Fabulous staff loving the health club clean tidy and well looked after.

We went on a girls weekend for my mother’s 50th birthday celebrations. We had a lovely time in the spa and all enjoyed our treatments. The layout was slightly confusing and no bar access so we couldn’t have the Prosecco in the spa on arrival we were told we would have unfortunately but we all had a nice coffee instead. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and comfortable nights sleep with a great view over the golf course. Would recommend for a relaxing night away with the girls.

We had a lovely overnight Spa break. Staff were amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. The meals in the restaurant were beautiful. Will definitely be back.

Terrible experience and still waiting for our complaint to be looked at. I don’t like writing bad reports. But as we are continuing to be ignored through our complaints I have no alternative! Room was disgusting. The dust in there was terrible! Never anyone available to complain too! No towels broken lights switches (health and safety) screws in bath broken soap holder! Broken doors stained carpets etc the list goes on! Taken money from us that was not owed their mistake took a week to get it back! But no compensation for is having 400 out of our account and having to stay in a room that was filth!

The staff, the surroundings, the food ❤️ I wasn’t looking forward to coming due to a couple of people who’d told me they didn’t like it but I have to say I couldn’t fault it, we’ve had a lovely time and we may be back!

Just back from a mini spa break with my daughter, lovely treatments and service in the spa. Facilities were perfect to create a relaxing atmosphere and the staff could not have done more for you. We used the driving range which was brilliant and despite us arriving just before closing the staff were very helpful and allowed my daughter time on the new high tech top ranger, she is now converted and will be returning to use this driving range in future. We had evening meal and breakfast included both of which were lovely and great service from the staff. We didn’t have room for desert but a few hours later my daughter fancied the cheese board, the staff happily brought this to the room in prompt timing. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious and had great views overlooking the golf course with a small patio area outside. We will be returning again soon.

Spa staff and treatments absolutely gorgeous. Hotel lounge and restaurant a complete and utter let down, what a shambles and what makes it worse, no one cares! waited around in foyer after raising my concerns with manager, no one came, took my details and was told someone would call, no one did, rang 3 days later to speak to customer services manager, put through to an answer machine! HORRIBLE EXPERUENCE. will now have to travel all the way back to speak to someone!

Fabulous welcoming staff which started with very accommodating reservation team. Tracy on the reception desk and her team are the best. I love her sense of humour. I want to take Tricia from breakfast home. This lady is amazing and really looked after us and made us feel so much at home. Zippoha gave me a lovely back massage and facial. A trip to formby was on my bucket list. A trip back here will stay on my list. Thank you.

My friend and I had a lovely overnight stay and spa treatment. Accommodation was spacious and clean, food was really good and all the staff were extremely pleasant. We would both recommend this resort and spa.

Came here with my sis in law mother in law and grandma for the spa, overnight stay and 3 course meal. Everything was lovely. The food was really good and the room amazing. We all enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment and will definitely be returning.

What a fabulous experience at the spa. We were greeted by the gorgeous Vicky who looked after our every need. The treatment rooms and thermal areas were very relaxing and wonderful treatments by Bev and Ali It may be our first visit but won’t be our last. Thankyou for making my mums birthday such a lovely day xx.

Had a lovely spa day combined with a relaxing facial earlier this week. Can highly recommend the facilities and the treatments were top notch. We finished our relaxing day with a Prosecco afternoon tea which was delicious.

We had our wedding here on Saturday (14thAugust). We had the most amazing day, as did our guests.

Horrendous weekend. We treated 20 of our staff to a golf and spa weekend. The service was shocking. We couldn’t get our drinks order to save our lives. When the drinks finally arrived, the waiting staff couldn’t say what each drink was. On checking out our bar bills we’re astronomical and we were charged without signing for anything. Never ever would we go back or recommend this place.

My sister and I took our mother for her 60th birthday for an overnight stay, spa treatment and full use of all facilities. I have to say we enjoyed every single minute, it was such a relaxing environment and the staff were amazing, so so helpful and friendly. I would like to say a huge, huge thank you to Lauren who waited on us at our evening meal, only a young girl, she is so friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she really is a credit to your staff, thank you Lauren! Thank you all for making us feel so welcome!

