Fantastic apartments very clean very comfortable 7 of us shared and we wasnt falling over each other very big! 24 hour reception staff very friendly & helpful defenatley recomend and use again.

Have been staying with work for the past year & stayed in different appartments Rooms are spacious and beds are really comfy. Staff are fantastic and nothing is a problem. Very central to all amenities. Great job.

Epic, I suppose it does what it says on the tin. I traveled from south London for business with this booked for my over night accommodation. Great central location, really helpful friendly staff, and when I entered the apartment I wasn't disappointed. Clean, ultra modern, new. Best words to describe this place. Unfortunately there wasn't any milk or those little pots of cream stuff to have a coffee, or tea with but I'll push that aside. Great facilities, the drench head shower was lovely, soft clean linen and a comfortable sleep. Would highly recommend and certainly use again next time this way. Good job guys!

Freshly bombed towns in Syria are in better condition than this dump! To anyone planning on staying here I would avoid it like the plague!

I am very disappointed in the fact I’m making a complaint about this hotel. But I would like to share my experience and let people know about the problems we had with this hotel, when we got our room we was not informed that the room had damages. So we was worried we will get charged for the damages. Later on that evening One of the security staff was extremely rude and very aggressive which we found was unprofessional. To top it off we got charged for items we never used, it’s a shame because the hotel is located in a good place but my experience for this hotel I would not recommend for anyone to stay with epic hotel, because there’s nothing epic about it fact! (I LOVE THIS GAME)

Stayed overnight for a quick visit to Liverpool. Apartment was nice and clean. Near to lots of restaurants and bars, which is both a blessing and a curse as it was relatively loud outside at night. 10 minute walk from Albert Docks.

Nice apartment modern. However there was only one shower room and for a group of 12 men very inconvenient. Also only 2 toilets. One other inconvenience was we was given one key.

This is a huge review so please stick with me. So we visited the apart hotel from the 7th — 9th of March (2018), we booked a 2 bed apartment as there were 4 adults and a young child. The room was fantastic, nice beds, plenty of space, nicely decorated, lots of homely touches, it was exactly what we wanted. Now for the downsides… the walls are paper thin, we could hear the room next door (10 people in there) party all night. We complained to reception which swiftly dealt with the noise. Unfortunately a hour or so later it started again. Security were sent to their room and they were given a final warning. Again a few hours later the noise started, that went on from 3am — 6am. As you can imagine we were NOT best pleased. It also turns out that all double bedroom apartments point towards one of Liverpool's biggest night clubs, and Wednesday is their student night. So from 12am — 4am we had people shouting outside and bass that shook the room. Not what anyone wants. The plus side from this, the reception staff were VERY proactive in resolving the issue with our room and as an apology they moved us to the penthouse (Which was fantastic). I can not fault the staff here in any way. They were friendly, polite and incredibly good at their jobs. It's just a shame that our first night was a waste. Just one suggestion, take a picture of the fridge when you move in to the room. They tried to bill us for 5 bottles of water that we did not drink.

Really friendly helpful staff. Not the easiest to find but well worth it. Great security. Clean rooms. The studios are a bit small for two but great for 1. Everything you could need. Lovely rain fall shower.

Fantastic location, rooms and staff, we'll be back!

Had a short stay shopping trip and this place really fitted the bill. Clean, spacious, tidy and close to everything you need. Docks is down the road to the left… 5min walk. Shops and main city centre to the right. Kids loved the apartment. You get your keys from seel street then walk usually a couple of streets to your apartment which is part of the chain. The walk was literally 5mins away from the HQ key collection. Thanks! Hope to be back again. Rich & family.

If you looking for fancy place to stay in city center, this is the spot. From,, E-pods,, for just stay over night, to same as hotel rooms to apartments with kitchen and finally apartments full of characters, from modern,, Phenthouse,, split on two levels to full of periodic futures,, Georgian,, all to fits you taste to have fabulous break in Liverpool. Sleeps from one to ten persons. And most importantly great bunch of ppl working here, professional, attentive just nice ppl make you feel welcomed.

We payed over over 600 pounds deposit and didn't get any of it back even though we only stayed 1 night & left maybe a small bit of rubbish in the apartment. Ie. Clothes packages & some cardboard. An absolute disgrace. The apartment was in perfect condition when we left. They charged us extra for being 5 minutes over checkout time too. They're a pack of thieves here.

Apartment was 10 out of 10 booked for 4 people ended up with a 3 bed apartment. So had to pay for another hotel for the extra person as they couldnt change the apartment. Staff very rude (but also very fit may I add) deffo worth the stay but check booking before arrival.

Room was amazing, staff were helpful and polite. My first visit to Liverpool was a very good one and I will be returning.

Very near to Liverpool Lime Street Station and Albert Dock. Good place to stay with a group of friends. Very clean and comfortable.

We went to Liverpool for a midweek getaway and stayed in the Seel Street building. The staff were very friendly upon arrival. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are a couple of night clubs / bars surrounding the building but even on the first floor it was quite well soundproofed. All in all, a pleasant stay and well worth the rates considering its location in the heart of Liverpool.

Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful. Needed a small screwdriver to change the battery in a toddler's toy and they were very helpful in getting us what we needed to get going (toddler activities can be a very important part of an overnight stay). Very well furnished apartments, reasonably well equipped kitchen for cooking meals and lovely bathrooms. Only issue we had was that the nearby nightclub was incredibly loud and the bass sounds traveled through the walls and kept some members of our group awake for much of the night. Nothing the hotel can do about it of course but something worth noting if you are planning a stay, the rooms in the building with the main reception might not be ideal for a good night's sleep! A pleasant stay despite this.

Friendly knowledgeable staff mod cons and very clean and comfortable ideal for quiet weekends or stag and hens. Surrounded by bars and restaurants 10 min walk from Albert docks highly recommend.

We stayed in a pod room for 2 nights, the location was great and so were the reception staff and the night porters but one thing what needs to be addressed is the damp in the room. When we got there the sheets and towels were slightly damp and the curtain net had black mould on the bottom. When we woke up the room had so much condensation on the mirror was totally frosted and the plug sockets had condensation on too. But for the price it was a great place to stay for a base, I would like to stay again once all the above is sorted then maybe I can give it a 5.
