We married at Rushton Hall in August this year and it was beyond beautiful! Everyone commented on what a stunning venue it is and how beautiful each bedroom was. The staff on the day were incredible, nothing was too much to ask for. They went above and beyond to ensure it all ran smoothly and ensured everything was perfect without us having to ask. Paige and Jessica were beyond incredible with everything in the lead up to the wedding and on the day, the communication was perfect, they kept us up to date every step of the way, they were patient, kind and so helpful! Paige ensured the day ran like clock work and helped to keep us both calm. Thank you so much to the whole team, you made our day so special! Rushton Hall will always have a special place in our hearts ❤️

Fabulous setting for a wedding. Our suite was amazing. Lots of space to mingle or be quiet.

Amazing spa, building was lovely, great facilities, particularly enjoyed the pool & the outside jacuzzi. Lovely lunch sat looking out over the gardens. Really friendly staff & the lady who did my Elemis facial was brilliant. So relaxing and made my skin feel great. Great 1st visit & would definitely recommend.

I booked 2x pedicures at the spa and paid in advance. When we arrived we were told we were there for 2x nail polishes, no pedicure stations available so couldn't do it. The attitude of one of the beauticians was terrible stating "I'm going home soon soon aren't got time for a pedicure! " After being left to wait for a while the manager was equally unhelpful and in the end we accepted a refund. Not really any apologies and sent us back to the main reception for a refund. Even the main reception lady was unwelcoming and we left feeling extremely unhappy with the service. Would definitely not recommend the Spa here!

Just a message to promote this wonderful hotel and spa, our main visit was a wedding but a mini weekend break endured, it was fabulous service, facilities, staff, secure parking, great bedrooms, dining rooms bars and restaurants, the spa and wellbeing section was excellent, I fully recommend from a min break as a couple to a whole car club en masses visit. Stunning and stylish venue for an unforgettable wedding! Our string quartet Giardino Strings performed here on the 4th of December 2021 and we had a fantastic time! The manager and staff were also wonderful and very welcoming! Highly recommended.

Went for a spa day complimentary of the boss wow what can I say out of this world staff are fantastic food was lush and a massage from darcy was amazing champagne was beautiful nothing was too much trouble for the staff you have an amazing team keep up the good work will deffo be returning highly recommended 5 star from us 🥰

Our fourth visit and Rushton Hall did not disappoint! The team are so friendly and welcoming, and it's a real haven of tranquility in the courtyard. Our highlights are after-dinner drinks in the atmospheric Great Hall bar, and the quiet cosiness of the drawing room. Thanks again to you all.

Improve the quality and ambience of dinner, the Brasserie is just not a good enough venue given the prices charged. There is a main restaurant, which is still closed, the prices charged are only justified for a premium setting. They can't use covid as an excuse any more. The dinner service was poor with multiple mistakes made and the limited menu choice meant I had to pay a supplement for a sirloin stake which was fatty and not cooked as I requested. There are better places for a premium dinner, bed and breakfast package for similar money.

Had a lovely weekend at the Ferrari summer event
The staff were so accommodating. I tripped over on the grass & got grass stains on my white jeans. A kind member of staff took them home & laundered them for me.
Excellent meals throughout the weekend. Would highly recommend.

Just had a lovely Sunday Lunch. Would recommend, service was nice a friendly, good food and environment was lovely. It was so nice to eat in the orangery, hope they keep the lunches going in there.

Just got back from a heavenly 3 night stay, can’t fault the place it’s so beautiful and the staff are amazing I will definitely be back soon.

Had a lovely afternoon tea for my Mums 70th birthday in the Orangery. A real treat, would recommend. Very pleasant staff and Covid measures in place. We felt very comfortable and socially distanced from others. Thank you.

Ok so it’s our first trip out post covid, it’s my birthday sol let’s say I’m excited!
The building is amazing, proper English splendid, it’s going to be great!
But…
After an hour we left, worst service ever, food was awful, mistakes were prolific, what a disgrace
No excuses if you charge top shelf then deliver.
Avoid and go somewhere else until they understand what service and quality is!

Small Spa, but excellent staff and still had a very chill day along with a relaxing back massage.

We came to a wedding here and stayed over and from arriving nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing, staff first class, rooms were lovely. Grounds well kept. The tour we did on the Sunday was very good and the gentleman that did it was very professional and gave us lots of time.

Excellent spa treatment prior to lunch in the restaurant. My husband had a lovely birthday treat. Everyone was so helpful and the service was impeccable. The most beautiful venue for my sister and brother in laws wedding. This is a gorgeous place in which we had afternoon tea. The staff were extremely welcoming and even offered my mum a try of a few different teas on the house as it was her birthday. The cakes were delicious. What a great day!

