What a nice place the rooms are lovely and very clean, the staff are very helpfully can't do enough for you.

The family room was clean, and very tidy. The staff members were really kind, friendly and helpful especially Shamek, on the reception desk.

Good hotel, could not fault it. Apart from price British grand prix weekend. Would use again if not going to Silverstone. Staff etc rooms no problem.

Had a business lunch here, good light lunch and the staff were brilliant. If you need a stop off to get some business done this is a great location.

Great surroundings, food served was great. Harvester restaurant on site and plenty of parking. Staff made you feel welcome. Very clean and bright, ideal meeting place where you can have a drink, sit and relax or work from.

Couldn't recommend any less The night manager 'Pedro' tried to charge us a suprise £100 deposit just because it was a weekend. This was nowhere on the website or the booking after this it charged the £100 and the fee again We decided to checkout early and demand a refund, we found somewhere more trustworthy to stay in I urge you not to trust this hotel or this man.

The hotel has great parking and is easy to find. The rooms are large and clean plus the beds are comfortable. Plus the hotel has room service.

Breakfast in bed. Great service. Reported a damp patch in room. They were straight on it plus give us our breakfasts free… saving £30.00

Nice hotel. But the fish pie made me and a work friend ill. Better to eat over at the harvester instead.

Booked double room and got twin. Cold room. Had air conditioning on warm going all night just to get room warm. Staff didn't mention a heater till next day. Breakfast basic but nice.

Booked last minute… reception already had all my details. Effortless check in process late at night which was great. Room was spotless and even gave me an upgrade :-) Breakfast included offered a lovely selection with friendly staff at all times.

Pleasant hotel to stay in with family at a decent price, breakfast included is a bonus. Rooms are compact but provide everything you could need. Comfortable beds, choice of pillows. Easy to find, easy to park with friendly staff.

An ideal stopover place, just off the M1. Pleasant and efficient service on check-in and check-out. Clean room with modern bathroom. Lovely, cosy duvet. Good self-service breakfast, although a bit busy if you go down late. Value for money.

I have had a better night sleep, sleeping in a tent on a roll mat. Beds very uncomfortable with lumps and bumps in the mattress. But food and their service made up for it.

Easy location to get to for people travelling on Business. Each room comes with a desk. And all rooms are tidy and clean.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Anything you want is not a problem. Rooms are comfortable with air conditioning if required. It's clean and spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with a wide selection. A great location after a long drive.

I stayed here for one night with two of my close mates, and for what it's worth, we had a really good stay! The beds are very comfy, and the room size wasn't bad. Breakfast was good but the selection could be better, overall really good value for what you get though.

Good rooms, fairly decent breakfast. Evening g me u is simple but good enough (certainly better than the pub across the road. ) Irons in the room which you don't always get with holiday Inn express, it is a chain so with that you can expect a level of standards which are here. Soap and shower stuff are in dispensers so not quite warranting more than 3 stars. Second night was unexplainably about 50 quid higher than the first for no reason. I do find this happens a lot with holiday inns though.

Hotel is in a perfect location just off but not too close to the M1. There was plenty of free parking outside with plenty of good sized spaces. The reception staff and all team members were great and very helpful. The rooms were clean and had a large size TV. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a good night's sleep. All in all it was the perfect stay for a short weekend break without breaking the bank.

Great staff, incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. Located right next to a restaurant and near a grocery store and pub, some ways off town centre. The mains sockets in the room are far away from the bed meaning you have leave your phone out of reach if you want to charge it overnight. Breakfast is provided but there is very little for people on a plant-based diet.

Nice clean free Internet, recommended.

Stayed here again and really enjoyed it was disappointed that George is leaving but happy that Charlotte the new girl was here who was very happy to help and also promised free food next time we come thanks Charlotte.

Decent clean and quiet hotel.

My stay at the holiday inn was really good apart from the breakfast as it was lacking varsity. The stay was made enjoyably by the friendly staff especially George the manager who treated us really well thanks George.

Very comfortable. Quiet room, excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable bed and working aircon. Also very reasonably priced.

Stayed here on business for one night. I wasn't able to try the breakfast, but the room was very clean and the shower is possibly the best I have had in a chain hotel.

I've been spoilt stopping here for 2 nights, from the reception staff, bar staff, to the sweet girl waitressing. Nothing has been too much trouble to them. Would very highly recommend!

My company booked rooms for our team Sunday to Friday. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional at all times of the day. My room was clean and very comfortable. The only negatives were the pillows and the awful cooked breakfast. The eggs were more like mashed potato and the sausages were horrible. I don't like to waste food but I just couldn't eat it. However, there was toast, croissants, fruit etc. Unfortunately I couldn't eat any for dietary reasons. Otherwise, a really good experience and great value for money.

I'm trying to be fair as much as I can so I have to mention at first that hotel is really clean. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that hotel staff don't keep up to date their system. We stayed one night, while checked in we were told by receptionist the check out time is 12 noon but if we join the membership we can check out 2hrs later. We have signed up for it and were ensured by receptionist that our check out time is 2pm. The next day at 12:15pm other receptionist entered our room without even knocking the door and told that check out time is 12 noon. I was changing my clothes that time and talk on the phone, TV was also on so I'm sure that staff member could hear that someone is in the room. Its not the nice thing to be seen by stranger having only underwear on me! In my opinion this is absolutely minimum to knock the door and wait few seconds for response! Few minutes after we left the room, when check out we were " very cold" apologised by the receptionist who entered the room but unfortunately lady was not even bothered to ask if we want to complain or leave any review. Everywhere in the world receptionists ask this question where quests living. Such a shame.

Great hotel all you can say really.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. We stayed for two days whilst visiting friends in Northampton. The Northampton road traffic scheme was very confusing and we got lost many times, apparently even the locals do also! We thought the hotel might be a bit noisey being so close to the motorway but it was very quiet we could not hear any traffic noise at all despite being at the front of the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good enough. As with all these type of hotels you know what to expect and there are usually no surprises. Car parking is free unlike many other hotels where they charge. When we were checking out we were asked if we had any complaints but we couldn't think of any.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Northampton (Grange Park) while I was working on a project, and found the experience absolutely brilliant. The staff were friendly and the prices they charge are very reasonable compared to other hotels who claim to be the 'cheapest'. And then surprise you on the day! No restaurant onsite but I was allowed to order take aways and eat them in the lobby area, which suited me just fine.
