Had a nice family meal. Didn't book a table. But got a good welcome.

Nice enough hotel pillows are just a bit soft and staff ain't the greatest. I had things go missing from my room then had manager bear face lie and deny a certain member of staff even existed. My suggestion is find some where else to stay.

Lovely friendly staff, helped us upstairs with suitcases. Rooms clean, but quite small. The bed was so so comfy! as all Premier beds. Pub next door to hotel really nice, although a bit pricey for food.

Situated in the village of Greasby on the Wirral Peninsula. Whether you're here for work or pleasure, you'll wake up refreshed and raring to go after a night in one of the super comfy bedrooms, the room also had a 40" flat screen. Another plus side of this hotel is that is there are three nearby golf courses. And and its only a 15 min to Liverpool's buzzing city centre for shopping or a night out.

What's the non thinking ridiculous policy behind Premier not putting shaving points in the bathrooms. Unbelievable.

The staff are very welcoming friendly warm an make you feel welcome. The hotel it self is very clean an comfortable. This hotel — premier inn hotel Greasby Wirral has won the cleanist hotel award out of all the premier inn hotels in Wirral again for the 4-5 the time in a row year after year Greasby premier inn keeps receiving this award for being the cleanist hotel. That's an exceptional achevment to be awared this year after year! Next door is a newly refurbished pub/restaurant which guests report to staff as being fantastic atmosphere aswell as food being fantastic too an great value for money! As the prices are very reasonable! All around the premier inn hotel Greasby Wirral is 10 out of 10! You won't be disappointed at all it's a must.

I stayed here for two weeks for work and the staff are really friendly and rooms are amazing. Well worth the staying here. The staff in The goodmans restaurant next are very friendly and the food is amazing.

Lovely meal at the newly refurbished 12th Man now ' Goodwins'. Fresh new look, new menu, food tasty and well presented. Very attentive staff.

Easy access to Liverpool or the motorway. Free parking is available. Free Wi-Fi access is available for email and not much more. Room was clean, tidy with a decent shower. Although temporary, the restaurant is closed for a refurb, so you may need to go elsewhere for breakfast or dinner.

Really comfortable beds and lean rooms. Really helpful and kind staff who went out of their way to support our family as we were there to attend the funeral of our brother who had died suddenly. Called us by name and gave an incredible personal service. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely room with everything I could need. Shower nice and powerful and hot enough. Very nice smart TV with USB slot so I didn't have to find a channel. Stable Internet. Very nice breakfast each morning.

The room was very nice and tidy and we thourghly enjoyed our stay. The mistress was comfy and a good nights sleep was had by all. The facilities are all quite modern and they have made it quite easy to connect aa HDMI cable or USB to the TV four enjoying your media.

Great Hotel, lovely and clean and presented well to very High standards, all staff are friendly, polite and very helpful with anything needed.

Beds excellent. Rooms clean. Choice of pillows. Staff friendly and polite. Overall excellent, points here are mainly nit-picking. Breakfast provided was good. — No black pudding, but you rarely see that in hotels of this price point any more. This is a damn shame. Wi-Fi was good, but after first 30 minutes did not feel it was competitively priced to buy more. (compared with using data on my mobile phone).

The rooms are clean but basic. Some are better than others. The disabled room can be dangerous, last year the bed needed replacing and the shower floor was uneven making it a hazard and to top it all the cleaning cart had been left just inside the door, ready for someone to walk into or trip over. The food in the restaurant/pub attached is hit and miss. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel can be noisy especially if your room is near the stairs. We stay here very year in order to visit the cemetery on the anniversary of my fathers death, it annoys me that Premier Inn always advertise a sale at the time of year we visit (January) yet discounts are never available at this particular hotel. It is beginning to look "tired".

Nice clean hotel, watch out for the meal deal with a limited menu (the steak and chips option very popular).
