Great value budget hotel, which while it may be down as a 3 star I have to say the quality of the rooms is very good. Not too hot or cold. Great showers and selection of teas and coffees. Bang in the centre of Nottingham. Parking across the road at the Lace Market car park. Hotel offers a discounted rate if you stay. Small bar available. Superb value.

I stay for 2 days. Very small room, and portable bathroom that takes big a space. The room doesn’t have safety box and refrigerator, also the bothersome have only hand soap that you can use it as a shampoo. Finally, it is not worth the money 90 pound per night. But I need to say is the staff are very friendly and the location is good.

It's located near the lace market, near to the heart of the city. Old market square is in just walkable distance. Rooms are pretty small considering I stayed in a small room. Breakfast was included. You get English breakfast. In my 10 day long stay, all the items in the breakfast remained the same. They do not provide drinking water in the room, you may get it from the only tap available in the toilet. During my stay Wi-Fi was down more than 36 hrs. In the first hours they said they are gonna fix it in some 30 minutes or so, but it came back after a day at least. Cleaning was not done property everyday. Sometimes they don't even change or fold the towels. In my 10 day stay they haven't changed my quilt not even once. The only plus point is the proximity to the city centre.

Nice ppl at the reception. No problems in the room. The shower cell is much more comfortable than I thought.

Basic room, small bathroom. Great breakfast and staff were all friendly. Good for a budget hotel, but certainly not worth the £115 I paid for a night.

Nice as usual, bed was a very comfortable, but nice to sleep on. Room was a decent size and in the city centre. They have added breakfast to the offer, which was also nice.

We booked last minute so inevitably the prices went up, but at £150 for two nights for two people, it certainly wasn't the most expensive place in Nottingham, and provided pretty decent value for money. We joined their membership club for free, and got 10% off our bill which was great. It's centrally located, a 2 minute walk from Victoria Square so great for restaurants, cinema, Lost City Golf, aswell as some great sightseeing opportunities and days out such as the National Galleries of Justice.

Very recommended Ibis in the heart of Nottinham. The size of the right family room, considering it's an Ibis. The extra bed maybe a little smaller than 90cms, which was offered, but comfortable. The pillows at everyone's liking, which is not easy. Clean and very quiet, at night you couldn't hear a sound. Very close to the train station. Attentive staff. They allow checkin at night. The Wi-Fi connection was going to be regular. A computer in common area available to customers. Very good value for money.

It is a traditional hotel of the Ibis Network, in the center, standard and new rooms, good cleaning (not excellent) friendly and friendly staff.

Started well. Room equipped with everything you need. Bathroom spotless as was bed linen. Good night's sleep but was spoiled in morning when I found a used condom under the bed. Was packed and out the room in minutes even though we had intended leaving bags in room to collect later. Huge issue was how this was dealt with by staff member. A half hearted apology and promise to speak to housekeeping. They then had cheek to charge us £2 to store our bag in secure room downstairs. Not going back.

It's an ibis, so it's the same as any other. My room needed a little maintenance but nothing major and everything was clean and nice. Parking and city centre nearby so well placed for concerts and nights out.

Perfect location. Walkable distance to old square market. Tram stop is 10feet away. Buffet breakfast is good but monotonous. Rooms are good and well ventilated.

Rooms were a bit dated. Twin rooms second fold away bed was barely big enough for a regular size male. But good value. Good location and friendly staff.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Comfy beds and friendly service in an ideal location. Rooms were a little basic but clean. The biggest issue we had by far was keeping cool enough to sleep.

We went to Nottingham to attend a professional event. The people who work at the hotel were nice and friendly, even when we arrived in the middle of the night to make the check-in. Bar and restaurant in the reception is open 24/7. The room was big, tidy and clean. The breakfast was included and I have to say that it's freaking awesome. We'll repeat for sure next time we have to go to Nottingham.

I lodged in a family room, it was very clean and quiet. I will definitely come back to Ibis Nottingham UK whenever I come back to visit my family in Nottingham. In my opinion it is a buffet breakfast deal if you are a good eater.
At the price of 9 pounds you will not find anything in the surroundings that offers all this abundance is all this choice.

Ibis is situated in a great area in the city and benefits from supermarkets and shops nearby. I found the check-in to be quick. However, I found that my room had a slight smell to it and the decor was dated, especially compared to the nearby Roomzzz hotel. Breakfast is not included and costs an additional £8 per day. Ibis is nice and clean, but there are better hotels available at this price point.

Quite friendly and helpful staff. I booked a room with wrong date and they help me get my full refund. Room is clean and tidy. But remember to bring your toothbrush and shampoo.

