The Old Dairy We were welcomed by a lovely lady Michelle she was friendly and told us lots of useful information we were shown to our room which was immaculately clean with an en suite. The location was handy on a bus route into Liverpool and the train station a 15 minute walk. We were treated to a weekend complimentary breakfast as it was Grand National wèekend which was superb all in all a very pleasant stay at The Old Dairy.

Hi stated in the old dairy 24th to 26 Nov for a martial arts competition near by just like to say the guest house is so clean comftable and warm the couple that own it are so friendly nothing is isn’t any bother always acomadating wide spread of breakfast wen I’ll be comming to Liverpool I’ll always book the B. B. In future xxxx thanks for every thing Michelle and david for a lovely stay xxxx.

Taken about 5 weeks to find a place to post a review but here goes — cannot fault this place — 6 lads up to celebrate a 60th birthday. Michelle and David made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived — recommended taxi company to get to city centre and a couple of places we could get a full breakfast. Rooms were clean, spacious and had comfortable beds and tea and coffee. Parking on the road and the area feels like a safe residential area. Will definitely be going back — hopefully next year. Thank you Michelle and David can't find a place to give a star rating so gets 6 out of 5.

I couldn't ask for anything more from this place. I messed up the booking, they sorted everything out. Everything is clean and tidy, beds were comfy, breakfast was lovely. The owners are normal people who were very willing to help where help is needed. I've seen a few scathing reviews about The Old Dairy, on various sites. The bad reviews are total and utter bollocks as far as I am concerned, and I was very very happy with my stay here.

Can highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Liverpool but not wanting to be in the city centre. Warm Liverpudlian hospitality at its best and the rooms were lovely and comfortable too. First visit but definitely not the last. Thank you so much for our stay, nothing was too much trouble from our arriving to looking after our luggage on the last day. Bargain price allowed us to have 2 nights in Liverpool as opposed to one night in a travelodge and a free breakfast! Check out the web site for prices.

Staff were brilliant and very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We've been in this B&B for three nights, in June this year. There was nothing to say against it. A lot of good and fresh food for breakfast. Really tidy and clean rooms. Also a bit of extras like a good compilation of TV Channels and included water heater for tee in the rooms. There was also a smoking area outside of the house. Nothing disturbed us in the nights, such a quiet place to rest. Many fast food restaurants (like chinese, italian or indian) are just a few minutes away. We got this package for a good price and Michelle and David have been really good hosts.

Me, my partner and my little girl stayed hear for 3 nights and we couldn't fult the guest house at all, it was absolutely fantastic and the staff are so friendly and helpful couldn't fult them at all.

Not in the city center but really clean and quiet. The bus stop is very close to the hostel and the day pass is cheap too. Great price with good quality～.

At first glance you think were is this place as its down and located in a small street just down an ally way. The place is kept to a good standard and the food in the morning is good and filling. Staff were friendly and we slept well as the place was very quiet. The Wi-Fi was a little on and off but nothing to get bugged about. I would recommend it.

Michelle and David were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room, bathroom and kitchen/dining room were very nice and clean. The directions made it easy to get to and it was simple finding our way to the festival and the city centre. I will recommend it to others and come back next year.

GREAT VALUE! We liked everything about The Old Dairy — — the owners, the breakfast, the bathtub we scored, the security, and the cleanliness. Only problem was that the location was very far from the city centre; and about a ten minute walk to the closest bus stop. We would definitely reccommend The Old Dairy, especially to those who have their own vehicles.
