… Room not to hot so perfect. Lovely hot shower and definitely got my moneys worth at breakfast which was perfect… staff very polite and helpful to… All in all a great stay.

Stayed here night before a work meeting. First impressions very good reception is bright and airy. Was on the 4th floor room was nice, plenty space, sockets etc even one beside the bed bar was really busy and only one person serving was also very expensive £7.30 for 175 ml of wine. Restaurant menu and bar menus available food prices were reasonable but again was short staffed for the amount of people staying in the hotel.

Comfortable rooms although smallish. Very friendly and helpful staff. Adequate breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed three nights and everything went very well. It has a large swimming pool inside, quite equipped gym. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms and toilets according to the expected.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine, could do with a little more maintenance but nothing to worry about, it was extremely hot! I managed to cool this down myself though. The breakfast is nice and it is ideally located just off the motorway.

Perfect location for nearby business parks. Clean rooms and friendly service at desk & restaurant. Well equipped gym. Fairly limited restaurant menu and a bit of a trek through to the town for other options. Breakfast not the best although perhaps I was running towards the end of the window for food as it felt like it had been sitting out for some time.

The rooms are cold because the windows are not properly sealed. I reported it to the reception and there was no feedback in the evening, rooms still cold.
Breakfast is not worth a £10, there are cheeses, cooked ham and the typical English dishes. The buffet was 2 out of 6 times also not built on time. 3 employees folded served at the buffet, so that one could not use reasonably.
conclusion, I would not book for €100 again.

Not a bad hotel by any means just a bit tired needing some tlc. Check-in could have been friendlier. Room was rather smaller than average but clean. Nice step-in shower room. Very clean. No air conditioning in the room, but a small fan was provided. Not good enough in this day and age. A VERY annoying and constant tap tap noise came from the corner of the room from behind the wall unit. Like water torture it kept us awake most of the night. Food at dinner was good with courteous service. No mint sauce for the lamb though! Very small bar but with a pleasant and chatty barman. Breakfast was OK but dozens of hungry teenagers there for the pool contest had cleaned most of it up! Would we stay there again? Probably not, lots of other hotels in the area to choose from.

Very positive experience. Friendly Staff, decent breakfast but staff will make extra things if asked. Helpful frontline reception staff. Overall clean and reasonably quiet considering situated right next to busy road. Only stayed 2 nights and little time in the hotel but I think would go back.

High quality establishment with great facilities and rooms. Has been a great venue so far for the 9-Ball tournament! The breakfast is top notch.

Hotel was nice, well kept decor etc. Room was small but nice. Good facilities, restaurant was appalling with poor pub like food at very high prices. Overall bit poor and wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

We stayed 2 nights whilst attending a conference at the international conference centre. The Receptionist at check in was friendly and helpful and there was ample confortable seating areas. We proceeded to our superior room which unfortunately only had 1 king size bed (we were 2 friends travelling but the bed was huge). Very comfy, spacious room with a large flat screen tv, kettle, coffee, tea but 1 biscuit. 0The bathroom was lovely. A massive walk in shower and Dove toiletries. We had breakfast which was more than adeqate but had a wait for eggs and a 15 min wait for vegetarian sausages. Did not use the bar or the leisure facilities but they looked good.

Nice rooms, decent gym. Nice food and excellent service. Just a Pity about them feeling the need to using a private parking company. But of an off put.

Modern vibes all throughout building. Service was great and room was clean. I'll need to try the spa and gym next time I'm here! One thing to note is my request for a wake up alarm at 0630 wasn't met. It was fine, because I had my own alarm, but I did request this service too.

Went here for a work event. Received free pens and paper and water was refilled when needed. Lovely room.

Well positioned, easy walking into the shopping centre and town parks. The hotel appeared clean and tidy however on arrival to our room we discovered an old disposable razor in the shower. On the second night off our stay we were only left one set of towels. This was rectified by the reception staff as housekeeping had closed for the day! The food was of a very high standard BUT the breakfasts were not replaced as they ran out and and we found that once you had started to collect a breakfast (which was in covered containers) only to discover empty ones the replacement took some time and the rest of the meal was getting cold. The bar prices were well above the norm.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Rooms where clean and well maintained, the only thing that I could pick on was that the kettle was covered in limescale in the room. The breakfast was lovely probably one of the best that I have had in a hotel and a wide range of choice. I would recommend this hotel.

