I’ve even sent private messages on social media, yet I’ve had no response!
My hen do was postponed last year due to Covid and rescheduled for this year, as I was REFUSED A REFUND (even though the country was in a nation wide lockdown)
So we didn’t want to loose out on thousands of pounds we had already paid so decided to reschedule for this year, yet I’ve had no update or anything and when I try contacting I’m getting no reply at all!
The stress from this company is ridiculous more so than my actual wedding!
I wouldn’t recommend any one making future bookings with this company!
After having to cancel my hen do 2 weeks before we were due to stay and losing our £1000 deposit we paid. I wanted to make sure everyone knows to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and what a massive scam this has all been. They couldn't be more helpful and quick to respond whilst getting you to book and pay your money, it becomes a very different story afterwards. They tell you everything you want to hear over the phone and tell you that loads of things are included, to then find out 3 weeks before my hen do that most things are not included and the total cost is much more than originally told. I have been fighting for the last 3 weeks for my call recording to be sent to me (they refuse), asked for a manager to ring me back and a full refund to be made. I have had agents lie to me, still refuse to send me my call recording from when I first booked and they now refuse to refund me my deposit. I am now having to go through court to claim everything back. Nobody ever expects their hen do to be more stressful than their wedding Lucky me STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
