Had my wedding at Cleatham hall, what a great and fantastic experience, we had the most amazing time. The staff are one big family very helpful, beautiful people. Made our stay very pleasant, the wedding planner Heidi is just outstanding. Our day went beautiful smooth. The food is the best everything is so peaceful and lovely. Highly recommend.

We went to Cleatham Hall last week for afternoon tea. It was absolutely perfect sat in a beautiful room overlooking the gardens. The food was beautiful, made to order accommodating for vegetarian and allergies. The service couldn't have been any better. Highly recommended.

Yesterday myself, wife, sister and husband attended the Hall for a festive lunch. The food was excellent, attentive customer service and with a unique ambience. This was our second visit that we intend to frequent at least once a month in the New Year. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting something different in the local area to treat that special someone.

Stayed at Cleatham Hall as a guest of the wedding of Leai & Jake. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The staff were all so attentive making the day run smoothly from start to finish. We really enjoyed the day and our stay and would highly recommend.

Back to work today after celebrating the wedding of my son and his beautiful bride, The owners and there staff were amazing the rooms out off this world.

This was the most beautiful venue made better by the lovely attentive staff. Jim the owner is a wonderful host, he worked so hard for the whole 3 days we were there. Heidi the wedding/ venue co-ordinator was amazing, from behind the scenes leading up to the wedding to My mums special day. Heidi worked hard, but was kind, professional and efficient for every minute of it. A wonderful experience ❤️

We had an amazing stay at Cleatham Hall. Lovely hotel, set in a beautiful location with great food and such welcoming hosts. My partner and I were in the area for work very late in the evening and after calling the hotel at 10pm to see if they had any vacancies Jim and Kate were able to accommodate us and waited up for us to arrive at 11pm! We couldn’t of asked for any better accommodation or service. We will be recommending you to friends and will be staying again when we are back in the area. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

From day one, when we viewed Cleatham Hall to the day our wedding, the venue and staff did not disappoint! Throughout the planning of our big day, we were able to tailor each specific need to make our day special and unique to us. The staff are all so lovely and friendly, ensuring every need is met. Though there was a number of changes we had to make (even the weeks running up to the wedding; due to Covid), Louise (our wedding coordinator) reassured us throughout, which was greatly needed and sorted everything out so quickly and efficiently. Our wedding day was perfect and it wouldn’t have been possible without Cleatham Hall and its team! It is truly a special and amazing place, with a team that works so well together.

Absolutely wonderful lunch today… excellent food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I’ve just returned from a luncheon with my friend today and the food was exquisite.
I chose the pigeon and it melted in my mouth and the chocolate torte was divine.
The Merlot was fabulous.
The autumn menu is amazing value.
I felt very safe in my surroundings.
The staff were so lovely and accommodating.
I will definitely return.

What a delightful setting for an Afternoon Tea! I loved it. Cleatham Hall is surrounded by lovely gardens. The food was delicious and all served on a Bone China Tea Service I will definitely be returning!

I cannot speak highly enough of Cleatham Hall, Louise is FANTASTIC! As a self confessed controll freak. I was worried about things not going to plan, but I didn't have to worry at all. Louise understood the image I had of my wedding day and went above and beyond for me and my husband to make our day just magical without a single hitch! Nothing was to much!
The whole team at Cleatham served us and our 100ish guests seamlessly from the off. All food and drink served was delicious and the planning our special day was made easy by great communication from Louise even out of hours, again nothing was to much.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Louise & Cleatham for assisting our elderly grandparents and disabled uncle, fetching cups of tea for them and checking in on them if they needed anything in the meantime.

We had our wedding reception at Cleatham Hall on August 24th 2019, and it was honestly perfect! The building itself is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are so helpful — they will do whatever you need for your day to be as you want it. The food was amazing, the DJ was great — our wedding felt so relaxed which is exactly what we wanted, and everybody has told us how wonderful it was. We couldn’t have picked a better venue, thank you so much to everybody that helped make our day so perfect xxx.

We had our wedding on 16th August. The team were fantastic — especially Louise, who made sure everything ran perfectly. They really go the extra mile and are just wonderful people. The grounds and hall are absolutely beautiful and we had the best day! Thank you all x.

Every month we do a ladies that Lunch. A get together as ex work colleagues. Yesterday we visited Cleatham Hall for Afternoon Tea and what a treat it was. We were welcomed by the owner who gave us a brief look at this beautiful grade listed building prior to a delicious array of food. They were both very attentive and made sure we were happy and if we had everything we needed Once we had eaten we were shown the upstairs and the rooms that were available to book, I had been unaware you could stay over or have your wedding or other functions there. The rooms are so beautiful. The whole place is being lovingly restored and the owners are doing a fabulous job. After buying some delicious home made jam we looked at the gardens along with their lovely spaniel before we left. Highly recommended. Such peaceful beautiful countryside just rounded the day off. We will be visiting again.

