Very impressed best place I’ve stopped in sherringham.

Fantastic place to stay… almost like going home. Very friendly and welcoming staff, plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the stay and not to mention the wonderful selection of breakfast available. Rooms are immaculate. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you to all the team for another wonderful weekend.

Hotel is quirky and characterful with a theatre theme. Less than 5 mins walk from beach front and main shopping street. Parking on site is free. Breakfast has a really good selection of fresh fruit (mango, pineapple, berries etc) plus usual yoghurts and cereals. Variety of cooked breakfasts available — full English was pleasant enough. Staff were courteous and professional. The room we had was on the small side (Garrick) and only £20 less a night than other larger rooms. Water pressure and temperature control in the shower were very poor. Bathroom in need of updating in general. Fluffy towels and robes provided as well flapjacks and jelly babies which were a nice touch.

Our favourite place to stay in sheringham. Fabulous hosts and lovely staff team. Our room was very comfortable with little extras such as freshly made flapjacks and bathrobes add a touch of luxury. Plus the best breakfast anywhere. Hope to be back soon.

Having had many lovely holidays this surpassed them all for friendliness and quality of room. We would thoroughly recommend it, especially the breakfast. Excellent. Definitely will return.

Just home from a lovely weekend stay here. All the staff were friendly, polite and professional. We were made to feel thoroughly welcome and will definitely be back. The food was outstanding.

My husband and I spent two nights at the Brilliant Burlington Bertie’s. We loved it! It was our first anniversary and we were made to feel so welcome by Jan and the staff. Lovely comfortable rooms with everything you could need either in your room or available on request. Wonderful breakfast menu with an amazing fresh fruit buffet and several cooked options. Staff and hosts were so friendly and helpful… nothing seemed too much trouble.

Lovely place to stay. We booked The Garrick double room (one of their smaller ones) which was cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Slight hiccup with chilly shower on first morning but soon sorted out and followed by piping hot shower 2nd morning — bliss! Breakfasts delicious, fabulous spread of fresh fruits & granola to tempt you (thank you for accommodating a lacto-free milk request too). Staff very welcoming and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Makes for a real 'home from home' place to stay. Definitely hope to return later in the year! Thank you Jan and the Crew!

A proper jewel… Jan and Richards hospitality is truly excellent and each room is designed and decorated with thought and humour. Absolutely love staying here and will again next year.