Stopped in room 206 second floor with my friend in a twin bed room, lovely room, we had a great time, the only thing was bit damp in the window, but overall had a lovely stay, had a chance to visit the Pool, Jacuzzi, which was lovely, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast was ok, could be bit warmer and more selection of food but overall very satisfied, will be booking again soon, enjoyable stay, location to the Telford shopping Centre within 5 minute walk, all amenities to hand, restaurants, and there is a Odeon and Cinimax all within walking distance, so quite handy, stayed 1-3rd April 2017, the bed so comfortable too, slept really well, so pleased,

Lovely stay with my friend in a twin room! Beautiful room lovely staff on reception. The only thing I would say was breakfast wasn't very hot the food had gone a little cold, but still very nice! Would highly recommend.

We turned up with out booking after a long days riding our motorbikes, very clean room fantastic shower, great bath for a soak. Letting us leave our bikes just outside reception we could not have asked anymore, great staff very helpfull.

Nice clean hotel. Service when needed was good room comfortable and very good location. I would stay again if visitong Telford.

Attended an Ultimate White Collar Boxing event hosted here. Unsure how much input the hotel had. Excellent night. Only downside was that the drinks were massively overpriced.

I attended the hotel for a science fiction convention. The hotel was clean and tidy, the food and drinks were reasonably priced, the conference facilities made available to us were excellent and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. These all contributed to a hugely successful event and I look forward to the next time I have the opportunity to attend this hotel.

Lift was not working which was annoying, but to be fair the receptionist was nice and hence I rate it with 3 stars (she sourced a travel adaptor). The room was small but it seemed to have anything you would a expect of a hotel of the kind.

Stayed a here for a few nights for work and it's a grest hotel with great service. Located near to a lot of amenities.

Stayed at Park Inn a few times for work. Rooms are always clean, good is decent and they have a power socket right next to the bed for my phone and laptop.

Close to the train station and within walking distance of town this is a decent hotel for the price you pay. The staff are friendly and always helpful if you have any problems.

Cleaning non existent. Staff yelled at me for using exits. Puke and smashed beer bottles outside my room. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting experience.

Room was tidy and presentable. Bar amd restaurant area very spacious (almost too big but not a real complaint, just a note). Was charged a deposit in advance without any warning, verbal or written (even if it's commonplace for hotels to do so it's not an excuse), something that a receptionist explained. Eventually.

Sharon Shenton took me out for a special meal tonight, it wasn't to celebrate anything, it was just us time.
We went to the Park Inn by Radisson Telford and had a meal in the restaurant, I've got to say it was fantastic.
The restaurant staff were very professional, polite and smiled at every opportunity.
We both decided to eat from the Specials board, Mushroom soup, Salmon and prawn butter roulade, What a fantastic pair of Starters beautifully presented and tasted how they looked.
For our main Sharon had Char grilled pork loin steak with an apple puree, I had Salmon Linguine with a white sauce and Parmesan, again fantastically presented and equally as enjoyable, what a treat.
If that wasn't enough we went for the pudding, Chocolate Fudge with cream, and a Hot Danish apple pie with ice cream, beautifully presented heaven in a dish. Park Inn by Radisson, Our complements to the chef for the wonderful food and amazing presentation, well done to the restaurant staff for the welcoming and helpful service, Thank You!

Clean, good bed&good service I have been in loads of hotels and this is the most superior of them all.

Hygene was practically non existent. Dirty cups/glasses were provided. Questionable stains and even blood spatter in the rooms. Fraudulent activity when it came to payment quoted one amount and then another amount taken without knowledge/consent. Charged more than once also, wasn't made aware of policies regarding payment etc. Overpriced food. Ruined weekend.

