The beds are awful very uncomfortable and the room was dirty.

All I can smell is cannabis. Reported they have said they would deal with it…
didn't so I asked again they said it was cigarette smoke which it clearly wasn't. O my when I said I would take it further that they said they had warned the people smoking honestly if you pay money for something you expect a service!

Had a bite to eat… Pizzas were poor, had better frozen from Iceland. Dirty burger was just about palatable with frozen chips. The Hunter chicken was like "Frig all squared in a blizzard" the peas couldnt possibly be real, the chips were again bleek.

Nice hotel ok room… disgusting meal £13 for fish & chips which was basically 2 big fishfingers which were dry chewy & over cooked, under cooked chips & cold dried up peas best thing about the meal was the tartare sauce… breakfast was ok but 100% improvement from our evening meal.

Ideal hotel if your visiting Liverpool ideally situated and not to expensive plus you get a breakfast thrown in. Parking is a bit expensive and the spaces are very tight.

Loverly hotel with good access to the docks and central Liverpool. Nice long breakfast buffet service so no stress in having to get up early to eat. Room has all you need, very comfy bed, free Wi-Fi and blackout blinds! And quiet at night. Shall deffinately use the hotel again.

Had a fantastic stay. Rooms large and so relaxing. Smart TV and kettle. Shower was very spacious and powerful. The breakfast wow factor. Will definitely be back. Right across road from wheel and Albert dock. Only 10 minute walk to shopping centre. If you want a hotel that is very convenient comfortable and with friendly staff this is the one. Very happy lady. From all the hotels we've stayed in, this would not be top of our list. On check in we were told we were paying £39.50 on departure for the car parking. We paid £340 for 3 nights and found this expensive never mind the car parking on top of that. The car parking payment should really be told to customers beforehand.
Location of hotel was greatly situated.
The room was okay. We stayed in a family room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed dipped in the middle when you lay on it. Although it was for my 4 year old, was good for him, but not for me when lying beside him to read him a story. Also at the side of the sofa bed there was a metal attachment which really should be covered when young children are sleeping in the bed. I covered it with the bedding sheet so he wouldn't hurt himself on it.
Breakfast was okay, nothing outstanding.
Staff are friendly enough. One of the members of staff, which I think he was a duty manager on Friday 28th September, was extremely helpful. I had to print off a ticket for The Beatles Story and couldnt do so with it being on my phone. He very kindly printed it for me. Thank you again!
All in all, friendly staff, but definitely not worth the money. Unsure if I would stay again.

Nice hotel, well priced and easy to get to Albert Docks. The shops are not far away either. Underground car parking. Breakfast is okay — but unless it is included, you can probably find better options in the city centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Got a discount on a last minute deal so price was reasonable given the central location. Walking distance from the Albert Dock and city centre the location is excellent. Room was clean and decorated to a good standard. The breakfast was included and was standard hotel buffet help yourself style with lots of choice from fruit and cereal to bacon and sausages. The kids loved making their own waffles. The coffee was mediocre at best but that's to be expected from a hotel, certainly decent for a morning. Staff were visible and friendly enough without being intrusive. The lady taking care of the busy breakfast time was excellent. Great service skills, friendly and helpful. Parking is secure but you have to pay extra. Overall, very happy with stay and will use again next time in in the area, would recommend.

Nice hotel, nice service. We stayed for one night in the hotel. Nice and modern building, the staff were attentive and helpful. The room was superb, with shower. The only but that I have to put is that the ground floor is small, reception and bar are next to each other, and the breakfast area, when it gets busy, you see people seating everywhere. Overall nice hotel and professional staff.

Modern and clean. Room was fine and got extra tea and coffee from reception easily. You need key to park, so park on loading at side so you do not get ticket when checking in. Breakfast was acceptable small dining area. Only bar food at night but went out in evenings. I was business traveller so room and meal allowance paid for. However hotel would not let me check in unless I gave my debit card details. Not happy with that! Excellent central location.