Avoid, absolutely shocking dining experience.
It would take far too long to list the catalogue of errors in our 90 min experience. Awful.
Even the manager wasn't prepared to discuss our experience. Ended up paying the bill, as didn't want to make a scene but wow what a waste of money. Unbelievable really. Never ever have I written a review but today was that bad I just wanted to make other potential guests aware. Happily have a round of golf but I'll be taking my own food and drink.

Rooms comfy and spacious and reception staff very welcoming but want to praise the two lovely ladies that looked after us all during my brother’s wedding today both worth their weight in gold u both helped us make the best memories we could with a covid wedding thank you from the bottom of my heart xx.

I attended today for the Halloween afternoon tea with my two children. The food was lovely and fresh and the staff were great with us. Very covid safe environment and nothing was too much trouble. My 9yo son wanted to tell someone in charge that ”the staff in here are brilliant”! and he wasn’t wrong. I’d highly recommend and thank you to Abi for looking after us this afternoon.

The course is stunning, hotel, staff and food were amazing I look forward to returning again and highly recommend this resort.

We stayed over night. Regarding the SPA it might sound regimental on paper but honestly it all makes sense. We enjoyed the experience, as always, never let down. Lovely delicious meal at dinner time too. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed having a chat at times and your hospitality.

Absolutely fabulous weekend. Brilliant service and staff. Would absolutely go back in a heartbeat beat. Tracey the reception manager was awesome. So professional and wonderful. Aiden in the restaurant was fabulous. What a brilliant young man. Can’t fault them.

Had purse stolen from bag in locker. It was obviously an 'inside' job. Locker had been opened with a key and then locked again.
Management were totally disinterested and wouldn't look into my complaint. Police are involved.
I will never go to Formby Hall again. The theft was bad enough but, the attitude of the management was appalling.

Lovely clean and well presented place. Staff are very helpful and friendly, they will go about and beyond to help when needed.

Attentive and extremely helpful reception staff, Immaculate room, Dinner in the restaurant was outstanding (both the service by Ryan and the skills of the chef). The gym has a great amount of equipment and machines and the Spa was clean and very relaxing. Had a neck and shoulder massage by Mariska which was the best I have ever had.
Our time went too fast and we did not want to leave. We will definitely be back soon for longer. Thank you to everyone for making the stay so enjoyable.

I wouldn’t recommend the afternoon tea there to my worst enemy… we refused what was offered and walked out and went the sparrow hawk instead.

The spa is fab. Staff are really lovely and helpful. Facilities are so good… The Fairway staff are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have everything you would need. X.

On this stay me and my granddaughter had a full body massage which was fabulous and afternoon tea in the restaurant.
The staff are always friendly and helpful and that’s why I keep returning!
The rooms are lovely and the food is always quality!

Went for the organic spa day with my friend. The facilities are amazing. Everyone was lovely. Just that the spa bistro was busy and we waited a while for service. The little be to boxes we had were great.

Fabulous stay, all the staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble, food is amazing and all the bar staff especially David are so friendly, already booked to come back xx.

Fantastic venue, great views and really top quality and new services. New sauna and room in the main pool are are great and the thermal rooms upstairs were great too! Also had a fab mud treatment and back massage which were both some of the best I've had! We got a special price deal and it was definately worth the money! Highly recommend especially at the discounted price!

Went for a spa day for my friends birthday was excellent value for money we really enjoyed it the head receptionist was brilliant and so was Jake on reception they were very helpful. Had a facial that was fantastic also We can’t wait to return thank you.

Stayed here with my mum for her birthday overnight, we booked on to the tranquility package. We had a lovely spar experience and had very good treatments, we both found them very relaxing. In the package we also got a 2 course meal included which was also very nice and waiting staff we’re very good and friendly. We went to that bar after and a few cocktails which were very nice and staff were all very welcoming especially david he was very nice and came and had a little chat with us. Over all I would totally recommend coming here, the spa and facilities were amazing, the food and drinks were very nice and the staff was all very helpful and happy! Will defiantly be coming back.

Great winter deal. Stayed yesterday and loved everything. Rooms lovely and not tired. Only moan would be that the water in the room was Luke warm! But … it was so nice a deal I would risk it again.