I had my wedding at Rushton Hall on Friday it was the best day of mine and my husbands life. It was simply magical from start to finish, the staff were all amazing and nothing was too much, they were all so professional within their roles.
We didn’t want our dream day to end in this picturesque location.

I just wanted to say that I was so disappointed and quite honestly upset when I was told that the chef does not cater for vegans with afternoon tea. I wanted a special afternoon for my mother in law for celebrating her birthday as she was in hospital on the actual day.

We went tho Rushton Hall for my daughters 30th birthday. The ambience was very nice, lovely place, staff wonderful. Only one slight downer, my granddaughter is 9 years and sandwiches were unsuitable for her young palette, simple cheese n tomato fingers or ham n cucumber would have been great. Young man was really good though and bought her some warm scones and jam and cream. Overall very good.

We just had a stay over at this amazing place. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We had afternoon tea and the staff were so attentive. Dinner service was brilliant. My husband had dropped something on shirt and the waiter noticed from far and fetched a baby wipe. Totally above and beyond. Spa is always fantastic. We loved it that much we will be back very soon. Thanks so much.

Lovely old building. Food fantastic but being critical the crockery is a bit like a cafe and the TV that was fitted by the bath, whilst a great idea, didn’t work! Staff very attentive and good at their jobs.

What an amazing place, we went for afternoon tea and a stroll around the grounds and had a great time. Good food, good drink, great atmosphere and most of all the staff were fantastic with our 18 month old boy. We did worry a bit about taking him (he can be loud and messy) but he spent most of his time chasing, high fiving and laughing with all the staff. Thanks for a lovely afternoon!

We were treated by our friends to a night in this splendid place. The room was beautiful. Mostly very friendly and welcoming staff. We fluked the weather and felt like we were in the south of France, it was just amazing. We had the fine dining experience, which I thoroughly recommend. Breakfast in bed was well worth the extra fiver. Negatives? Manager needs to educate some of the staff on customer approach. Some youthful inexperience and a spa waitress who was far too pushy took the edge off the joy. I did giggle when chilled out, waiting for my massage in spa reception. One of the staff was typing at about a billion words a minute and the sound of her false nails clicking on the keyboard made me want to scream. Invest in a quieter keyboard or better nails lol. In summary, the place was amazing and nearly all the staff were too. For the best possible experience, make sure you visit with Theresa and Richard Meredith. Top tip!

Fabulous hotel with lovely afternoon tea. Stayed for a couple of nights as a birthday celebration, using the spa on one day with a massage, which was really relaxing. Staff were all really friendly with the exception of the one waiter in the Brasserie on the Saturday night, who could have done with finishing Charm School — perhaps we caught him on a bad day. There were not may staff around as there was a wedding on, so possibly he was feeling it. Everyone else was really friendly. Good breakfasts and the afternoon tea was great too — fabulous cakes Really nice room — with a huge bathroom — very special!

Lovely setting in a beautiful part of Northampton. The spa facilities are a pool, sauna steam and jacuzzi, nice to chill out. The great hall was a treat and the food was delicious!

My wife and I stayed at Rushton Hall for one night as a romantic getaway and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were all very helpful and polite, the room was grand and very clean, and the breakfast was great. The only minor problems would be that the water pressure was variable (lower than we'd hoped most of the time) and there was no DVD player with the T. V. Which was a shame. Some hotels that we have stayed in have had a DVD library that guests can borrow from for a small fee, which has been a nice touch.

A truly special place to spend some time. Very attentive staff working in a beautiful building and wonderful landscaped grounds. Individually decorated rooms immaculately presented. Well worth the extra money if you fancy a special treat.

The total cost excluding drinks and sandwiches was £220. Expensive! But this was a surprise for the wife. I wanted to make it special. There is also a 24hour bar and reception. The room was immaculate and the wife loved the free standing bath while watching the built in TV on the wall. We invited our friends along who got a last minute deal for £130. They ended up getting a free upgrade as their shower had stopped working. We would definitely go again in the future but the price points are very high. Highly recommended.

Spent one night here on a Saturday, had to park quite a distance away and wasn't able to drop cases by the door, it didn't help that it was raining. Meal was included from a small fixed menu and service could have been better although the food was fine. Amazing building and gardens. Quite possibly due you our one brief experience, I'm not sure we got the best value for money here compared with other similar places we have stayed at.

