We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Sunnyside. Fantastic hosts who made us feel very welcome. Excellent room and comfy bed. A good selection of a tasty breakfast. Look forward to staying again.

Highly recommend, Anthony and Larissa are lovely hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Very welcoming and friendly. Maid service spot on and gorgeous breakfast. Even had complimentary soft drinks and goodies in the fridge which was very nice 😊😉

Anthony and Larissa are so friendly approachable kind and nothing is to much trouble we have been coming Sunnyside for about 5 years wouldn't go any where else we would recommend this B&B they go that extra mile and the breakfast is fantastic.

Very impressed with the service, Anthony and larissa are stars, ensuring all guests are happy, lovely rooms, great food and a large choice of breakfast, very clean, near all amenities but not to close for any noise, can't wait to go back, see you soon guys

Had an amazing time at Southport air show, stayed at sunnyside for the whole weekend. Great hosts, looked after completely! Cupcakes and coffees on arrival, amazing breakfast every morning! Rooms superb, very clean! Great location! Highly recommend and will definitely be back next year! Thank you to you both, Andy Natalie and girls xxx.

This is the hotel we stayed in while we was away for a few days and it was very welcoming and the couple was lovely who ran it.

Went for weekend stayed in room 2 very clean comfortable bed serviced everyday. Fresh towels when needed all the comforts of home. Lovely couple in Anthony and Beverly. Looking forward to coming again. Everything in the room leave iron at home has one is available also ironing board. Shower cap soap nail kit and even sewing kit in case of mishaps highly recommend.

Anthony and Melissa are perfect hosts… beautiful modern clean room… nothing to much for them. So helpful and pleasant… its our second visit here… and the breakfast is to die for … beautiful… will be back again… Thank you guys.

We spent the weekend of the Southport Airshow at the Sunnyside and the owners could not do enough. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and the breakfast was top class. Because of the exceptional warm weather the owners very kindly kept us supplied with ice water and energy drinks. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Sunnyside.

Just returned from a weekend at this exceptional B&B and I'm already eager to visit again! The owners are absolutely lovely, they consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable & to accommodate us. We were greeted with delicious home made cupcakes and tea/coffees and we're kindly offered assistance with our luggage. The rooms were beautifully decorated with modern, clean, comfortable furnishings — It's not often you find a B&B that gives you a 5* feel but this place does! Lovely diverse breakfast menu with vegetarian options too! Everything was cooked to perfection! The location is also amazing, everything in Southport is within walking distance and you can easily get to Liverpool by train (cheap too! ) there's also onsite parking should you need it! This B&B is amazing value for money, if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Southport I'd look no further. Hands down the only place I would stay in Southport now!

Had a wonderful stay, lovely host's very welcoming, the breakfast was superb one of the best I we have had, the room was lovely and clean was welcomed with drinks and a cake which we thought was a very nice thing. Will be staying again without hesitation, thank you for a lovely stay.

Sunnyside Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard and are well equipped. Full size kettle and full size mugs for example! There is a full range of breakfast choices available. The full English is excellent, high quality ingredients cooked to perfection! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We stayed here two years ago, for this latest visit to Southpot, Sunnyside was the first and only hotel we looked at, we will definitely visit again.

It was amazing. We came after a failed trip to another hotel, and, despite no reservations, we were treated exceptionally well. They gave us free cupcakes and were incredibly kind after one of their guests insulted someone there. All in all, the best b+b I've ever had the pleasure of visiting.

Fabulous stay at the Sunnyside B&B Host could not be anymore helpfull. Rooms are outstanding. Definitely going to go back for another stay.

A very pleasant stay, staff very friendly, we had tea and cake on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely very tastefully decorated beds very comfy and breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Just arrived at sunnyside what lovely people offered a nice cup of coffee on arrival and water for our room which is very nice. Location excellent we were made very welcome so nice 5 out of 5 from us.

Highly recommend sunnyside lovely rooms got greeted with coffee and home made cup cakes. Breakfast is plentiful just on the whole really lovely B n B plus central for everything.

We decided to stay at Sunnyside after reading such great reviews. The sunnyside lived up to every review! Lovely welcome! Even though we arrived early to book in. We had a lovely welcome and great coffee! The room was lovely spotlessly clean and done out lovely. The breakfast was the best! I don't think anything would be too much trouble for the lovely couple. We were even offered water for our journey home! Will definitely stay here again! Lovely relaxing break away.

On arrival we were welcomed by fresh cupcakes and coffee and our bags carried to our room. The room was very clean and tidy and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast was Fantastic and they couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was well situated for local amenities and near the sea front. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Can't wait to go back.

We had a one night stay in this guest house which is located close to the town centre and the seafront. Our room was furnished to a very high standard, the breakfast was brilliant, and the owners could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for two nights for daughter's birthday treat. We were welcomed with a drink and a scone which was really nice. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Beds were comfy too. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was really good and Anthony even bought in gluten free sausages and bread for us which was really appreciated. Also they bought my daughter a gluten free birthday cake and brought it to our room! Overall we had a fab stay, will definitely recommend and will be back!

Good value in a central location, nice enough rooms, very clean, excellent breakfast and they couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. Forget your Travelodge, etc. And go local. Wouldn't hesitate in staying again if we're back in the area.

Lovely little bed&break fast, easy to find. 5-10 minutes walk from train station, beach, shops retail park. The rooms are lovely, lovely decor, nice finshing touch's I stayed in no5 and shower was one best showers I ever used. Anthony the owner is really warm friendly nothing to much trubble for him… break fast is yummy! Shame we have go home today, but we looking come back in august :-)

Just come home after 2 days at this brilliant B & B. Anthony & Rebecca really look after you — food and room great in fact booked another two stays later on.

Very attentive hosts nothing too much trouble will definitely return excellent standard of cleanliness and service brilliant value for money with a good location.
