Great room and food comfy bed staff friendly.

Comfortable room and bed. Fan in the room was a great extra. Sadly unable to eat here due to a flood in the kitchen. Friendly helpful receptionist.

Generally a good hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and clean rooms, and very comfortable beds. A couple of things could be improved on though…the first being that the bath tubs are very high and this makes it difficult to get in and out of the shower. I caught my foot getting out of the shower on the first night and had a bad fall which ended up in a huge bruise on my hip/thigh. From then on I was careful to hold onto the towel rail. I’m not disabled or elderly, and I imagine the shower would be extremely difficult for older people to use. The bathroom had no extractor fan and even though I kept the shower temperature as low as possible, every part of the room…including floors and walls were dripping wet after every shower, making it hard to get dry or find a dry place to put your clothes…however, this is a very common problem in hotel bathrooms as they don’t have windows so it is what it is :) The Wi-Fi was free, but quite slow and I needed to reconnect my phone every time it turned off, making it impossible to receive messages from my travelling companions in another room overnight, I kept having to reconnect every 15 minutes to check for new imessages as we did not have phone connection whilst in the UK. The duvet was extremely hot, even with the room heating turned off, so although the beds were very comfortable we were constantly throwing the duvet off to cool down. I can’t imagine what it would be like in the Summer.

A great place to come. When you're working away from home.

Normally we have no issues with Premier Inn Kettering. Unfortunately, on this occasion. Our room was ridiculously hot even though the thermostat was turned down and window was open. The main bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. Loud stamping and squeaking from upstairs room all night and early hours of the morning! No phone signal and hotel Wi-Fi not working either. Only supplied with one pillow and no spares in the room. 24/7 desk but no one present when we went down to ask for pillows.

Staff very helpful and room clean when we arrived. Can't fault them to be honest.

No phone signal and the Wi-Fi signal was unusable in my room. They people at the reception said it was fine where they are and that I could phone the Wi-Fi company if I wanted! As this was at 10pm on Sunday I declined their offer and decided to check out the next day. I travel for work and need connectivity.

Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly.

Would definitely stay again. The family room we had was lovely and clean and spacious. The reception staff were helpful and our waitress was fantastic. Breakfast was nicely cooked and plentiful and dinner was ok. My only gripe is being gluten free. There is a gluten free menu which is some of the main menu with elements removed for the same price. The addition of a gluten free bun for a burger for example is an easy option to provide these days. A little thought would make a massive difference. Other than that it’s a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Just returned to Devon from a great family celebration for my daughter's wedding on 17th August. The staff made the stay memorable with card, fizz & late check out for bridal party. Bar staff, manager went all out & had bridal breakfast for those less hungover! Fab stay & thank you all x.

Hotel rooms fine first night, but 2nd night Saturday very noisy from up above. Late on and again at 6am.
attached pub very slow service at bar with at times only one serving while others stood about chatting! slow at clearing table's too.

I would give the Inn and staff 5 stars rooms clean and comfortable staff friendly. The restaurant staff could be more committed to the job seem a bit lax in cleaning tables and counters hence the 4 star rating.

What can we say!, staff are fabulous, and made our wedding day the best, decorated our bed and a lovely wedding card from the staff.

Clean and well equipped, with hair dryer, extra pillows, comfortable sofa and well appointed desk. The bed was clean and comfortable and the show was very good.

Comfortable premier inn with a good restaurant where you can get a good hot breakfast added to your booking.

The hotel is fine, pretty much the standard PRemier Inn. The attached pub style diner is awful, though. The tables weren’t cleared, & I was left sitting at a table with a half drunk pint on it throughout the meal. Had a pate & toast starter, and it was just that. Chunk of pâté, slice of toast, that was it. No garnish, nothing to make it look nice. Steak was gristle, chips grey, hard and ancient. No steak knife until I asked. Sticky glass for my beer. Awful.

Collected friends and went out for meal. Didn t stay overnight. Their room was cosy. Clean. Everything you needed at a good price. Friends said it was lovwly and quiet. They would stay their again.

Loved the buffet breakfast, turn up early as they close early — maybe consider extended breakfast hours to allow guests enough time to eat. Rooms were clean but extremely warm and stuffy indoors. Thermostat on the wall was only for wall heater which remained off the whole time. No air conditioning in the room which meant room temperature indoors remained at a constant 27°C whereas outside was 17°C — major health and safety risk. I asked for an additional fan and only given another desk fan, smaller one at that. With both fans on, the room remained a balmy and stuffy 26°C throughout. Seems like they use WI-FI signal jammers to make guests pay for their own WI-FI. Myy mobile network wasn't functional for the duration of the stay. Their WI-FI provider (paid and unpaid for) didn't even work properly till I complained to Virgin at the front desk. Was given a free voucher for an additional 24 hrs for the inconvenience. However, if you need to make use of your own phone or are expecting important phone calls during your stay then this place isn't for you. You might run the risk of remaining inaccessible for the duration of your stay should your mobile network not function indoors. I'm going to make an enquiry into signal jammers either by Virgin or Premier Inn — I hear this is actually illegal and the establishment could be prosecuted for it.

