Great accommodation for a large group. Plenty of room, clean and lots to do in surrounding areas. Thankyou for making our visit so wonderful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a fabulous house! Perfect house with beautiful decor and a real home from home! All the rooms were super with en-suites and we loved our stay so much we want to come back again in the future! Delicious cake left for us too on arrival!

A perfect home from home with so much space and all the home comforts you want and need. Rooms all have great en-suites and the beds are so comfortable! Great location, great service — our 3rd stay for 2020 should be booked soon :)

Just got back from our stay here and highly recommend for large groups. Has everything you need to have a great stay. Luxurious bedding, games, two large seating areas and one large table for you all to sit around. Well equipped kitchen which is rare believe me.
Annexe is a great addition. Everything was so clean and fresh. Beach 2min walk away, central village 5min walk and Tesco Express with cash point just 30secs :)
Great place and Victoria was lovely and the added cake was delicious and well appreciated.

I stayed in the Garden Room for 2 weeks and loved it! Beautiful little cottage, extremely well kitted out and Victoria couldn’t have been more helpful. Fabulous place to stay and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend it!

This is probably the most perfect place for a group of 14 to stay along the North Norfolk coast. 10 min walk in to Mundseley 5 min walk to the beach Tesco Express across the road All en-suite rooms Plenty of seating for evening relaxing Very comfortable throughout Beautifully decorated Excellent service from Victoria It's highly likely we'll be back.

Fantastic house for a family get together. All en-suite rooms which was perfect for our kids.
Close to the beach, great spot. Even a Tescos express over the road.

We had a lovely time in the garden room which had its own conservatory and garden. As we had beautiful weather I very much enjoyed sitting in the garden reading the papers and we had a gorgeous walk along the cliff tops to Cromer. Spacious and pretty bedroom with plenty of storage space to hang clothes, a kitchen with everything you would need and great shower. Extremely comfortable with a substantial breakfast, I would thoroughly recommend it. Thanks Victoria.

We stayed in the lovely garden room with it's own little the conservatory. The breakfasts were delicious and filling.

Really nice place to stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable and very friendly. The room was very comfortable, the shower room was nice and everything has a feeling of quality. The breakfast is excellent! I can't fault it, we will stay here on our next visit to the area.

Lovely place to stay. The whole lodge was incredibly well presented and clean. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking meals. Close to local amenities. Would stay again.