Very disappointed in this hotel. I booked the weekend for my parents who have checked in to be told that parking for guests is £13 per night, therefore an extra £26 for the weekend which hadn't been budgeted for. On getting to their room they discovered they are allowed one tea bag, one cup of coffee and one sugar each! Absolutely disgraceful given that it costs over £150 per night to stay. A cheap b&b offers better service than this hotel. We won't be booking again.

Well run hotel, in a great location, but the extremely bad and clumsy internet set up makes it pain and I would never come back. It made it impossible to conduct any work without great struggle. Otherwise nice, breakfast without much healthy choices, kinda outdated too. Little behind the times in everything as I see it. Nice staff. The potential is there, but the vision from the management not.

Nice rooms but they only have 2 high chairs so we had to wait for one to become available before we could eat.

Just stayed here over the Tall Ships regatta weekend. Good location for all attractions along the front and a short walk to liverpool one… great all you can eat breakfast and comfortable rooms and beds. Some staff could do with being a bit more cheerfull.

A cheaper alternative to the Hilton. Last time visited was in 2017. Hotel is relatively new (-10 years old). It is not in the most central position but it is still in good proximity to the attractions. Not sure about the parking situation but as it is not smack in the centre I cannot see this being an issue.

Very nice hotel and the pier is also not far away. Breakfast is good. One (or more) visit (s) is worthwhile.

The location was amazing, it was so close to Albert Dock so it was very nice looking out and seeing it. The food was good at ht he hotel but there was not enough seats to sit and eat your breakfast so you had to wait around to sit down. The prices for food and drink were pricey but that's not a problem because a 5 minute walk to Tesco extra so it was alright the staff are very friendly and do whatever you need to help with improve your stay.

Room nice, staff pleasant. The reason I'm giving it a 2 is because the food has been a complete and utter let down. We had dinner in the bar last night, curry. It came out fluorescent orange! Obviously a cheap ready meal. Bar prices expensive. Was very much looking forward to breakfast after the disastrous dinner. Only to find exactly the same thing. Cheap, nasty food. Bacon covered in fat, sausages might as well have been rubber. No hash browns — potatoes were offered. Ended up having toast. 2 slices of toast to set me up for a full days exhibiting at the exhibition centre. Not happy at all.

Great stay, family room was small but functional. Everywhere clean and tidy. Reminded me of staying in Europe in a modern well managed place. Would come again no hesitation and well recommend. Well done!

Perfect for the arena. Car park a bit tight, perhaps I should have a smaller car. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for the accommodation on offer. Very clean throughout. Breakfast OK. Plenty of choice to suit most tastes. Only twenty minutes walk from the centre. Ten minutes walk from Albert Dock.

Great stay. Lovely breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was not to my taste and I found it a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it was really nice and secure.

Liked it, convenient location across the Albert Docks, and easy walking distance to the city centre. Room was adequate for the price, if small, and with a great view. Breakfast, in contrast, was a little meagre, of the simple kind, baked beans and such, but totally no-frills. For us, location was more important, and so we did enjoy our stay.

If we were just a couple this place would have got a four. Family room was a normal room, the sofa bed was designed from ED209 with its bit of metal sticking out on all angles. It barely fit the room. The room it self and the bathroom were pretty contemporary and the view was ok. The room wasn't that quiet, yo h could hear the blinds being drawn in the other room! Biggest issue was "wheelchair accessible" rating. It's not really… tiny lift and doors very hard to manage with the chair. Breakfast and staff were more decent.

Nice room but breakfast is another story. The worst breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. We checked out after leaving it and went into the city for breakfast. Told the reception staff when we left and was told they’d pass my comment on. For the price we paid I’d of expected something far far better.
Won’t be staying again as not worth the price.