Good location and clean, but room felt cheap and had marks on walls. Bathroom was moulded plastic and placed in the corner of the room. Shower and bed were reasonable. Breakfast and checkout times were good, and breakfast itself was OK.

Clean and comfortable, ideal for a budget night away! It's a favourite for us if we go to gigs in Notts! It's not far from the station and just on the edge of the busier area of the city which means it's quieter. The rooms always have clean bathroom areas, a tv, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. The beds are lovely and comfortable, a great night's sleep if you've just been crushed in a sold out rock concert! Staff are pleasant and the building has security at night, alongside the key card reader at the door beyond a certain time. The lifts have been fitted with a key card reader so the only way you're getting up is as a guest.

Great room as expected and staff were very polite. However, that being said the premium price that was paid was let down by the group of very loud stag party/group of friends that found it appropriate to shout and run up and down the hallway at half 4 in the morning waking most of the guests. Little to no action was taken to solve this issue for 30 minutes. I felt it let the stay down. The breakfast was great in the morning meeting my dietary requirements with no issue.

Ideal City Centre location around the old Lace Market. The decor is modern and the hotel and room seemed nice and clean. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I've slept in for a budget hotel unfortunately my sleep was not great due to a commotion going on in the corridor in the middle of the night. The ensuite was like a Capsule and the shower was powerful. It was nice and clean but did have a slightly musty smell. There is a car park directly opposite which was very useful for the hotel. Other local amenities were also close by. All in all I felt it was a nice hotel in a great location and I'd stay there again.

Took advantage of an offer which made it excellent value. Young staff very efficient and welcoming. Cannot really fault it as a convenient weekend stay over hotel. Adjacent to tramline.

Just finished my two night stay here at ibis Nottingham. Check in was quick. Our room was clean, spacious and cozy with air — con if needed, lots of nice amenities, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, small wardrobe with hangers etc. Bed was large, king size and clean. Only downside was a big white stain on the carpet by the bathroom which was wet on arrival then dried up to a white stain so I think the cleaners did try to get whatever it was out! And also the room is slightly dated with terracota paint on the walls and curtains that need replacing, but what can you expect for 2 star, I was very happy at the price and quality of room!

The quality of the rooms here exceed what you are paying for. Room is fairly small, but everything in the room is clean and comfortable. Very cute place and everything seems pretty new. The location is very convenient to the city center. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Modern Excellent yacht bath beds.

Arrived at the hotel, no free parking as advertised. We had to park in a multi story across the road which was an additional price (although discounted to £10 for 24 hours). Not ideal. Their website advertise free parking, but this isn't in fact true. Got to the room, quite small. Twin beds were too close together to be twin beds haha. The shower had hair in before we even used it and was a bit dirty. And there was no bin to be found. Cheap and central location, but would definitely not recommend. Spend a bit more to get a premier inn etc.

Good price/quality ratio. Comfy bed. Carpet could be nicer, furniture seems a bit worn out, but the breakfast is good, and overall it is a good deal. I come back to this hotel often.

I managed to check in on line which saves a lot of bother. I stayed in room 429 which has a great view. The room was cleaned immaculately every day. I would recommend this every day.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Nottingham and is ideally located for access to all city centre amenities. The rooms are clean and well equipped with very comfortable beds, showers and tea making facilities. Breakfasts are absolute for and extra charge. The only facility it is lacking is a car park but it does have a concession for parking in the Lace Market multi-story. You will be charged £10 per hour for early check in.

Nice and clean hotel, good for a night or two. Walls are a bit thin, so noise may be a problem.

Expensive for an ibis but other than that an enjoyable stay. Lovely helpful staff. I asked for extra tea and milk and they were more than happy to oblige. Location ideal for getting around central Nottingham.

The hotel itself seems kind of small when you first walk in. The check in was okay, took a bit of time as I think they were training someone so I wasn't overly bothered if that is the case. Upon getting to our room we found that the key cards didn't work so my partner had to go back down to reception to sort this out (it apparently seemed like the cards hadn't been registered to our room, oh well) The room itself was very spacious, although there wasn't a main light just 2 wall lights and the bed side lights which meant the room wasn't very bright during the evening. In the daylight with the curtains and blinds drawn however it was perfectly fine. The bathroom was cosy and clean though the drain smelled kinda bad. The bed was very very comfy, I could have stayed in it all day! It was spacious enough for 2 people and then some! We were provided with 2 extra pillows too which was nice. The shower was amazing, powerful and not drippy like hotel showers tend to be and you could also control it from a small stream to a larger stream which was also really impressive for a hotel. We did have further issues with the key cards which was annoying, apparently keeping them near phones and other bank cards or cards with magnetic strips can effect them. We were unaware of this and haven't ever had this issue before so not really sure here. All in all, I was happy for the price I had paid and would stay here again!