Has improved since last time I stayed here for a spa break with cleanliness improving massively, spa was also to a high standard with treatments to a very good standard, was allowed access to spa early and also the gym facilities which were ok but could be improved on. Room was brilliant clean and comfortable. Evening meal menu was not very exciting although the food that we received was to a high standard but come at a cost, drinks were also quite expensive.

Food quite tasty although sometimes the food is better on one day and then worse on the next visit. Say like fish and chips perfect one time and then next the batter is burnt or it's been cooked in old oil or the chips don't appear home made. All food should be excellent for the fairly high prices. Also I know not everyone can be sat near the windows but when you spending £200 on food and drink I don't like being sat at a table in the middle or towards the back of the dining room especially with the lighting being so dull. I feel like I'm at a cheap dark dull cafe. The staff are great though very helpful and pleasant.

Room upgrade on arrival which was fantastic, room had a few things missing, 2 cushions, dressing gown, TV remote. Staff were super accommodating getting me everything I needed when asked though. Room could of been cleaner, dusty shelves and corners. But overall I was happy (mostly because I’d had a room upgrade) lol. Facilities were great, very much enjoyed using them. Would of appreciated a hotter sauna & a salt scrub in the steam room. Spa staff weren’t very helpful when asking for further information. Porters were great!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms and communal areas were modern and clean. We stayed in one of the new loft rooms as part of a package deal. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, spa facilities and the room was outstanding. Based on our stay, I would recommend this to anyone.

Great place for a "Do" we went to a charity night dinner the food was served hot although the portion sized differed from plate to plate. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive. New staff being trained on the bar caused a few ques but hey we all have to learn. Overall a great place for a function. A mention must go to Sam Conlan the singer who entertained us. He was fantastic he got everyone up dancing and kept them up!

Good place to visit for a relaxing Spa Break. Booked around a month in advance for the Gin infused spa package which included an overnight stay, 2 course evening meal, welcome cocktail, Breakfast, full access to the leisure suite and 1 treatment. Great value for money. Staff are extremely helpful and we even managed to check in our room 2 hours earlier than the 3pm check in. The food in the restaurants was really tasty and the spa itself is amazing. Will be booking another break shortly.

Just got home from our stay at Formby Hall. Overall the hotel and Spa are very nice but there are improvements to be made especially in the hotel. Positives: The hotel rooms are lovely. Ours was on the ground floor looking out onto the golf course and it was lovely being able to open the double doors and sit outside. The Spa swimming pool is very nice and the pool is all one depth which is good. Breakfast was very nice and the breakfast staff are lovely especially Pauline who made us feel very welcome.
Negatives: There doesn’t appear to be enough bar staff in the evening. Our first drinks order was forgotten about and then one of the cocktails was wrong. When I tried to order another drink I was told to wait as he was in the middle of preparing someone else’s order! We waited 20 mins for our drinks to be made which made us late for our restaurant booking. Restaurant staff seemed like they could not be bothered. Nobody offered us water and when one of us asked for water only one glass was brought! The Spa needs an outside area as there’s nowhere nice to sit especially if it’s a lovely day. Overall a nice hotel but staff training on how to treat customers is essential.

Just had a gin infused spa break with my husband for his 50th birthday, had a great time and very impressed with the place! However, having paid extra for an exec room overlooking golf course we were upgraded to a suite… very nice room and don’t mean to sound ungrateful but would’ve much preferred the original booking with big opening doors … ground floor even has little patio area which loads of people were using to sit out in sun and wide open doors to room. We had a few small windows that faces onto restaurant and bar patio area.
Bar and restaurant staff were excellent and food was lovely in very nice surroundings.
Wasn’t the best spa experience I’ve ever had… refurb of changing rooms made it a bit awkward and steam in rasul didn’t work at first… but was ok. Still waiting for therapist to talk to us after filling in the health form, another member of staff just took us to rasul room to get on with it… she had previously asked if we wanted to be shown around… well yes, have just told you never been before so that would be helpful.
Overall good experience and value… will return.

Absolutely loved it. My friend treated me to a spa package for my 21st birthday and we enjoyed spa access, a 25 minute treatment, evening meal, 1 night stop over and breakfast. Everything was just stunning! The spa was very clean and well managed, we were politely shown around all the facilities and our treatments were lush! Our evening and morning meals were especially lovely and friendly staff furthered our experience. We nearly cancelled our trip last minute due to reading bad reviews but didn’t and can absolutely not understand where they are coming from, we couldn’t fault it. If we had to give one criticism it would be lack of music/entertainment in the bar after our evening meal which meant we retired to bed earlier than we maybe would have liked. Overall, a fabulously relaxing weekend. Thank you Formby Hall, we will certainly return. Xxxx.