Nice and clean. Stylish rooms and communal areas. Excellent choice of breakfast options (which was complomentry). On site secured parking. All in all a great choice of hotel if you're visiting Liverpool city centre for any reason. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely stay here on Tuesday and Wednesday night lovely hotel very clean and lovely breakfast… great parking (at extra cost but on site so very useful) Really close to Albert docks and in walking distance to shops bars and restaurants and also walking distance to carved club… Great value was very impressed certainly would come back and recommend. Only negative is glass sliding door but won't put me off a return visit.

If you're a tourist like I was you'd appreciate the closeness to Albert Docks and other nearby tourist centres and, of course, Liverpool One — a major shopping centre, all of which are within a 10 — 20 minutes walking distance. Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. Rooms are clean and comfortably appointed; the sofa was particularly welcome and a nice touch that I have not met often in the hotel's I've been in. Spacious bathroom with modern fittings and good supply of linen. Carpet on corridors a bit worn out. Breakfast was adequate with a reasonable selection English fare, though a bit crowded at times due more to, I believe, the limited dinning spa than the number of guests. Service at the Front Desk was professional. Bar was stocked with a good selection of beers and snacks. I would visit again.

Great location near Albert docks. Very helpful Italian man gave us a map and showed us were everything was on it. Only downside the sofa bed was so uncomfortable but hey I was happy with everything else. Highly recommend this hotel.

Came here to watch the open. The hotel is excellently located near to the Albert Docks and a 10 minute walk into the heart if the city. The rooms are basic but modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place. Very convenient and right in the centre of everything. Parking space outside the door. Staff very friendly, kind and helpful. Make us all feel really welcome. Clean bathroom and always hot water in the shower. We would like to come back.

Nice hotel and just a short walk to centre with dock just across road. Rooms modern and comfortable and ours had great view over the water. You get a free breakfast but be prepared to queue for it and it's a struggle to find a seat at times. Don't let that put you off.

I spent almost 3 years at this Accoglientissimo hotel for business reasons. Very close to the centre of Liverpool but in the area that guarantees quietness and silence even on weekends. Friendlier and professional staff. Breakfast and Wii-fi included in the overnight stay.

Overall the hotel and rooms are nice if you're trying to stay in the area. If you're going for business it's better if you find another hotel in the area. The Wi-Fi is horribly slow to the point where I actually gave up attempting to work in the hotel bc I couldn't load or save documents.

Love hampton by hilton hotels. We was given a amazing view of the docks, and the liver building. Wait till its dark to see the view. They offer secure parking at a cost which is well worth it believe me.

We stayed in Hampton Hilton Liverpool 9th till 10th may what a lovely hotel, friendly staff always willing to help, immaculately clean, lovely breakfast, close to city centre over the road was Albert Dock, we would encourage anyone to stay there, hopefully we will be going back.

Stayed over Christmas and had no complaints. Room was clean and breakfast was plentiful. Friendly staff. 10 min walk to liverpoolONE and bus station. Baltic Fleet pub next door was a fantastic place for a few drinks after touring all day.

Modern clean and tidy. Breakfast was ideal and was happy my car was secured under the hotel. Took us 15 minutes to walk to central station in the city centre. Would stay here again in the future.

Unless I got a very good price I would not stay there again. A few nice things. + You could open the window. + Good location. + I got a good deal. + Great bar close to the hotel. The Baltic Fleet are among there better ones. Things I did not like. — Primitive breakfast : Scrambled eggs, bacon, beans and sausage. — No fried or boiled eggs — No mushrooms. — The space allocated for breakfast was very cramped. — The A/C did not work. — Very slow internet. — No bathtub. — WC did not have a proper door.

Excellent choice when staying in Liverpool. The hotel's close to shops and docks, it's clean and the staff makes you feel special. I had a reasonable room — not the best but comfortable with great view. Good variety of food and well cooked. Would return again.

Perfect location just across from the echo arena and Albert dock. Lovely rooms, exceptionally clean, bed linen and towels. Dining area quite small. Nice reception staff polite and helpful.