Absolutley shocking! I stayed in this hotel last friday for two nights with my partner, on saturday morning I went down to pay my bill and I produced my receipt which clearly said I owed 124£ for two nights, two breakfasts and a drink from the bar, later that night I checked my bank balance after my card was declined in the hotel across the road and I had £9.40 in my bank after budgeting for the whole weekend (as I live in North Wales) confused, I rang my bank and they confirmed that The Park Inn had taken 170£ out of my bank without permission taking a total of 290£! I was extremely angry about this as they had not told me this would happen, upon confronting staff they were rude and very unhelpful and didnt clear anything up with me, now 7 days later I still havnt recieved my 170£ and my partner sent an email to Adrian Pickard the manager of this hotel who still havnt replied absolutley disgusting! when we left the hotel to travel home we ran out of petrol just past wrexham and me and my partner who is 32 weeks pregnant were forced to stand on the side of a busy road, an absolute shambles! I would stay clear from this hotel.

Comfortable hotel and well located. Good: +Nice modern bedroom +Fair room prices for what you get (£90 to £120 for a double bedroom in general) +Nice swimming pool with Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi +Well equipped gym composed of two 25 square meter rooms +Quite central and at walking distance from the shopping center and train station Bad: -RUBBISH internet connection (less than 512Kbps). And it didn't come from the distance to the wireless router. -No air cond. In the room. Or no possible control over it. -Standard breakfast buffet but average quality. Would have expected better for the rooms prices.

I just love this hotel. I stay most weeks due to business and it has everything I need. In particular the team are great especially Jayne, Nikki, Jenni and Cat.

Where to begin. I decided to use the Raddison as I have used the chain in America and it was always top notch. How wrong I was. I am sitting in one of their cramped twin rooms that is so hot I am sweating. You have no control over the heating and no air con for the hot summer days like today. The furniture is drab and broken, which is really the least of my worries, as I decided to order room service. After ten o'clock you are privileged to have a baked potato or a sandwich. I choose a sandwich of cheese and plum apple chutney. What arrived was visually disappointing. I decided to try before criticising too harshly. The bread reminded me of the old Slimmer's bread. Small, flat and boring. The cheese was spares and had no taste and the chutney was branston sandwich pickle. I ate a couple of mouthfuls before realising. It was my stomach ulcer from years of medication, And it was telling me there was onion in the chutney. Not a sign of apple or plum. I phoned down and asked for a refund. I had to go downstairs, get a refund on to my card. I was told their was a 24 hour asda. So off I went to find some food. The asda had closed at ten oclock! After a blind search of ten miles I came across a Texaco garage where the lady fed me a sandwich and packet of crisps through the night time slot. I got back to the hotel exhausted and told the chap at reception. He laughed. Ooo. By the way. I am disabled. I wish I had stayed at a Premier Inn. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Car got damaged whilst staying, hotel refused to help.

I have been staying in this hotel over one year now atleast once or twice each week, Things are not quite well but I stay there simply because its near to the train station and my office. Almost everytime I find something of other problem in the room and complain to reception but things stay as usual. 1. Rooms are dirty not cleaned properly. There are not vacuum cleaned, you can see dust particles flying not healthy to breath 2. More often they give me disabled room which has got small sink and not fit for abled man to use I have to complain and they change sometimes if they have spare room. Why can't they find out the room is for disabled. 3. Some of staff is quite rude. 4. At least one machine is faulty all the time in the Gym, I don't understand why cant they get repaired or replace. 5. Breakfast in the morning is good 6. Dinner — simply not upto the mark 7. Most of the rooms heating doesn't work in winter I have to ask for electric heater every week. All above points, I have been complaining in reception, Today 29/04 I gave in writing. Hope hotel management takes note of these comments.

Myself, my partner and mother stayed here last weekend. The rooms were small but clean and well designed. There were no usual hotel ammenities like sower caps, toothpaste, soap, shower gel in the bathrooms so I had to request these from reception which were delivered quickly. The bad thing about my experience was that when I had booked the rooms, the website info was slightly confusing. It wasnt clear whether the standardroom deal came with breakfast or not. I called up the hotel and spoke to the lady on reception who reassured me that the booking I made via her on the phone would include breakfast. I booked and all seemed ok until the sunday morning when the receptionist at the hotel informed us that breakfast wasnt included and we had been wrongly informed. To add insult to injury each breakfast was £13! We went two minutes up the road to Weatherspoons where all of us ate a huge breakfast inclusive of drinks for £13 total. I wouldnt ever recommend this hotel again as they were so unhelpful and gave us incorrect info when booking.