I'm not a person to moan, not at all. But when it takes nearly 4 hours to play the front 9 I question the management of the course. This is supposed to be one of the best places to play golf in the north west, the course its self was fantastic but to be greeted with 16… yes sixteen players on one hole is pathetic. Why pay for a starter when you just play when you can. I only have one day off a week and always look forward to my golf, and to have to walk off after nine was heart breaking. Also considering I traveled over an hour to get there. Sorry formby golf club I know you need to make money as your a business, but that's taking the mick.

Beautiful hotel in gorgeous surroundings. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Attended a wedding here and the hotel put on a BBQ which was great. Everyone was really impressed with the function room and the elaborate decor. Would recommend. Drinks were reasonable for a hotel too.

Stayed last night as a surprise treat for my friends Birthday. We both loved our stay. Arrived at 11am to get full use of facilities before our afternoon tea, had this outside as weather was glorious. Treatments followed shortly after, which were great and some time in tranquillity suite. Our stay from arrival to finish staff were very polite, informative and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean and beds very comfy. Some issues with our evening meal, however this was quickly rectified and reimbursed for supplement charges. Breakfast was good too Thank you for making our trip one to remember.

2 course meal, bed and breakfast and use of leisure facilities. Lovely place, staff friendly and polite. Pool area can get busy although there are plenty of sun lounges. Meal was delicious & good service. Will stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Room was lovely and very spacious. The bathroom was fantastic. Really enjoyed the spa and the 2 treatments we got. Our lunch box at the spa bistro was amazing. We ate dinner in the fairway grill restaurant which was even more amazing. I would highly recommend the fish and chips. All of the staff at the hotel were brilliant the service was amazing. I have to give a special mention to our waitress was called Hannah and she was absolutely fantastic nothing was a bother for her at all she moved us away from a noisy birthday party without us even having to ask. She even helped me choose my main course. Overall had a brilliant stay and will definitely be returning here at some point in the near future.

Staff professional friendly helpfull. New upgraded spa and restaurant fabulous. Only problem — after our spa treatments changing room showers water very cold. Good job we were staying overnight and could go to our room for a lovely hot shower.

The spa itself was wonderful, great and relaxing treatments. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam room were great. The food both at the bar and the restaurant was really nice. But it was super noisy. In the bar in the afternoon there were lots of golfers just shouting around, far from relaxing. Same for the hotel at night, super noisy, people coming back at all hours of the night, shouting and banging doors. Walls must be super thin we hardly slept during the night.

Went there for 50k wedding. What a disaster food 3 hours late only canopies for quater of guests beer extorsionate price. Harpist drives you nuts. Shortest wedding ceremony ever lasted just 7 minutes. 3 course dinner tiny. Pudding was literally a square of cake under 2 inch square and a blob of custard. Evening food better but served really late. Taxis are a fortune here to as they think u have money. Absolute joke.

I went as a group of 8 for a birthday. We had afternoon tea then headed to the spa. We all had a mini treatment, which was lovely. The rooms were really nicely decorated and very clean. We stayed overnight and went to the Lionel Richie tribute night, he was fantastic and got everyone up dancing. Friendly and polite staff.

Fantastic I took my daughter for her 21st we had 2 treatments stay overnight evening meal. We used the pool jacuzzi sauna. The next day we had afternoon tea. Staff really friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was a group of girls racing up and down the corridor till 1am. Wouldn't stop me going again will be back.

Lovely food and service. More tables than last year so this meant the dance floor was smaller. Most of the time it was too busy to get up and dance. Christmas decorations were beautiful.

Great place for an event. Service top notch and all staff are lovely. Set in a stunning location the interior is decorated perfectly and food and drinks offered are vast. Can't fault. Would highlight recommend for an event or visiting for lunch, spa days or a game of golf.

Very nice setting surrounded with a world class golf course. Plenty of parking with level access to most areas. The rooms are quite spacious with very nice fixtures and fittings with comfortable beds. The rooms are very well kept and cleaned to a much better standard than most chain type hotels. A nice relaxing and pleasant stay was had by all.