My Husband and I had our Wedding here on the 7th July 2018 and what an absolutely perfect day it was! The venue itself is beautiful and created the perfect wedding venue for a relaxed and fun day. We were very lucky to have brilliant weather so were able to make full use of the Hall and the grounds.
The entire time leading up to the day, Louise the Wedding Coordinator was beyond brilliant, texting me late at night when I had a few 'Bridezilla' moments and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. On the day, Louise, Jim, Kate and Hugh were all there on hand to make sure our day ran smoothly.
We will highly recommend Cleatham Hall to friends and family as our day was absolutely perfect and I wish we could do it all over again!

Had the most fabulous weekend celebrating our daughter and her husband's wedding. Everyone at Cleatham Hall did an amazing job to make their day perfect. Thank you so much.

Attended the wedding of my niece on Saturday. Cleatham Hall is a lovely place set in beautiful surroundings ideal for the outdoor ceremony. Owners and all the staff made sure the day ran smoothly and couldn’t have been more helpful it was just the relaxed family and friends wedding the couple had wanted.

We went to Cleatham Hall yesterday for our friends wedding and I must say that the staff and Management we're amazing. My disabled daughter Kirsty was with us and the staff and Management couldn't do enough for her. I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to go again. X.

Would highly recommend this venue to everyone, it is perfect for a fun, relaxed, family and friend wedding but in an absolutely stunning setting! Inside and out! What a absolutely beautiful place to come and have Mother’s Day lunch. The service was exemplary. Friendly staff, lovely food while the pianist played and in a gorgeous setting. I’m going to come back soon for a lovely cream tea with my friends. Thank you x.

What a wonderful place! Charming and grand in equal measure, our experience at Cleatham Hall was outstanding. We stayed in the Lincoln Suite, perhaps one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. I would thoroughly recommend requesting this room specifically, although it must be said all of the suites are quite stunning. All of the communal areas are lovely, particularly with the roaring fires we enjoyed relaxing by on our recent winter stay. The grounds are beautiful and with plenty of good walks in the surrounding area. We had fantastic service from the friendly family owners to ensure our stay was as perfect as possible. We will certainly be back.

We were lucky to be guests at a wedding at Cleatham Hall. The venue is beautiful and set in a stunning grounds that make the day perfect! I would highly recommend them for hosting the perfect and most personal wedding you could imagine and I can assure you your guests will be well looked after as well as the happy couple! Absolute perfection!

I went to a friend's wedding here and we had a fantastic day. The setting is beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day. The house and gardens made for amazing photos and a lovely ceremony. During the reception a great time was had by all. Food and drinks were as good as I have had at any wedding and we all partied the night away. The staff were all incredibly polite and attentive. Cannot recommend enough.

My friends got married here a couple of years back on a beautiful sunny day — the venue is glorious. The layout allows you to be in or out for ceremony and celebration and for guests to flit between the two over the course of the day and take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings and, fingers crossed, wonderful weather. The building itself is stunning and fit for traditional days as well as more boisterous parties (which ours became! ). That said it is a truly 'social' venue, allowing people to wander and mingle in different areas and in that sense it truly becomes a part of the day and experience. Wonderful.

We had our wedding here on Saturday 16th September this year and we truly had the most amazing day! I fell in love with the venue as soon as I saw it, hence why we booked 2 years in advance. We comfortably held 70 day guests and 120 night guests all inside as it was raining. The rain did not ruin our day, it only made it more intimate and cosy. We are so grateful to Louise, Jim and Kate, they were so helpful both leading up to the day and on the day. It ran so smoothly, you can quite easily see that they know what they are doing when it comes to event planning. You can fully put your trust in them. The venue is incredible and Unique. All our guests commented on how beautiful it was with the attention to detail throughout. The grounds are astonishing, I loved the fact that it's not surrounded by anything and you felt like you were away from all the hustle and bustle. — like a retreat. It's so very peaceful and relaxing. Each room has its own character, I would happily stay in any of these bedrooms, however my favourite is the Gainsborough with the big copper bath, which I took full advantage of. The bar prices are not the cheapest but they are not unreasonable as they use premium brands which you would expect to pay more for, it wouldn't be suitable providing cheap drinks in such a stunning, premium venue. Jim asked me what my favourite drink was and made sure he provided it for me on the day! (The rhubarb gin was amazing and went down a treat with our guests).

Sam and Sophie Hall got married here on 17th June 2017. Lovely location with superb, very well kept grounds. It was such a shame about the organisation (or severe lack of). The bar was utter chaos! 2 old ladies were tending the bar and trying their best but quite clearly shouldn't have been put in that position in the fist place. It needed younger staff that could work at pace. The bar is also far too small to cope with a function of that size. It was one of the hottest days of the year which had been forcast for over a week, so why not put an outside bar in place and extra staff, its not like they didn't have warning. There were roughly 100 people for the main event plus 150 in the evening booked. The bar queue was 40mins long in a sweaty room at one point and they were even threatening to close it down as they had run out of glasses… again, penny pinching on staff, and quite a few of the guests had to go out glass collecting for them! I would suggest that cocktails and spirits be served in the HOT tiny bar and beer and wine be made available outside, in bins of ice and with PLASTIC glasses. I mention plastic glasses and cups as during the day we witnessed many inevitable glass breakages on the lawns, which are impossible to be sure you have picked it all out of the grass and with children and adults alike, walking round barefooted its a miracle nobody was cut or injured thank God.
