I defo recommend a hotel, hotel based in the city centre which everything was close, staff very friendly, defo im going be back in the future! ❤️❤️

Stayed here for one night half board with my 3 kids 19/13/2 Breaking up the drive from Devon to Glasgow. Was welcomed brightly by Steff and her colleague. Food in the restaurant was superb — the boys up there serving in the evening were fantastic. Breakfast had plenty of choice and again welcoming and efficient staff. Bedroom was a large twin double and was huge and most importantly Spotless and comfortable. Would definitely return — nothing was too much trouble. Cheery, smart, well presented staff all round. Polite and helpful. Well recommended.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as it was convenient for myself within walking distance to my business meetings. Friendly, bubbly staff unlike other hotels I actually managed to get a decent nights sleep. Clean, tidy and spacious rooms free Wi-Fi which for myself is very adequate as I'm constantly responding to important business emails. Will definitely be back soon.

Very friendly staff and a great location right next to the train station. Room was well presented and comfy beds. Very quiet despite the location. Food was great too — they made a mistake which meant my order was delayed but they more than made up for it with the honesty and helpful manner. Would return without hesitation.

Well positioned hotel for visiting Liverpool. Staff are professional and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bar prices are a bit high but this is a hotel.

Stayed for two nights. Very good, spacious room with everything you would need for weekend stay. Booked breakfasts, good selection of cooked food, cereal, fruit and pastries. Lovely staff, friendly. Would stay here again. Located a few minutes from Lime Street Station and easy walking to World Museum.

This review is just informative. To get from St. John car park (parking structure) to hotel, the easiest way is to take the lift (elevator) down to the Ground level, then exit the mall and navigate your way to the front entrance of Holiday Inn. That will not work if the mall is closed. If you follow the instructions painted on the walls of the car park to access the hotel, you’ll be dragging your suitcase down several flights of stairs. Also, when flushing the toilet, it seems that the first flush isn’t enough. It’ll look like it’s working/flushing, but the contents actually doesn’t flush down, even after 5 attempts and waiting for the toilet to fill in between. You just have to wait a good 5 minutes after the first flush for the system to “reset” and the second flush will do it. Other than that, the customer service is great and the rooms are nice and comfortable. This hotel is in a prime location.

Stayed here for the second time at the weekend to get married at St. Georges Hall. Perfect location. Great rooms on the 9th floor. The staff at reception were great and so accommodating. Didn’t realise we were too early for check in till afterwards but they were great at trying to get all our rooms (four of them) on the same floor when they were so full. The breakfast staff were lovely. So friendly and helpful. They really helped to make our stay perfect!

Never been to Liverpool before so wanted a central base for sightseeing and shopping. Certainly not disappointed! Straight across the road from Lime street Station, so dropped off luggage until check in time. Double room was fab and soooo clean. Very good facilities and hotel very quiet. Two plugs available, so would recommend to take extension lead just in case. Staff were great, friendly and informative. Would recommend, and we are going back soon.

This hotel could not be in a better position. Just over the road from Lime Street station. You are only a 10 minute walk from all that Liverpool has to offer. The hotel is very nice and the staff are great. Try to get a high room as this gives great views of the city. The rooms are a cut above with the best bed I have slept in. Yes even better than my own bed (must get a new one).

Hotel is in great location, and just in the middle of the city center. I easy access to all touristic places and many shopping malls. Room well equipped, clean, good quality. Team very friendly with smile on the face all the time. This hotel is very good choise for any occasion. Wi-Fi is stable and fast.

This hotel is in front of Liverpool Lime Station. The location is perfect: there are a lot of restaurants and store surrounding him. You can go to many places by walking or it´s easy to get a bus to distance places. The bedroom is very clean and confortable ans we had good nights of sleep. The staff was very polite with us and we recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant two night stay. All staff very helpful, welcoming and polite. We especially " warmed "to Jesica. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Comfy bed. BUT how in thi's day and age can you only offer 1 double plug in the entire bedroom, with non anywhere near the bed!

Parking is a bit difficult. You actually park in a car park that's owned by a shopping center. Unless in an idiot there is no easy way to walk back and forth to your car, make sure you unload at check-in. We were told by other drivers we were in the way, so unfortunately didn't unload there.

The service offered was very good — a particular mention to the lady manning the entrance to breakfast on the 31/07/2017… what a lovely welcome in the morning… the facilities are very good and plenty of available toiletries… Only let down by the room location. Opposite the lift and was kept awake from about 5.45 with people talking directly outside my room and the sound of the lift, very frustrating! The room needs extra sound proofing or even signage and a reminder to guests upon chexk in. I was up 2 hours before I had planned to be so was quite disappointed.

I was given a fabulous room, 2 double beds for just me! Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, and a lovely view. There was a pretty good choice at breakfast. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Great location. Excellent value for money.

Came to Liverpool for a ladies weekend we had such a brilliant time. Stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel in the city center ideal spot as we were in walking distance to most places. The hotel is the best ever and was looked after very well. The hotel rooms were very nice and the beds were so comfy. And finally just want to thank all the staff for their hospitality.

Went for lunch, food was fine, the bad thing was, we spotted a mouse, and told the staff and they just shrugged, 3 of them. They were not surprised by this, and was a normal occuranxe…

We came up to Liverpool for a family party and i`d booked Holiday Inn back in March as I am familiar with Liverpool so when we came up by train we just walked over the road and checked in! Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was totally adequate for our needs with very comfortable beds and tea and coffee for morning! Bathroom was all clean and modern and although we paid extra for breakfast it was worth it as a full English all in for £9.00 each was worth every penny. Will definitely stay again.

Great location and lovely rooms, fantastic rate on parking and our favourite hotel in Liverpool. Just not great to eat here in the evening, the restaurant was closed last time we stayed and we didn't fancy eating in the bar.

The reception staff at this HI were very warm and friendly throughout my overnight stay. When I needed directions and train timetables they gave me everything I needed. The next day, when I got home, I realised that I had left my I-Pod in the room so I called to see if it had been handed in. The Housekeeping staff had found it, handed it in and I then got it returned via post at no charge. That's a great bit of customer service right there. Rooms were very nice and clean and the price was right.