Lovely place. Just stopped for afternoon tea. Was OK although scones a bit stale. Staff very friendly. Course looks good so will see if we can book a weekend package.

Stayed for a spa break with three friends. Had a lovely treatment in the spa — spa staff were friendly and welcoming and talked us through our day. We had a snack in the spa bistro which was delicious. We had booked two of the new bedrooms in the loft area — they were clean and the beds were very comfy. In our package we had dinner in the restaurant — there was a very good choice and the food was fantastic. We won't hesitate to go back again, hopefully before Christmas.

Great golf break for a group of men. The course is in great shape and really enjoyed a few beers on the patio after our round. Service and food in restaurant couldn't be faulted. I will be bringing my wife on my next trip to enjoy the spa facilities.

Had an amazing spa break. Spa was lovely and relaxing, therapists were amazing. Room spacious and clean. Dinner and breakfast both yummy! Will definitely be returning.

Very good… for hotel, spa, drink and dining… golf not so much. Course is looking worn out, especially the par 3 course, like it's being overused and minimal course maintenance goes on. Fairways Are full of divots, bare patches appearing Around heavy traffic areas, tees riddled with divots. Been treated like a muni course for years now (charging £25). Driving range is looking dated now too. Had a putter fitting recently but wasn't impressed at all. So, great for wining and dining, but not so great for golf.

Fantastic room, easily the best room I've ever stayed in at any hotel. The menu that is included in the overnight offer wasn't the best but you could use your £18 allowance towards the standard menu. The lady running the spa desk was really rude. The leisure facilities were really good although not very clean; dirty tissues on the floor in the changing room and around the pool. Although I don't play golf the course looked stunning and well maintained.

Very nice hotel in lovely area. Very clean & tidy. Great size rooms. Staff are friendly & helpful & the breakfast is really good. Family friendly. The pool is a decent size to swim in, with a Jacuzzi, sauna, tropical showers & sun loungers available at no extra charge. Great for golf! Close to Southport & Liverpool.

Afternoon tea was very well presented. The service was impeccable. Very polite and courteous staff. Overlooking the course was also a pleasant touch.

Went here for a spa day with my friend, nowhere private to get changed so ended up in toilets! Bins overflowing in changing rooms which was attracting flies!. Asked for a toe file and repolish as extra, took 15 minutes for someone to ask the manager if this was possible. Once I had the treatment I was then charged £22.95 as I had shellac soaked off which was an extra £10 but I was not told this at the time! I usually pay this much for a full pedicure!. Enjoyed using the spa facilities but would certainly never ask for an extra treatment again!. Service in bar was very slow also.

Very well presented and easy to find! Great selection of drinks and a very nicely furnished bar area. Typically priced for a nice venue. Comfy bed and very nice room. Staff were really pleasant. Breakfast was self serve but fresh. See you soon…

Been many times and will be having our wedding here, we love it! The staff are very friendly, rooms are big and spacious. They have just been done up and look amazing with new decor. All dining areas, bars and spa facilities have been given a makeover and look fantastic. We have had several spa treatments including neck, back and shoulders, facial and an Atlas Rasul mud bath, all fantastic. Food is great for the evening meal and there are plenty of choices. They have just started a new gin menu to go with their existing cocktails too, and the breakfast has a great range of traditional English options as well as cereals. Finally I recommend booking during their winter and summer spa break deals. You can get 2 treatments and an overnight stay with full use of the pool and all facilities for around £65 pp sometimes and they are great value. Cannot say enough great things about the place!

I dont even know where to begin! What a fantastic day we had on Friday 27th May 2016 for our wedding. It was perfect from beginning to end.   We cant thank all the staff enough for the amazing service we received not only on the day itself but also in the run up to it.   Rebecca was amazing and recommended some excellent providers and pulled it all together for us. Without her input things certainly wouldnt have been as brilliant as they were. Thank you so much. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to oversee our day, Sam was outstanding and went above and beyond. From making sure we were ok to helping with our poorly little girl, he did a fantastic job and we cant thank him enough. Along with all the other staff on the day, they couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. The food was amazing, the room was stunning and the service was praised by all our guests. It truely was a day/night to remember and for that we will be forever grateful. Again, many thanks to you all for helping make our day so perfect and creating memories that will stay with us forever. Nice location, top facilities and lovely staff. The rooms are big and well appointed, lovely bathrooms and all spotless. The staff are local and all very pleasant to deal with, there are plenty of them too. The food was good, set menu for dinner and buffet breakfast all excellent. I left an item in my room when I checked out and that was returned to me quickly, in good order and with no palaver.

