Staff lovely. Bed great, sheets lovely, room good size. BUT walls are very thin. Next door put TV on at 6.30am and I could hear every word. Then the cleaners were banging the room doors shut every few minutes from 7am. Why do they start that early on a Sunday morning.

Clean and tidy. Pleasant staff. Nice breakfast. Good value for money.

Stayed one night during Crick boat show. Exvellent service, good evening meal and decent breakfast. Will visit again.

Been staying there bout 5 month. 4 nights a week. Great staff, great rooms, great food.

Nice hotel approx 10 minutes from the M1 motorway. Plenty of parking which is free. A nice bar and lounge area and the bedroom was clean and tidy.

Typical Holiday Inn experience. Staff friendly, rooms nicely decorated and clean and a reasonable meal from the bar. The gym is very under equipped with two running machines, a rower and four pairs of dumbbells up to 15kg.

Rooms were clean tidy and comfortable took long time to check in/check out when went to van in the morning had been broken into along with another van at the same time when reported it to front desk said that the cameras don't work at night and not to get hopes up to catch the person will never stay in hoilday inn again for this reason can't even ensure that your van is safe with the camera system they have.

Fresh new look. Comfy beds, good shower. Long wait for a Burger — 1 hour. Grumpy service. Ask for a room at the back the road can get noisy. Much better appointed hotel than it used to be but food and service have slipped a lot.

Clean, friendly and brilliant service. Made to feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Sky the only thing that let this hotel down was the lack of staff but the ones who where there were where some of the best I have come across so accommodating and kind, and the room was one of the best I've ever been in really do recommend!

Stayed her for a work a few times. Ample free parking, mini gym available, refurbished rooms are comfortable and spacious. Quiet hotel mainly used for business as its just off the M1. Food menu is standard for holiday inn but all in all fairly decent.

Major facelift since I last stayed overnight here. Much more vibrant public areas but still with quiet corners. Room was much more appealing than previously. However, bathroom still piteously small… not much can be done about the building structure though, so still good marks for making the best of what they have.

Bola went the extra Mile to sort a food situation. I requested food at reception and was told the chefs are between shifts, (Bold overheard the conversation) and he told the chef who was about to leave to look after the costumer. If there was more people like Bola in the UK hospitality sector, the UK's reputation would be in a better place. Respect Due.

Hotel has been renovated. However, the coffee is not so good.

Stayed here for 2 nights this weekend and the rooms were great and very modern, the breakfast was great… staff on the bar was very friendly and a special mention to les who did our breakfast was very friendly and helpful… he really made our stay pleasant … thank you from the boots.

What is the point is spending a fortune refitting this unit when you still can't serve breakfast adequately? Front doors stay open leaving cold air blowing into dining area. Penny wise, pound foolish. Cannot recommend.

No free Wi-Fi or sausage with breakfast but other than this. Comfy beds, quiet area. One thing worth knowing is they're no close shops or restaurants they do have food in the hotel but is very expensive.

Great room, breakfast was included and had a wide variety of options. The design and aesthetics of the interior were very good and the staff were incredibly helpful. Didn't get five stars as I have a family of five and was only able to get a room with two double beds for all of us. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely recommend.

Nice, spacious rooms with modern bathrooms. Good, friendly service. Food is not great, and there are not many options.

Lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable and newly decorated. The breakfast was fab — great choices for all tastes — but the coffee served with this was undrinkable. The hotel would benefit from a coffee machine for guests to self serve at breakfast (like the holiday Inn express offer).

Surprisingly better than I excepted. Clean rooms. Updated furniture. The lobby looks contemporary. Great friendly staff. The meals may be hit and miss. I dislike the fact that the gym is upstairs above a room. Working out earlier in the morning is not allowed and I assume it's to not disturb the folks below. But the staff is Great. I believe I said that already.

Appalling breakfast, cold rooms and no action taken to fix heating. Disgraceful.

A basic accommodation hotel, the room was generally a little 'tired' otherwise all good, polite and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Terrible, poorly designed twin single room lamp shade above your head. Kept banging head on light shade every morning. Food was disgusting all my colleagues agreed, stayed for the week on a college course via work and we had to eat out every night as the food was not edible, when we complained the staff were ignorant and rude and did not care, rooms were damp, bed sheets washed in sort of sticky substance.

Enjoyed the stay had a great weekend. It's a half a block from the M1 Junction 16. The service provided there were excellent. All the staff were Friendly and helpful. Rooms were simple with comfortable beds and Bathrooms. They are one the best hotels in Northampton.

Stayed Holiday Inn Northampton west one night for business in Northampton. That being said the staffs were very welcoming and friendly. The food was also of acceptable standard. The garden patio is tree lined and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We stayed over Holiday Inn Northampton west for a wedding nearby and the package included the taxi return to the hotel. The staffs were extremely helpful with organizing taxi's etc. The breakfast was brilliant. The staffs deserve better facilities to work in!

Stayed here for 3 nights and this place is really what everyone says it is. Pleasant place with friendly staff. Location was very nice, near Rockingham Motor Speed way, 10 min. Walking distance from hotel. Value for money, everything you need in a hotel.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Northampton West for the one night on business; the room was as I requested a double in a quiet location with breakfast included in the fee. The room was very clean and the bed as always comfortable. The location for the M1 is perfect; the staffs are friendly and helpful. This is one of the best Hotels near Northampton.
