Fabulous. From the call the day before asking if we would need any assistance to the minute we left, the reception staff were brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help. Evenings in the bar had entertainment with Martin. He is excellent at this job, doing quizzes and games for all. The club is situated just outside the town, about 20 min walk. You can go on the cliff top walk, along the beach or just by the road. Well equipped with everything you need. I was very impressed with the standard of the property. The pool was lovely, and very welcome in the summer heat. There are steps and quite steep inclines around the estate so possibly not suitable if you struggle with mobility. We will definitely return.

I had a blast! My stay at Cromer Country Club was just what I needed — relaxing and low-key, yet with enough activities to keep me entertain. The clifftop walks to Overstrand and Cromer were beautiful and a great way to get a bit of exercise. The staff were outstanding. If I had a question, they did their best to assist. My 1-bedroom superior was large and comfy, exactly as I expected. No qualms from me — I'll be back!

Clean and tidy. Great pool and gym. Lots of parking and walking distance to town and beach.

Great location next to the seaside. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa which was quite roomy and had 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, making it a good choice for families with 3 kids. Small but functional kitchen. Generally clean. Downsides were parking not close to our villa (about 5mins walk up outdoor stairs) : and staff not overly friendly or helpful at reception.

Absolutely first class. We were amazed at the facilities provided. In a studio apartment we had a shower/toilet upstairs and also one downstairs. Fully equipped with every comfort. Staff helpful and pleasant. Would certainly stay there again and also recommend it without reservation. Thank you for a very pleasant visit. Please give us better weather next time.

This club is in a beautiful and fairly quiet part of the country, and is very close to the sea (there is a lighthouse just outside the grounds). The staff here are even more friendly than the norm for staff at other Diamond Resorts places that we know well. Now for the reason this is not 5 stars, there is one disabled unit (a studio apartment) on site and it's situated near the bottom of a steepish hill, wheelchair access to the bar & restaurant is via a ramp in the swimming pool section (entered through a fire exit). So this is a case of wheelchair possible — not wheelchair friendly.

Considering we paid a reduced rate, we couldn't be happier. The accommodation was exquisite for the price. And the location was good, great access to a costal walk. Wouldn't pay the full price of £200 a night for double room and sofa bed, even for the quality of the accommodation. On site restaurant/bar was good and reasonably priced.

Great location to walk into town, with nice views with it being beside the lighthouse. The apartment had everything we needed apart from Wifi, as that was going to cost a minimum of £5.95 per day extra. We could hear the upstairs guests, could even listen to their TV clearly. Most of their leisure facilities were closed from January to March for maintenance. There was no prior warning to guests, as only found out on check-in. Swimming pool was something we planned to use and was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation.

It was a lovely one bedroom apartment that we stayed in. All the amenities you need for a self catering stay. Even though we only stayed for 2 nights we ran out of spray soap/shower gel and toilet roll. For us, reusing towels wasn't an issue but it would be a bit ridiculous to have to pay for clean towels if you were staying longer. £5.95 for 24 hours Wi-Fi is pretty excessive too. It was a great place to stay and I don't mean to put it down but just be aware before you stay that there may be additional charges. A gym pass was an extra £7 per room and was valid for 24 hours which was a very good price. The pool and sauna facilities are currently closed until March. I think there were extra charges for extra coffee too if I remember correctly (I don't drink it myself). They have washing machine facilities which you can pay for at reception to get tokens and buy washing powder if needed. Staff were really helpful and highly professional. No breakfast available on weekdays.

Recommended this little place now to a lot of people. If its just a couple of days away or time to see a show at C romer this offers lovely little self-contained flat's, clean comfortable and everything you will need, plus bar and entertainment good… Enjoy.

Fantastic place, great facility's and comfortable apparments. Bar is very comfortable and has a great selection of drinks. Restaurant is upmarket very classy and the food is to die for but the price is very reasonable. Gym, swimming pool sana on site all very good and nice and clean and well kept. Plenty of parking and car parks are secure. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. In short it was a fantastic short brake, very enjoyable and we will defiantly be returning.

Great room with great amenities. We got the room for a really good price so not sure whether we would pay full price for a room though.

Friendly helpful staff and a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Have now stayed here 8 or 9 times, and will be back again soon.

Too expensive for what you get. I might also be the wrong demographic. But I feel that internet should be included, not that you need to pay and only get a certain number of devices that relates to the room you have not people in it.

The place to stay. Great accommodation and excellent food. The Staff are exceptional in Customer Service. In fact we`re going again next month for a week!

Good location especially if you like walking as this is a cliff top location. You have a restaurant and bar onsite as well as leisure facilities. If you cannot walk far you will need transport to get to all that Cromer offer's. The accommodation is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Stay here once a year with the family. Love it! Bit of a trek to get here but definitely my happy place!

Lovely rooms, nice play to stay. Charging for Wifi is a bit cheeky in this day and age. Plus check out is a bit unforgiving at 10am especially if you only checked in the day before at 4pm.

Lovely accommodation, very well furnished. Great comfy bed. Food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are nice enough albeit quite dated, unfortunately despite the location most rooms don't have any view except of other rooms. The added extras get quite frustrating by the end, with breakfast, use of the gym and even Wi-Fi and towels costing extra. Checkout is early at 10am, although of course you can get a later checkout… If you pay for the extra. We paid for the gym on our last day but then were told we could only use if in the first half of the day as we've checked out. Overall the place isn't bad but just not the quality you would expect at the price point.

We stayed for 2 nights. Such a lovely location. Quiet. Clean. Our apartment had everything we needed. The Amber Restaurant served the best Hunters Chicken I think I ever tasted. We must stay here again.

A beautiful setting with a lovely coastal path walk. Superb food and very good value too. Our apartment was better than expected. We will definitely be coming back here.

What a gem of a place. Right from the moment we got to reception the staff were happy, friendly and genuine. The apartment we stayed in was wonderful. Set on the side of the hill it was almost alpine and was very modern, clean, homely and the bed was really comfy. There's a gym and a salon and a swimming pool (with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna) which was well staffed and clean. I would say kids need to be over 3 to really appreciate the pool but that's not a problem. We only stayed for a night but we enjoyed it so much well be coming back for a longer stay next month.

Better than expected! the chalets are hideous 80@s design (as is the whole site) but quite comfortable and well equipped. Staff very friendly. Restaurant and bar MUCH better than expected and not too expensive — quite a surprise! I would recomend these. Spa also good but a shame we had to pay extra to use them.

Great for a family holiday as it is very near the beach. Lovely indoor swimming pool and the villas are very well kept. All the staff are very friendly!

Restaurant was very nice and good value for money. Only stayed for one night so no time to use facilities although we've already booked to come back for 2 nights in a couple of weeks. For £20 per night who can complain.

I Truly Love it here. Twice this year, both in the winter months and still I love it.

I have been going to comer for the last 13 yrs and must say this is the best place we have stayed, apartment was well equipped very clean Staff friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable better the mine at home I didn't what to leave. will we stay again most defiantly. thank you for making our weekend xx.

Great location near Cromer beach on the cliff tops. We come here every year. Food in the restaurant is good and the accommodation modern and spacious.

Very helpful staff, nice pool, fun nighttime activities in the bar/restersunt with entertainment. Nice stroll to Cromer via lighthouse.
