Very careless and incompetent manager service in Litmus building. Why?
Overpriced with poor facilities in gym and dirty pool.
dirty and stinky corridors.
13 floor building residents surviving on one lift cause almost always the other two are broken!
Loads of parties and late night loud music, plus inappropriate antisocial behaviour.
All what you hear from the manager is ' I don't care'
Wonderful, well-located, city centre accomodation with Swimming Pool, Gym, etc.
Safe and clean, the gym is not perfect but does help somehow.
