The room was fantastic, the food delicious and the staff were amazing.

Food excellent staff welcoming drinks they keep a good beer cellar for real ale drinkers and customers very easy to get a long with very friendly pub.

Today we went for Christmas Day lunch. The food was lovely. The staff were a joy, happy, efficient and helpful. Well done Robin and team!

A nice friendly pub. Also tasted a good Norfolk cider, couldn't do more than taste as I was driving :D.

I shocked to see £1 taken from my change and put in a charity pot. Whilst it may be a good cause to do that without my permission is tantamount to theft.

Nice room with 'character, ' i. E. Wonky floors! Very friendly staff. Nice Adnam's beer and London Pride: also rough local cider. Good dinner, both quality and price. TV not working in my room but not missed. BUT… Let down by the breakfast. This was overcooked; burnt sausage, bacon like shoe leather and an egg with a solid yolk and rubbery white.

Large family room. Tired decor. Ancient bathroom suite. Four poster bed was held together with screws, brackets and positive thoughts! Friendly staff, great breakfasts, vegans and vegetarians well catered for.

Great hotel if a little date in the decor. Fantastic character with parts dating back to just after King Henry VIII. Staff are great and breakfast was good with a great choice. The bar had a good selection of real ales and local coders.

Just had a wonderful Sunday carvery everything was very good and staff very helpful and friendly.

Very accommodating staff. I seemed to be the only person there but they laid out everything for breakfast for me. Very nice room, decent sized with a nice bathroom. Pretty much everything you could want from a hotel and very convenient for my needs.

Lots of lady’s had there Christmas meal there last night and it was absolutely lovely, first time I’d been at the Swan Hotel for food and very nice to also the staff were very helpful and always smiling thank you to all at The Swan Hotel.

Delivering veg to hotel, staff pleasent, kitchen clean and lots of people having a good time.

Dog friendly pub. Tasty food at reasonable prices. Would deff go again.

I called to say I was going to be late checking in on arrival the door was unlocked I walked in no one was around tried calling 10 times and ring the bell in the hotel and no answer now sleeping in my car… I hope I get a refund as you didn't give me a room. I wonder what would happen if you had a problem clearly not a very safe hotel!

Good atmosphere great food well priced.

We went in there for lunch, whilst in Harleston. The food was delicious, people friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

A good base. The room we stayed in was full of character and very spacious.

Well kept beer less expensive than most. Good wholesome food. Old beams, real fire. Nothing is too much trouble. lovely 'pythonesque' landlord!

Only here for a breakfast but from what I've seen it looks good to me. Food was ample, good service. Can't comment on the rooms as haven't stayed here but will come back for an evening out at some point.
