Thank you for lovely stay nice and clean would recommend them 💯 nice cooked breakfast.

Phoned Saturday morning & luckily a guest had checked out that morning. Car park space. Lovely warm welcome from Dave the owner… Lovely double room with en suite shower room… Tea & coffee making facilities… Hairdryer plenty of sockets & some are usb too… Room was spotless & we slept ever so well…

1st time we have stayed, it's beautifully decorated, and very clean and everything has been done and put in place to make you feel at ease with the covid situation, would definitely recommend this hotel lovely owners.

Just come back from The Mayfair Hotel it was wonderful. Dave and Lesley were lovely and friendly when meeting them you feel as if you had known them years. Rooms were spotless and comfy every where was and the food was great and plenty of it. Will definitely be stopping there again.

Amazing hotel. Very clean room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful and fantastic. Lesley was waiting for our arrival and she was so nice and gave us a warm welcome to the hotel. Dave was so helpful while we stayed there. We wanted to stay one more night but it was fully booked as no doubt, good hotel will be booked as you blink. They spoiled my daughter by their sweet treats. Overall, everything was excellent. I will recommend it and I will definitely book it for our next stay. Melody, Kam, Maryam.

AMAZINGLY clean, home from home little gem. Dave and Lesley loveliest people, hosts you couldn’t and wouldn’t get anywhere else. Always got 5 mins for a chat and very knowledgeable of the area and what and where to visit.
3 disabled rooms on the ground floor. Kitted out with everything you would need for a pleasant, stressfree holiday.
Rooms are beautifully decorated and again thought of everything and more to make it as relaxed as possible. So much time and thought has gone into everything and it’s paying off as people return year in year out. Struggle to get a booking!
Breakfast — plentiful! Well made, fresh, and sets you up for the day! Throw some of Dave’s banter in for good measure and u will leave smiling.
Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to anyone. Book early to avoid disappointment!

We stayed there last night for one night. When we arrived we got a very warm welcome! Fabulous value for money in comparison with some of the other places in the area. Really nice down to earth owners. Breakfast was lovely and well presented. Will defiantly be staying again!

This B+B the Mayfair Skegness is great. Myself and my daughter come here for the night we was very satisfied it’s a very clean and tidy bed & breakfast the staff here are very friendly and helpful I recommend this place to anyone 5 ⭐️

This was a very last minute booking when we decided to stay at the coast for another night and we’re so pleased we found this place! Top quality decor, everything was spotless, and a very friendly greeting. Only bad thing is we didn’t get time to check out the breakfast!

This hotel has the best disabled facilities I have stayed in lovely clean and spacious rooms, breakfast was great the menu was excellent even helped me to enjoy my 40th birthday when I came to breakfast there was a card from owners and they had put up banners and a ballon from my friends and sang happy birthday to me with a cake was so touched in fact we have booked to come back again next year can’t wait thank you Lesley and Dave for a warm welcome and fantastic hospitality luv Brenda Tracy and Paula see you next year if not sooner xx.

Absolutely fantastic place and such lovely people, their breakfasts was beaut and their beds was so comfy… it was also lovely and warm. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing was too much trouble for Dave and Lesley. Thank you so much for organising two mobility scooters and taking care of them at night as well as charging them ready for the next day. Dave even waited for us to get back from the theatre at 10pm so he could put the scooters away for the night. The room was spotless and comfy, the breakfast was superb. We will be back. Found this place on the Internet, and what a find it was! The hosts Dave and Lesley are loverly, the rooms are spotless, and the food is great with so much choice on the menu. I can highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you have anyone needing disability facilities as they have catered for those people in 3 rooms. So try it I am sure that you won't be disappointed!

We are just finishing our overnight stay here, we have had a fantastic time. From when we arrived the owners have been so friendly and accommodating, whatever we have needed they have fulfilled and more. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and everything was there that was needed, each breakfast is made specifically how you wanted it. There is car parking and the town/beach is just a nice little walk away. We don't want to go home, we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for a great stay!
