Budget hotel with a budget restaurant/bar but the service at both was excellent.

Often use Premier Inn for work — this was better than some of others I've stayed at, represents really good value for money. Slept well, breakfast was excellent.

Lovely comfy bed, friendly staff, next to a pub/ restaurant and McDonalds.

Before I start Jade the very helpful receptionist was awesome and went out of her way to help and get the issues sorted. Upon arrival I was asked which room I was booking into as I had a double booked and apparently a single NO I DON'T but I had been charged for 2… this is the second time this has happened in 7 days… HELLOOOOO PROBLEM OBVIOUSLY. After some enquiries on social media it would seem this is quite a common problem (sad fact of the day) now to get my money back haha step in Jade. After several phone calls and one person passing the buck and saying it's a police matter (er no) I hopefully have it sorted. Quote "as a goodwill gesture I will give you a refund" it was your fault! Other than that it was a clean premier Inn. Bit noisy outside with McDonald's but closing the window was like magic haha.

The experience of staying at the premier inn was fine. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping standards maintained to a very good level. I was minorly disappointed that the bathroom did not have a shaver outlet to plug in to leaving me unable to charge my toothbrush. Also the TV had much of its functionality locked down so I could not switch the input source to HDMI for example. Food was supplied via a partnership with the adjacent Brewer's Fayre which did offer good food and polite service. However I Often observed people waiting for extended periods of time to be seated even though there was no queue.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, clean bathroom, friendly welcoming staff. Was able to book a table for diner just by replying to a text message. Nice place for a stop over.

Very helpful staff. Small hotel but we'll located for Telford area. GOOD breakfast at pub next door. Garage with Spar and McDonald's on site too. Surprisingly quiet considering busy location. Would use again if in the area.

Premier Inn. Same experience at each one. That's why we always stay. Oh and each one has a bathtub (easier when you have kids).

Does what it says on the tin. Very warm and muggy evening air conditioning is a bonus. Exceptionally friendly service from receptionist even though she was under a lot of pressure due to volume of visitors. I stay in these hotels a lot, this is a good one. Well done.

Very good customer service from the staff, rooms clean and tidy just as you'd expect. Handy having a 24hr petrol station and a McDonalds right on your doorstep and the breakfast at the Table Table next door is excellent. One issue though is that the Wi-Fi should be free, even McDonald's gives free Wi-Fi these days, good customer service should include free Wi-Fi.