Good value. Great place for families too.

Went there for funeral wake. Very nicely situated next to the Crematorium. Great selection of food. Got me chips as I couldn't eat anything else. Had soya milk for tea.

Good hotel quiet location. Bed and bathroom OK. Clean price performance good. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet in the annexe with plenty of choice. Free parking available.

Good food and reasonably priced. Staff pleasent and helpful.

Very peaceful and quiet, despite being next to a busy road. Triple glazed windows work really well. Best TV so far with loads of working channels.

Excellent service. 4 adults 3 children. We were all served our meals together. Food was good and hot. Staff made sure we had everything that we needed with extra butter ect for the children. All in all a very good place to eat with excellent prices.

Clean and what you expect from a premier inn. The shower was very weak and so a pain when my wife washed her hair. Bed is very soft if that’s your thing. Restaurant next door was nice and good food. My one request is plug sockets on both sides of the double bed and if you advertise twin rooms, make them twin beds and not a sofa bed!

Very easy location with convenient parking. Had a breakfast service with staff being very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

I’ve just stayed here on business for a week staying Sunday till Thursday. Rooms. Clean comfi and everything you’d expect. Restaurant. Food good with a good selection Staff. Where very helpful. I had a great experience with the staff at breakfast, not really great with names but they where excellent, friendly and nothing was a too much of a problem for them. Thank you very much for this.

One of the best premier inns we have been to, the lady behind reception was lovely and welcoming. Couldn't fault the room either, was cleaned really well and overall had a lovely stay. The resturant attached also does a really good breakfast, either a full English or continental, definitely worth the money.

Welcoming staff and overall clean hotel. The room was up to expectations and was very comfy. The TV worked fine too. The bathroom was exceptionally clean too.

Location is close to town AND the motorway, it has a Brewer's Fayre restaurant next door which isn't especially classy, nor is it cheap, but I guess it is handy. I didn't stay at this hotel, I was visiting people who were on a work do, but it's exactly like all Premier Inns with small, minimal but adequate rooms and facilities, plenty of parking, and it's decently priced. And this one was fairly clean and in decent condition (which isn't ALWAYS the case).

Service was very quick as only had dessert and drink. My friend had booked a table but when we got there they could not find the booking. It was sorted eventually but this did cause a delay.

Clean cosy rooms! Lovely friendly staff very helpful, restaurant just next to it. Does great big unlimited breakfasts and buffets plus mains in the evenings. Great location for both.

Nice comfy beds; Wi-Fi wasn't great but it's free after all. Food was awful at Brewers Fayre. Rooms were great and beds as said were lovely. Fan, plenty of lamps, nice mirrors only water in bathroom tap wasn't hot at all. Nice big window and greenery around. Breakfast was ok but really to much to choose from… overall 8/10 …

We just popped in here for breakfast on the way to a festival. Breakfast and the festival were both great. Lots of choice añd eat as much as you like, buffet style.

Hotel very clean and good staff. The pub next door for tea and breakfast was quite poor didn't enjoy it one bit.

So far so good. Today was curry and there was a good selection of curries to sample. I sampled 3 and I'm happy to report they were all excellent. The decor in our room is in good condition the bed extremely comfortable the bathroom immaculately clean. The staff have been very very helpful I would thoroughly recommend this establishment.

Comfy, clean room. Restaurant is somewhat dated and it is very close to the A14 but soundproofing is good.

Stayed two nights. Service was friendly and rooms were very clean. An addition of a fridge would have been good. Overall would use again and recommend to others.

Great stay, friendly staff and nice easy location. Very noisy from a group of kids on our last night here, so hotel refunded money for our breakfasts. Very good.

Very comfy and quiet room, The building is just a bit away from the road, so you get little in the way of noise. Otherwise, expect the same standard from Premier Inns as usual. There is a good pub next door and got treated to a good meal there in the evening.

Superb nights sleep, very quiet. Good at brewers fayre, a little disappointing.

The staff were friendly and helpful however it took 40mins for our food to arrive (we had a wrap and a burritto). The restaurant wasnt busy and neither was the bar. The food was nice but not very hot!

The hotel was nice and clean but if you're looking for somewhere to eat look elsewhere, understaffed and the meals are like children's portions.

This has got to be the best room I've ever stayed in at a Premier hotel, had a fantastic nights sleep, although the Hotel in next to a busy roundabout you could not hear the traffic, I think this must be due to new style windows which had a very large gap between the glass. Thanks again.

I'm normally a fan of the Premier Inn but this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I've always experienced great service, reliable quality and spacious rooms with Premier Inn hotels but this one failed on all fronts. Food was terrible and so was the restaurant/breakfast service. Our family room ended up being the usual double room with a mattress on the floor and was pretty claustrophobic. Avoid if you can.

Always good standard where ever you go. :-).