Spa facilities are small and compact. The massage treatment is excellent. Overall service is good. It is nice and intimate spa resort.

Worst place I've been to in a long time. Went for a birthday dinner for my partner stunk of lavatories no electrics why they were even open is another question. The new was terrible service was mediocre terrible experience. Route to the hotel to the managing director no reply couldn't care less wouldn't recommend it at all you better off to go to McDonald's?

Really great treatments for £65 each (good value) bare in mind there is only a sauna steam room and pool to use in the spa and no slippers included. Spa was slightly busy maybe as it was valentines weekend and at times there weren't any loungers available. Overall the grounds were lovely and the staff were helpful and happy.

Went there for specialised birthday party for my partner lunchtime. It's stank of Toilette drains no electrics never seen a place like it menu was boring food was lukewarm and appetizing staff or uninterested wouldn't recommend it complain to the management team three emails and letter no reply whatsoever couldn't care less basically Take Your Money and Run hopeless.

Had a what I can only describe as a very average tasting christmas lunch. The service was disappointing, several guests on my table were served incorrect meals and spent too long waiting for replacement meals. This is a shame as last year's Christmas lunch was very good.

Stayed for 2 nights in this lovely quiet hotel set in its own grounds. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent spa and fitness facilities. Excellent, top quality food. Lovely atmosphere — highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We had a pleasant stay. Staff attentive and polite. Unfortunately a water leak in the room above got us up early! Clothes got wet. Hopefully staff will be able to sort this promptly.

Most wonderful weekend away and end to my 50th birthday celebrations! What a beautiful, amazing place to stay and would definitely go back. The food was simply stunning and an experience of fine dining and the staff attentive and so helpful. Our State room was just beautiful and worth the money!

A beautiful hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous. The food was amazing. A very interesting history. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

Interesting history and great old manor. Beautiful trees in the grounds and lake. The great hall is impressive with large stone fireplace complete with heraldry, beautiful chandeliers, wooden labelling and walls with old portraits dating back to Elizabethan era.

Went for afternoon tea and the staff were very accommodating for all of our dietry needs. Service was good and staff were friendly too. The afternoon tea itself was delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

What an excellent experience. Superb staff, a wonderful room, and dinner that was just superb. The bat staff were incredible too, with a range of bartender special cocktails turning up that nobody had any idea what they contained — it was a late night! Negatives? Very few, and very, very minor. Highly recommended.

Lovely afternoon tea. Slightly annoyed that despite telling them twice about an egg allergy I was served egg. There was so much food it didn't really matter too much though.

Probably my all time favourite place for food quality, wine excellence and venue delight. Not cheao, not stupidly expensive — good value for money based on the quality of everything and the service. Simply exceptional.

Attended a wedding in the newly built Orangery room. Beautiful setting and great service. Bar prices were a little expensive as most hotels tend to be.

Came here for a wedding and this is truly a unique venue a real taste of a stately home. This was from what I could tell the home of the Thresham family and boasts of a 600 year history with each of the rooms boasting the name of one of its storied visitors. The room pictured is Lewis Thresham — which was very well equipt with rolltop bath and rainforest shower. Good spa facilities available all within a beautiful serting.

A beautiful location, stunning buildings and impeccably decorated rooms. We had the pleasure to see the standard room and the bridal suite and we'd have been more than happy to stay in either! Highly recommended and looking forward to sending my partner there for her spa days and afternoon tea's.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Lovely surroundings and we'll maintained gardens. Spar was clean and staff were very friendly. Will go again.

It is a nice place, but was disappointed that on arrival you wasn't shown where to go for the spa or told you had complimentary drinks in the 65 pound package. I had to go and ask reception. And on leaving they didn't ask if we enjoyed it. Nice food but too over priced. And should make sure they have enough tuna as we all had to change our filling at the last minute hours after we ordered it. Other than that I enjoyed it.

Excellent hotel and amazing food definitely worth paying that bit extra for nice weekend away in the countryside.

A gorgeous place — very well kept for such a huge, old building. Book in for dinner there too — food and service is absolutely incredible (better than some Michelin starred places I've eaten at! ).

Lovely hotel and restaurant. The food at dinner is very expensive at about £27 for a main but the service is impeccable. For cheap delicious food try the Thornhill arms. Or try one night at each! The rooms are beautiful but I found the bed a bit uncomfortable. The spa is nice and I particularly liked the outdoor hot tub in October! Would come again, but may skip dinner.

Service is awful, the food breaks your heart as it's so not good. The chef permanently has bad days. But the house itself is gob smackingly beautiful.