Attended a wedding as a day guest. Staff friendly and approachable. Service good. Food fantastic.

Maghull and Aughton Rotary Club Charter Night Saturday 9th April I would like to thank two of the waiting on staff in particular for their help yesterday. Dean and Anne went out of their way to help us, not only with the preparation of the function room and tables but their attention throughout the evening was second to none. They were efficient, courteous and friendly all through the afternoon and evening, dealing with our idiosyncrasies with aplomb! The meal was delicious, beautifully presented and hot where appropriate. So well done and thanks again to Anne and Dean. Ann Howard.

Went for a wedding and we seemed to wait between parts of the wedding for ages. Food was good felt a little rushed with the courses.

We went for a wedding. The organisation was chaotic, when the room was turned around we were just told to go and sit down in reception. Food was beautiful, but service was slow and the food was only lukewarm.

Nice course. When we visited, the driving range was closed due to a ball collector issue, so couldn't warm up. Winter warmer deal could include more choices from the menu, however the food was pretty good.

One word. Awful. Had to nearly beg for a cup of tea and my lunch which was included in my package. Was left in a room to apply mud to myself (not feeling very pampered here) that was basically all I got for £65. Oh sorry and a small tuna salad. If you are considering paying to get pampered for a day go elsewhere. Am totally disgusted with formby hall.

Located not to far from my home. Lovely staff, delcious food amazing treatments. Trish in the bistro extremely helpful and very caring to needs as my mum registered blind and I'm hypoglycemic. Had a wonderful day!

Service and food was excellent. There were even able to accommodate my 'different' eating habits. I enjoyed my time there, I would definitely recommend.

I could give zero star if I could. The worst experience I have ever had with any hotel, resort places or any other kind. I booked the spa break for 4 people. After I paid, every time I call, I will be put on hold or transfer to someone who is very unprofessional. I feel worried for the service I am going to have, because it seems that nobody cares after payment was made.

Superb golfing weekend recently had. Excellent venue, beautiful food, comfortable large bedrooms and the staff could not have been any friendlier or accommodating. Great value for money too. Already planning a return trip later in the year.

Recently stayed here with friends, we couldn't fault any part of our stay. the staff, food accommodation and spa were all fabulous. I will be recommending this to all my family and friends. I will also be returning my self.

I booked a table for 8 people for 3 course Sunday Roast for my mums 75th Birthday on Easter Sunday it was advertised as a 3 course Sunday Roast either Carvery or in dining room. We opted to pay extra for dining room, There was no roast available and we were told they would try to 'find' us roast potatoes when meal arrived it had mash on it, the waitress then said I will find some roasts for you she took the meal and brought it back with 2 small roast potatoes on. I had lamb which I could not cut they gave me a steak knife and when I cut my lamb it was mainly fat and grizzle my mum could not even cut hers and gave up. There was also advertised a Easter Egg hunt and Easter egg for all children when I asked about this I was told it was not available, then about 15 minutes later a waitress slammed an Easter bunny on the table. We paid £22.25 per person for this we were all still hungry because meals were so small ruined my mums special day.

I booked a mud steam room which came to £50 in total for two people. It was the worst treatment I have ever had. The only plus side was that we we given a complementary drink to begin with, which we had to ask twice for. We were then shown round the spa facilities, already conscious of time as we were sat with our drinks for 20 minutes. After being shown round the pool and sauna a lady asked the girls on the same tour when their treatment was booked for, it was after ours. She then asked us, and made us rush to get changed even though we had came to the spa 30 minutes early so this did not happen. A girl then left us in a room, with a pot of mud and a jug of water, which tasted like the mud. We had to apply it ourselves and then sit in a tiny shower sized room. I will not be returning.

Amazing place food first class rooms spa excellent cant wait to go back.

Amazingly beautiful hotel, fabulous Spa and the food in the restaurant is first class. Will recommend to anyone and everyone.