Stayed for a gig at the Capital FM arena. Warm, comfortable, and close to the venue with good parking across the street. Shower room was a little flimsy but other than that I'd say it was on a par with premier inn.

Centrally located in the Lace Market area of Nottingham, the Ibis is very easily accessible by tram. The closest stop, 'Lace Market' is only a few seconds' walk from the main entrance on Fletcher Gate. It is less than five minutes on foot from Old Market Square, near to which buses to other parts of Nottingham regularly depart. With a comfortable bed, modern bathroom (complete with a great shower cubicle with detachable shower head) and a flatscreen television in each room, you're bound to have a good night's sleep. Service is pretty good, and the cocktail bar on the ground floor is well worth a visit. Meals at the Ibis are tasty, particularly the healthy options, and the hotel's central location allows guests to enjoy dishes from a great many Nottinghamian restaurants. Free Wi-Fi is a useful provision (although it sometimes drops out) and the complimentary 'i' newspaper by The Independent keeps you up to date. For such a reasonable price, Hotel Ibis certainly delivers exceptional value for money each and every stay!

It was a 10 minute walk from the station (the way Google Maps took me) but a couple of minutes away from the main square. The staff helped direct me to clumber street. The rooms have always been clean as I visit regularly for work and have always had a good nights sleep. Overall nothing to complain about.

It is well positioned next to the Lacemarket tram stop and for shopping and all eating requirements. We stayed on a Wednesday and were at the from of the hotel — the street was a bit noisy when the pubs clubs cleared out even then. Room clean. Shower great. Bed quite comfy and seemed to be king size. Nes for daughter comfy and she was very happy. Would definitely stay there again. Great value for under £50 for 2 adults and a child.

I pre-booked a double room for my daughter and her boyfriend for his birthday. I checked in with her as I had paid on my card. On arrival in to the room I noticed that the bed was untidy and the pillows were in the middle of the bed, I thought it looked odd, on looking down I noticed that there was a used glow stick on the carpet and then I looked up at the table and noticed used coffee cups! My daughter had gone in the bathroom to use the toilet and when she come out I noticed that the floor had rubbish on it, there was paper in the bin and the towels had been used. I told her that the room hadn't been cleaned so we then had to go down to reception to inform them and then have another room allocated to us. The new room was very basic like the last. The coffee and tea etc were sparse and there were only 2 small hand towels and 1 1/2 small toilet rolls. My daughter informed me that she had to ask for more tea, milk etc and another towel. On check out my daughter and her boyfriend were not asked how everything was or thanked them for their stay, the receptionist just said "oh your'e all done then". I was very disappointed with this hotel and I'm glad that my daughters boyfriend didn't come straight to the hotel with us because then that would have been embarrassing. Please do not stay at this hotel. I have stayed at the Jury's Inn in Nottingham before and this hotel was far more superior than the Ibis.

Despite pre-paying the hotel wanted to pre-authorise my card — there are no extra's in the rooms. They get upset when queried as to why this is. Further, they have a very relaxed attitude to payment card security so very be careful. Personally, as a business owner, I've blacklisted Accor for good based on my singular experience with them and have made contact with their UK/Ireland MD for an explanation. There is no way I'd trust this hotel group again with my bank details.

Recently stayed at this hotel and it was awful experience they charged £65.00 for 1 night the room was filthy. I had to call reception as there were no towels in my room then was given 2 bath towels no hand towels. The room was not clean at all. Please do not stay here.

Good value for money, our room was clean, towels changed every day, breakfast experience not great but then there are loads of places close by to eat even fairly early in the morning. Situated in a great part of town close by to lots of pubs and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Hotel very central and next to the Old Market Square. The rooms are simple but spacious and with good views of the city. It's all very clean although carpets need a facelift, especially that of the corridors. The only downside is the price of internet, it is regrettable that in the 21st century still do pay for connecting to the network.

My partner and I stayed at the Ibis Nottingham, the room was very basic but we expected this as it was cheap. It did not end up being cheap as my £200 sunglasses went missing from the room. I know its hard to prove that the cleaners took them, but they were in there Friday and come Sunday check out they were nowhere to be seen. I wont be going back there again. Just make sure you hide valuables if you do.
